Several residents here are experiencing mental deterioration issues and demonstrating behaviors that require treatment. I thought I joined a retirement facility not a treatment facility. Thinking of moving on. Furniture needs replacing. Carpet very worn. Place looks shabby.

This is a really good community. It was a really good community for the money paid. The staff overall were pretty good but I do feel like the after hours and the weekend staff were more inexperienced and their attention to detail was not the same as the normal daily staff members.

This is a nice and beautiful community. The residents seemed happy during the time I visited my loved one. There has been some staff turnover. Gary and Rick are the two that helped me the most and they are good at answering my questions since I am out of the state. If I have to leave a message they are good at returning my call. My loved one is happy here.

There's a very friendly and inclusive community at Brentwood. Not only the staff but also the residents want you to be involved. They enjoy visitors and having a good time. I think it's a great place.

Overall a well run community for independent living.

They are very professional at this community. The pricing is good and the people that work here I can tell that they care a lot. They have activities like bingo, chair work outs, sing alongs, bowling, walks around the premises and more for the residents to do to stay busy in the community. The staff care a lot about the residents. They recently had a new director and then another new one ended up showing up I am just getting used to the new director but all of the other staff are the same and great with the residents.

Our mother really does love it there, she really enjoys the community aspect of it. However there is a lot of lip service there, actions speak louder then words and their follow through on things could be improved.

The community is small enough to where everyone knows the residents, they make every attempt to address them by name and get to know their families. We think it is a just a great and wonderful place for our loved one. The community is just very personable, the dining room is very bright with a long wall of windows, they have nice place settings and vases with flowers on each table. It never smells either, we come unannounced sometimes and it is just spotless, the marble floor is just sparkling. We have recommend this community to others and will continue to do so

We chose Poet's Walk Warrenton because of the convenient location. Compared to where he was before, the staff are a lot more attentive and there are always people around. He does nap more than I would like but there is really no stopping him. I think that they are doing a great job and I would recommend them to others.

This was a very nice community but we found another community that had more activities and things for my loved one to do. It was a really wonderful tour just not for my mom.

This community is very clean, nice and orderly. The staff members are very friendly and they have a ton of really nice activities. After speaking with our loved one and hearing from the other residents it sounds like they can make some changes to the meals being served, we hear a lot of complaints.

When we went to tour, we really liked [name removed]. She was amazing and was very welcoming to my aunt. She showed us around and answered all of our questions. It seems like a really good place. The apartments are perfect for my aunt, just what she needed to downsize from her own home. They have lots of activities. We're not disappointed at all. Really the only issue has been their inability to provide food in line with her dietary restrictions. Anybody who is a vegetarian would have the same problem.

Setting Covid aside and the staffing struggle aside because we know everyone is struggling and we do not want to ding them for that because this community does have potential. The staff members who are working there are incredible, they are so friendly. When the residents are on lockdown and have to eat in the rooms, usually the food is served cold, however they have lifted the dining hall restriction's and the food is so much better and the kitchen staff is fantastic, our mother just adores them. Sometimes we do have issues with them not keeping up with our loved ones house cleaning, but again due to staffing we are being patient with them. They also have so many activities going on all day long. It is a great value especially for lower income residents.

This is a very nice place. The staff seem very attentive, and I feel very comfortable with my loved one here. The food seems to be pretty good for my loved one. There are some activities for the residents to enjoy.

For us, it was convenient because it was close. And that was a big factor for us. I found the residents to be very friendly, as well as the staff. And the care was good during the short time that my loved one was there.

The staff is hard working and caring, but understaffed in the community. The food options are limited with poor quality. For example my loved one has sandwiches three nights a week with a vegetable for dinner and the residents should be offered better quality meals. The rent is going up by 6% the start of February.

The staff members are very friendly and I do like the size of the rooms, they are very spacious. However they are having some staffing issues and because of the that house keeping is a little inconsistent.

Eagleview Landing happened to be the first one we looked at and my mom just liked the overall feel of the facility and she felt very comfortable here. We also really liked the staff members as well. The apartment sizes are great and have plenty of space. In general mom likes the food but she thinks that they could incorporate more vegetables into the meals. I would recommend to others looking.

I am glad to be here. I appreciate the management and the activities. The cleaners and servers do an excellent job. I miss our assistant manager his that was the best that ever related to the residents I ever encountered. Resented having $100 stole in October. Renewal date is [date removed] not [date removed].
