The activities director, [name removed], and the others are really so kind and engaging with the residents . And all the staff there has been open to communication with me which I really appreciate. All I know is my sister is safe, engaging in activities, meeting new friends and not trying to escape, so far so good under the circumstances.

Staff very caring, would like to have more rehab and activities in dementia unit. It was a positive experience. I would recommend this facility to others. Nice valentines dinner made residents feel loved. Great granddaughters brownie troop came in and sang Christmas carols. Staff showed appreciation. Easy to talk to. Always available. We miss this place.

The community (people who live here) are the best asset!

Staff is really friendly and facility is neat and clean. Service is poor half of the time they are short staffed. The call button answers are really poor.

I just wish they had security at night. No one is at the desk after 7.

Staff, friendly, but need more help some times of the day. Food is not great, more variety of items at dinner, and lunch.

The residents are lovely people who have created an environment where they treat each other as family. The nursing staff leaves a bit to be desired. Blood pressure not taken when ordered by physician, call bells not answered in a timely manner and communication between staff and family could be better. The dietary staff treat the residents like they are in a fine dining restaurant. However, the food could be better.

Staff is good but 2 stand out to me as going above and beyond. One is a CNA other is a nurse

The resident is on their own a lot. Everyone working there is very nice!! Love them but I think they are understaffed.

My experience with Brookdale was very nice, my mom was there for 5 months before she passed! The care my mom received while there was very caring, when she passed the staff all hugged and it showed real care. I would recommend Brookdale!

She states the food is adequate, but she does not leave the dinner table hungry. Very tired of green beans and chicken. For the most part, the staff seems very friendly. I don't like the fact that I don't get receipts when I pay the bill. She likes it and that's what manners.

Everything about Brookdale is excellent. Food needs improvement. No in-house rehab. Only pt in room. Staff is so attentive

When we first considered Celebration Villa, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the quality of the food, and the friendliness and caring demeanor of the staff. We were aware, however, that the facility was under new ownership, and had been advised to ask about staffing stability. We were assured that all of that was behind them. However, within a month or two of move-in, the director, head nurse, and marketing director were all replaced. In addition, they mishandled [name removed] intake in that they did not give the new pharmacy her insurance and PACE card information. Rather than calling me, her POA, for this information, the pharmacy filled all her prescriptions and charged us retail costs. It took me months of phone calls to resolve the billing issues. This sort of thing might have been behind the staffing changes. Having said all that, after a few months when things settled down, I was overall satisfied with [name removed] care. I can't say she was happy there, but she was treated well and all the staff I interacted with were very responsive and caring.

My sister is very pleased with Celebration Villa of Chipp. And that's where she has been staying for almost a year now. My sister is happy there and I'm glad.

They answer the phone but if not return calls. Very friendly and accommodating. Also, they call me with anything that changes with Dad. If he falls down. They let men know. If he goes to the nurses office with any issue, they let me know. We would for sure recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Good because memory only facility. Others don't function as well because they have assisted living also. I would. Manager not usually around and didn't seem active. Absolute opposite from [community removed] where manager was very active and involved.

Very friendly staff, but need to make your expectations very clear if you have a guest that does not advocate for themselves.

The staff at Manresa went out of their way to make moving in easier when we were in a tight spot. They have been welcoming to me and to my mother, and responsive to my questions. Mom is well cared for which is a huge relief.
