The staff is very good. Very nice and clean rooms, room itself a little small for a couple. But the attention and care of the staff is very good.

When my father died in October, they were so very kind & considerate...to my father, to the family, but especially to my mother. That sat with her till I could get there and really showed a get deal of care in the days that followed. I know they struggle to keep well staffed but they have some long time, extra caring people on their staff. Mom has serious vision problems but they continue to encourage her to participate in activities. I really like that she isn't left to sit in her room alone all the time.

Residents were engaged with music and lunch. Staff was friendly. Private 1 bedroom suites were sufficient. The building could use some sprucing up, carpet should be replaced with hard flooring.

The appearance of facility and rooms is very nice , the one person room is spacious had bed , dresser and nite stand , we added recliner , couch and small fridge had nice bathroom with walk in shower in room. Meals look appealing and resident got choose from several options each meal , staffing was consistent with same caregivers but not as many as I think is necessary, sometimes takes awhile for call light to be answered, beauty shop available, lots activities, transport available for appointments. I worked in long term care for years and I think this is one best places for this level care in area I recommend family visit prior on off hours and ask specific staffing on every shift.

Staff was welcoming and professional during our visit and explained the features and culture at their facility. Dining experiences, scheduled activities and general site access and activities were well organized and structured. We were able to see the several apartment layouts to review the differences and potential and answered all the questions at the time. Newly renovated inside and very comfortable living space and areas at their facility.

The director, [Name Removed], was great to deal with. She gave so much information, explanations, etc., in describing the facility. Friendly atmosphere. Staff was visible, and engaging, and pleasant. Rooms average size, maybe a little small, but nice. Many security and safety options. Nice exterior spaces. Great activities arrangements. Overall, really pleased with all that is offered. The one setback is the cost. It is on the higher end.

[name removed] is very responsive and he made the move in process pretty quick and painless. But the finance office is not responsive at all and we've had some maintenance issues.

[name removed] was very good at helping me to tour the facility. Celebrate is a very nice facility and the residents seemed happy.

We are happy with the care and atmosphere. Yes, we would recommend Brentwood at Niles community to other families based on the experience so far.

I really liked the way the place looked as opposed to others I previewed. I liked working with [name removed]. She was very helpful. Everyone seemed to be happy there. I also like the size of my sister's apartment.

The staff is amazing. Very kind and helpful. Very impressed with storage space in apt. and size of bedroom. Also how much natural light I have with all the windows.

So far we love Celebrations. There were some hiccups at the beginning but the staff was really helpful in working things out. I love the people there and feel they do a great job with the residents. The rooms are wonderful. The place is clean. The food is good. The activities are plentiful

Everyone really is very nice, supportive and helpful The facility is lovely and I like how the rooms are laid out I do not like the forced air heating system, which probably is very common They have a lovely fish tank in the common living room area, which I wish was a little wider and had a higher ceiling… when entertainment comes it's a little tight

We received a great deal of helpful information. Our questions were answered in a direct, clear manner. The visit was thorough and unhurried. We liked that we saw the various areas and unit configurations. We saw only a snall number of residents during our visit and were a bit surprised at that.

I would rate them, overall, a 4. Two things need a little improvement. Dads room wasn't always cleaned, according to the schedule. Meds weren't always given at regular times. They did improve some after we brought that issue up a couple of times. The staff were caring, and friendly and always took time to have conversations if needed. There were always activities for the residents. Cherish, the activity director, is in the perfect position. She made sure residents knew if the activities and encouraged them to attend.

Cleaning staff is really amazing, but I feel you guys need to hire more cleaning staff ( they don't have enough time to do all Chores), rooms are usually not very clean. I will recommend the place!

It is a smaller size home and that's what our mom wanted. It's convenient for all of us to visit because it's only about 15 minutes away.

I believe the staff turnover rate is relatively low. They were very accommodating with my dad who was having some trouble adjusting.

The apartments are nice and its a smaller community, so I feel that they will get to know him personally. SO far we have just toured but we will be moving him in in Feb. I like that he can progress to a memory are program there.
