I have been very pleased with Atria since my mother moved in. The staff has been very easy to work with, helpful, and they are very flexible. They constantly evaluate the level of care to help you save money. There is a great variety and amount of activities. There was a Mother's Day Tea with great food and entertainment, and they constantly have card games, crafts, and other activities going on. Residents are always encouraged to gather and socialize, giving the community a great atmosphere.

Sterling House is small enough that it really feels like home. The staff are exceptionally kind, and professional. The residents have plenty of opportunities to be engaged in lots of varied activities throughout the week and as a newcomer they reached out to my mother personally who was feeling a little lost in a new place. It is also quiet in a nice way but when the situation arises like around the dinner table there are very nice conversations going on. It will not take too long before my mom has some new friends. A big plus is that everyone listens to you and if you have a specific need for your loved one....like ice cream and cookies for dinner, they are very flexible and accommodating. I also see lots of safety practices in place which is very reassuring. I know and feel that they are doing everything possible to make my mom and her family feel like it really is home, only it's better!

Your services were very helpful in finding ... not just "a" place...but the right place to care for our mother.

For the price, this is a great value! The housekeeping and maintenence is great! There are lots of activities and things to do! Also, the food is good! From a chef's standpoint, we're happy with it! However, it would be nice if the meals were a little more flexible. The meal times are set, and if you miss it, you miss it. It might be nice if they had some small items out for grazing, such as cereal or fruit. They do have coffee out all day though. We are also very happy with the doctor that comes in. My loved one likes him very much and it's much easier than trying to make an appointment. They also have a hair salon on site! The living quarters are great. My loved one has a very nice little apartment with a patio that overlooks the woods. It's very comfortable and very nice. If you're fairly independent, this works really well - and for what you get, this is a deal!

Elmcroft seems like a really effective place with a friendly staff and well managed facility. Administrators are engaging and seem intimately involved with people and care givers. Care giving staff seems somewhat over stretched for people to serve.

My father in law really likes it, we've been trying to get him to move closer to us but he's signed into some contract until 2016 and he's got a really good rate. He's renting a house there and the house he has is a two bedroom, kitchen, living room and it has a garage. He still gets around pretty good but I don't think he participates too much but they do have a lot of activities like they have bands and groups come in and sing and they have bingo. A lot of these places have a lot of activities but it's up to them to really participate.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Residents seem to be happy. Everyone is trying to have Mom feel at home.

I'm not there so i dont really know how things are but the times that ive been there have been fine. My dads not happy with the services, and I know part of that is my dad, part of it is timeliness, part of it is he can be adifficult person. That can be how some of the caregivers respond to him, but also how he treats them. Hes also not a real participatory kind of guy but my mom enjoys the activities though. Intially, why we chose it, is the location, my parents liked the facility, what they saw, the arrangements of the rooms and everyone was friendly and they're happy for the most part.

We chose this community because it was convenient for our family. The layout of the grounds makes it easy to navigate everything is fairly centrally located. The staff is really friendly and the quality of the food is good. They have a pool as well.

Very caring staff. Friendly residents. Do not care for the buffet type line for meals instead of someone taking orders and bringing it to you. It is difficult for many people to stand in line and to carry their meals to a table. They like 3 meals a day being offered since many only offer 2.

The commons space looks nice and welcoming with lots of natural light. My mom is younger than all of the other residents and is more active, we'd like there be more for her to do. The staff have heard our request and are trying to keep her busy more often.

Its a very nice facility. Appears they offer a lot of activities and having their own bus to do offsite trips is a plus. Rooms are adequate size. Price is competitive vs others on the area. We are looking to get on the waitlist for a regular studio.

The meals are too close together. Suggest at Least 5 hrs between them. We spend too much time in the dining room for meals waiting for service. Medical rules are confusing. Said we have to pay for meds we don't want.

I was impressed with the services offered to the residence and the cleanliness of it. The rooms weren’t as big as I had hoped, however.

Clean facility and large private apartment. I would recommend but they need more staff

I would recommend to others. I visited 3 Communities. 2 of the Communities were financially out of my reach and a further distance from my home than Poets Walk. I loved the atmosphere in Poets, the staff are so friendly, kind and truly seem to care for the residents.

Well my mother's been there at celebration Villa for 34 days. Everything is going very well as of now. I'd give it a four this little tiny things that pop up, but I'm pleased and mother is well taken care of. The food is excellent. They give very very well-bounded meals. The food is excellent. They really push activities. They do clean the room. They do a laundry. They fold it and put it away they say that she gets bathed twice a week. They have a great security system. A new one that they just put in. You get a badge when you walk in you sign in. You leave your phone number. They take a picture of you and you sign out. I have recommended it to a few people and two of them have already placed their loved ones at Celebration Villa within the past 34 days

Everyone in the community that works there are all supportive and very helpful. They treat all residents like they are family. They also have fun celebrations with the residents. I definitely recommend Bridges

The vibe of the place was really nice. The occupants seemed happy and gave off that feeling. [name removed] was really helpful getting everything in place. The paperwork and other things she was a great help with. They are friendly and one of the cheapest cost places which was great.

I like Celebration Villa, but they are working through some staffing issues. They just got a new head nurse, a new activities director and the director of the facility just left. [name removed] is the best person there!
