This is a beautiful community. The staff I met were friendly and helpful. This community does have a smaller community for dementia and alzheimer's care. We would have chosen this community if they would of had an opening.

We toured this community. We liked the staff. The community seemed small and we did not want a second floor for my mom. The menu seemed appealing. And the list of the activities would been helpful for my mom. Families should consider a tour of this community for the care of a loved one

This is a nice community, and my mother is doing well with her move here. They have nice staff at this community, they have been very friendly. I know she is safe, and in good hands at this community. They do a great job with keeping everything nice, and clean. This is a community I would recommend, it is working out well for us.

We moved my father-in-law into this community. He had a short experience but they were very nice and they were good with what they provided for my dad.

When my sister and I toured this Brookdale, we absolutely loved it. It was beautiful but it was also $2000 more a month than other places. Also, my mother did not need Memory care yet, so we chose a different Brookdale.

The Bridges at Warwick is a brand new facility & absolutely gorgeous! They have nursing staff 24/7 which is very important as well as a doctor that sees patients weekly. They have plenty of fun activities but some of them have been a little disorganized so far. I think this is because they are new & are hoping this will get better in time. The food is ok (basic American cuisine) but there are several options to choose from at every meal. Everyone on the staff is so welcoming and friendly. We feel confident knowing that our loved one is well cared for here.

My husband has been living here for several months and I am very pleased with this location. He is very happy here as well. Everyone on the staff is so caring, yet professional and very concerned about each person living here. The food is excellent and is served in a lovely dining room. It is extremely well maintained and clean in all areas. For anyone looking to leave their home and downsize, or simply want to live a more relaxed comfortable lifestyle, this is a wonderful choice. There are numerous planned activities daily as well as shopping trips and transportation to Doctor's appointment. Be sure to add them to your list of places to visit. You won't be disappointed.

My mother is receiving healthy proportioned meals. She has been engaging a lot with the other residents in the community. So far, she absolutely loves this place the staff are all attentive and they have great communication with her and the family. One of my concerns is that the maintenance personal have been taking long trying to fix something that my mother has been needing.

My in-laws recently moved into University Pines and they love it there. The staff are very caring and helpful. Great place!!!

The director Sue and the tour guide Kim were very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a unique program called transitions for people with moderate to mild dementia. They have a great exercise program which includes a small exercise room run by Fox rehabilitation. I met the chef and I have heard that the food is good. I would have moved my dad here if it was completed when he needed to move.

My dad has been at Brookdale just over a month and has adjusted very well. The staff is very attentive to his needs, and to the needs of the family members who are sometimes more than his. It is a hard decision when realizing that the best thing for a parent it not to have them at home and them finding a place that you trust to care for them. Nurses, doctors, techs and activity directors have all taken the time to learn about him and take time to understand his needs and his interests. They are also sensitive to his needs and to our needs and do not hesitates to involve us when needed or let us be involved when we need it. Do we want him at home, yes. Is that what is best for everyone, no. He is where he needs to be and he does seem to be happy. He is still very important and they work with us to let him know that each and every day.

I had nearly lost hope in the entire health care system for seniors, then I had the good fortune to meet the folks at Elmcroft of Chippewa! The "situation" for both of my parents was a bit complicated, but the staff at Elmcroft worked with us to find solutions to all of "the issues". They truly understand the issues associated with dementia and aging, and they CARE about their residents & the families of the residents.

So far the experience with Elmcroft has been excellent. All employees encountered have been friendly, courteous and most helpful. My relative is settling into the Elmcroft lifestyle very well. The room is spacious and the food is great! So glad we chose Elmcroft.

There's a couple minor things. But overall, very satisfied.

Elmcroft has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is nice and they seem attentive to the residents. The facility itself is clean and seems well kept. So far, we haven't had any major issues or complaints with the facility or the staff.

Regency is a nice facility and it is always clean and seems to be well run and maintained. The staff is professional and friendly. There are plenty of activities for the residents and the food is also pretty good.

I have been extremely pleased with my Mother's experience at Elmcroft!! The staff has bent over backwards to make her feel welcome and at home. The food is excellent---the chef called on her personally to ask her food preferences and to ask how he can improve on what his staff is doing. She can get her hair done on Thursdays (in-house) at a very reasonable price. She can have some of her medical tests done on the premises. There is a medical transport if there's a doctor's appointment. There are many activities and social gatherings such as ice cream socials and a Super Bowl party. Mom has a large, private room with a large bathroom. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, shower chair, and hand-held shower heads for easier bathing. This is a wonderful service. I am truly grateful ! !

Things are going just fine at University Pines. The staff is nice and compassionate. The facility itself is nice and clean. The residents seem to be happy and well taken care of. There are a fair amount of activities.

Marion woods is a warm and friendly place. I got that warm and fuzzy feeling the moment I walked in. My mom got the one bedroom apartment without the balcony and it is spacious and well lit. The phone and cable, which were the only things we had to get transfered to her name was done the day we moved in, Century Link (phone service provider) was a little challenging but we got it straight. Best of all my mom loves it there and feels safe. I recommend it highly.
