Priority Life Care

My mother is living here--8 years, first in assisted. As her condition changed we went to independent with a full time private caregiver--more of a companion. This is not fitting my mom's needs--she has no training in Alz.

We have paid the introductory fee for dad to become Elmcroft's next resident. Director has been great to work with and I believe my father will be happy here.

Toured twice. Very Nice facility. Would definitely be on list to choose from.

Beautiful setting, delightful people. Have not taken mother to visit. She seems uninterested due to her feelings after visiting a friend a number of years ago. Thinks the rooms are too small.

I loved it, I put a deposit down on the 220 one bedroom unit.

I thought Brookdale Jensen Beach was wonderful. Their staff and everything were good. The only thing I saw that could've been better was the menu. Some things on there, like the pizza, were way overcooked, but other things like the chicken salad was phenomenal. Their cleanliness was good as well and I would absolutely recommend it!

One of the biggest factors right away is that our loved one had already known people currently living there which helped make the transition much easier for him. He is gaining some weight so we assume the meals are pretty good. Based on our experience we would absolutely recommend the Celebration Villa community to other families.

I really liked Bridges of Warwick. They were one of my first choices. But cost was a deterrent. Also, looking back, I think my loved one's care needs were higher than we realized at the time and more than they would have been able to handle with specific lift requirements, etc.

My loved one feels like it is living on vacation and everyone waits on you and supports the residents. The staff communication with the family is great and they are quick to respond to questions or concerns the family has. They are very helpful. The food is bland according to my loved one, and it would be nice to have more seasonings available. They serve powder eggs which my loved one doesn't care for. It would be nice to see better options and more variety of food offered. There is happy hour each week, painting, bingo, outings, shopping, drives, and more for activities for the residents to participate in.

My brother was a very picky eater; but now he's eating, gaining weight, and he likes the food they make. He's even asked the kitchen, "If I want more sausage, can I bring it in for you to fix it?", and they have. They've accommodated him by fixing things he likes, as well as preparing canned soups I'll bring in for him. As far as activities go, my brother isn't a joiner he's more of a learner. They have communion services every Monday, and mass every 2nd Wednesday. He does join in and likes that. They were very helpful in getting everything set up. I've actually referred a couple people to take a look, and although they were unable to move in - they did tour the community. I've been very pleased with the the facility and the staff. They worked with me to get things expedited so that he was only in transitional healthcare for one day before he moved in. They didn't waste any time accessing him; normally it takes about 5 days, but they were able to do it in less. I was trying to get him out of transitional healthcare quickly because he was losing a lot of weight and not eating. They worked with me to get him out as quickly as possible. As soon as I put the deposit down, they sent a nurse over to access him the next morning. He was evaluated on the [date removed] and moved in three days later. They were very swift, efficient, and helpful during that time. He's adjusting, he's met a few people down the hall from him. He's introverted, but he's slowly meeting people and adjusting here. Celebration also offers transportation to his doctor appointments within a 25 mile radius, and a flat rate fee for anything further - which has been very convenient. I told one of the residents, "If I had to move into a place, I'd like to be sent here!"

I toured Celebration Villa of Nittany Valley and it was clean & personable. They didn't have a large number of activities compared to other places. I also got the general impression that my parents may not have fit in very well, as there weren't as many peers. The cost was a bit more expensive for the value that we would've received. We chose another community because Celebration wasn't the best fit for my loved ones.

The staff are all super friendly and our loved one seems to really enjoy their presence. The lady at the front desk is very nice and always greets us when we come to visit. The meals and dining service is great, and there are a ton of activities throughout the day. We were worried at first since our loved one is more shy and reserved bt they have a team of residents who are ambassadors that helped our loved one get meet new people and participate in the activities.

There is a housekeeper that comes in every week to clean the room but there are a lot of ducks and iguanas and they do their business right in the area where the residents have to go in and out of. When it was brought up it took them a while to pick it up and fix it. Also there is a trash area where left over trash gets left when it is picked up by the company and it attracts the ducks which causes more of the above issue. If they were more attentive and cleaned up the trash I feel like this would not be as big of an issue. The meals are good and my loved one likes them. Even when she asks for seconds they make sure that she gets it. They have church on Sundays and they also have transportation to stores so that the residents can get things that they need. I would recommend this community. The duck situation and the trash could be better taken care of. There are some handicapped signs missing on some of the spots and this is also something that needs to be fixed due to the residents and their needs.

It's a good place. If you need somebody in your family to go in there, I would recommend them. It's well kept. There's plenty of activities. And they're fed very well.

We chose Atria South Hills because of the proximity, price, the facility itself, and the representative that we met with was great. The room sizes are adequate, it is a converted hotel. My father has improved dramatically since being here, he looks so much better and is thriving. He is participating in activities and eating all the food. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

The community is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The community has a homey feel and they have lots going on in the community. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Overall we have been pleased so far with our experience and the care she is receiving at Brookdale Jensen. We chose this facility because of the value for the money and the room sizes, they are very large and spacious. The rooms also have a washer and dryer in the rooms which is great. The director on down are all very nice from the beginning and accessible and they have remained so. They have been great with communication and keeping us up to date if anything happens and are quick to answer. I would absolutely recommend them.

The community has always treated the resident and myself with dignity. They take care of the residents, and add purpose to the resident as well. I've already recommended this community to others.

With a very caring staff, the facility is an older building. I think they do a pretty good job but they are not perfect, and the activity staff is great. I would definitely recommend this community to others

Very decent, accepts pets, cleaning is adequate always (excluding pandemic). staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Kitchen is generally good, sometimes very good, occasionally (my opinion) awful.
