The staff is very available and caring. The facility is small enough (only around 60 residents) and that feels much "homier" versus a large complex. Plus, they really welcome families of the residents and have many special events to come together and socialize.

Staff doesn't always respond in a timely manner if issues arise. Unless an emergency, be patient, they will eventually. They offer; music from outsiders, happy hour, games, and they have a library. I would definitely recommend to others.

They are pretty good with the care services, but they are sometimes short staffed. The food is good. They have plenty of activities. It's a very nice community. They have sufficient nursing staff. I would recommend them as a place to try.

It was more expensive and the rooms looked dark. The people were amazing. They were very friendly and there was a lot of energy!

I'd rate the friendliness of both the staff and the residents at a 4. As far as the staff- not enough people.

Most have walking issues but yet they have to park a ways away and they're a slight incline. I wish something could be done to level the ground and ability to park closer. Otherwise I'm very satisfied and they are too. Meals are great. Staff are wonderful. And mom enjoys the activities.

This is a good place to be and it is a nice setting. They provide three meals for the residents, and will deliver to the resident's room when requested. There are choices to choose from for meals as well. The staff are good to work with.

The friendliness of staff and activity level stands out to me at this facility. They have many special events/entertainment. The place has been remodeled and it's very clean. My loved one's room is always immaculate. The food is exceptional.

The facility has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff seem to genuinely care about the residents and go out of their way to be helpful. I would absolutely recommend Poet's Walk San Antonio!

The move in process was very easy for our family and the staff members were very good after our loved one had passed and helping move her stuff out after just a few days after moving in.

It's very clean. They were very caring for my pareants and took good care of them. The food was good, and my loved ones liked it. They had many activiites. There was issues with the billing. They could be more upfront with the billing, and offer more reasonable prices. Overall, the place was great. The staff was very good. The place was fantastic.

The facility has been short staffed so there has been no Housekeeping, but it appeared on my loved one's billing that she was given a discount.

Get the job done. So I don't have to worry about the daily living activities, like cooking, maintenance and transportation. Social interaction is one of the main reasons I am here. Increases mental stimulation.

The staff are great, and it's one of the most reasonably priced places in the area even though it is a little bit older.

I feel safe, I feel comfortable. My puppy loves the people that live her. Residents and staff are very friendly. I enjoy running the community country store. The food is good and portions are good. Overall this is a great place to live.

Everyone is friendly. They clean my family member's room all the time. They seem to take care of him pretty well. And he's happy.

The maintenance have been very responsive. The food is supbar, and it's pre-prepped.The fruit and vegtable selection is limited. The services in the dining room is below average. The friendliness of the staff is okay. They could improve by making the place smell fresher. On a positive note, they do check on the residents. I feel my loved one is in a safe environment.

When I toured Poet's Walk San Antonino I was greeted with friendly staff, from reception to workers inside and outside, are very friendly and polite. Everyone talks to guests and residents. Poet's walk was bright and clean, with very happy residents. Another loved one was at Poet's Walk a while ago and he was so very well taken care of . My loved did pass away, but during his stay at Poet's he was well cared for.
