They’re a good a good community. They are very clean and the staff has always been very friendly and kind. They have a lot of activities, even though my loved one does not participate really. It’s worth the money.

Level of care is great. Staff & most residents are friendly. We are very happy my mom is there. She adjusted to new setting faster than expected in under 1 month.

Very accommodating. Our mom is treated with respect and care. The facility is friendly, clean and warm. It's bright and positive -feeling.

The community is clean and the staff is friendly. It was very easy for me to rate them a five. I didn’t have to think about it at all. We’re happy with the care services and activities that are offered. We don’t have anything unpleasant to say.

Linda Coleman from "A Place for Mom" found me Regency Residence. It is a"Hidden Gem" in Port Richey, where I live and is just around the corner from me. ( I'm in the long term care business and I forgot about Regency). My Aunt has had several moves in the last 4 years, this will be her last and we finally found the best. Regency is clean and bright and friendly . Dog friendly( Fifi her 5 lb poodle is welcome also). The staff are real! They are not putting on a show for visitors. The other residents are also friendly and welcoming. I know she will be at home here.

My mother said it was an excellent place! The staff is made of very nice people! We don’t have a complaint about anything! My mother loved the food love.

Very lovely setiting. Quiet. Small enough to feel homey. Staff was very friendly. Residents I met were happy. Choices for rooms had variety. It was easy to chose. Prices and plans reasonable.

Fantastic Visit! Awesome facility! A lot of open areas, great lighting in common areas. Most of the people we past during the tour were known by my guide and she spoke to them by name. I was very impressed by that. Shows she actually took time with residents. Love the patios, walking trail, etc. With mothers current low house payment & utilities I was disappointed to realize she might be better staying where she is. At this point it would best in a lot of ways to my disappointment. This facility would be much more convenient for us to check on her as it is closer than her home is now. Loved the activities, transportation, etc. The one bedroom on the back side facing the wooded area would be perfect.

I have nothing but good things to say about Brentwood! They are fabulous! The staff are just wonderful, and were a huge factor in our decision! I would give them a 6! They have lots of activities. The food is good. In fact, my loved one says it tastes "too good", because she wants to eat everything! The price was right, and everything was excellent! The coordinator was very personable and knowledgeable. So far, we are very pleased!

I'd give this place top marks across the board, they do a great job! The staff are incredible and do a great job of creating a warm comfortable atmosphere for the residents. They've got all sorts of activities that they offer, and the employees do a wonderful job of engaging the residents. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and looks very nice.

They were absolutely fantastic, they provided everything that we were hoping they would, and we can't really think of any way they could improve on the service. It's a very nice looking place, the employees are very friendly, and all of the services provided are top notch.

We're very pleased with this place, they do an amazing job. It is a very nice looking, well kept, and clean facility. The staff are all very caring and professional, and the care and activities they provide are top notch! We like that there is very little staff turnover, so the residents and staff really get to know eachother. This place has truly been a blessing.

I can't say a negative thing about the place. They were great. I can't say enough about the staff, the rooms, everybody there. They had music and wii bowling and things. They are an older place. They aren't a five star luxury place. They are a five star care place! They didn't have the nicest wallpaper, but they take great care of their people. It was on twelve acres of wooded land. I could take him outside. They had a menu to serve you food. I can't say enough good things about them I wish he would have been able to experience it longer. I never once saw anybody mistreated. They would call me if there was ever any issue. Just great!

He loves what their serving for food. He has gained weight since he has been there, and asks for seconds a lot. Very vibrant, the staff sitting down with the residents, chatting and looking after them, I was very impressed with the physical therapists. We have already recommended it to two other families. They have what I call a make a wish program where they find what a resident wanted to do in their life and make it happen, they have helped residents: sing in an opera, fly in a World War 2 bomber plane, throw out the first pitch, they even did an extreme makeover on one womans room, they took her out in a limo and everything.
