My mother in law lives here and she's enjoying it. The people are so friendly. We have had a positive experience here. I would recommend the Tanglewood Trace. It is a very nice place and a good value.

I first contacted Jennifer in November and immediately put down a deposit sight unseen. The philosophy of care was what I wanted for my Mother. The facility is now finished, she has moved in, the care and grounds are wonderful. Mother loves her apartment and raves about the food. The staff contacts me with any concerns or questions and has been very nice to my mother. I think this is an outstanding facility and know that Jennifer has picked the staff with an eye toward making this a wonderful environment for the residents. Victoria Johnson

I placed my mother here. The staff is wonderful. They go above and beyond to help the residents with their memory. I highly would recommend the Brookdale Winter Haven MC. It is a wonderful facility. There is a variety of activities. The Meals are very tasty, good, and well balanced. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. This is a fantastic assisted living community. It is very nice. It has been a great experience.

I would definitely recommend Elmcroft of Chippewa! They take very good care of their seniors that live there. My mom is very happy there. They offer a lot of activities that keep the residents busy. The people there are very achieving in trying to make sure that everything was done well. They have been very great with communication. Everything was easy to move her in. Very Clean and Good Value. I would rate the Friendliness 6 stars!

The whole facility is outstanding. It is a brand new, beautiful, physical plant. The rooms are large, spacious with a large kitchenette. The dining room is beautiful, the food is outstanding. The staff is very pleasant and efficient. I am glad that I am a residnet here.

MY 93 year Mother has been living in a skilled nursing facility in Sun City Center,Fl for the past two years. Although it was a very nice facility, it was a sterile hospital environment, and not conducive for her quality of life. My mother preferred to stay in her room, including meals and rarely socialized. We found "The Crossings at Riverview" and WOW, what a difference. She has been at the "Crossings for a little over a week now and her entire personality has returned. She is going to happy hour, mingling with residents, venturing on her own on the lovely riverview grounds. After 2 years of trying to convince mom to get hearing aids, only 2 days after moving in - she asked "when am I going to get my hearing aids and TV? The staff is outstanding. They have delivered far beyond our expectations each and every day. I highly recommend this brand new facility and you had better get in soon before it is filled to capacity.

My mother is 94 years old and has lived with a family member for the last 15 years. Her first day was difficult, but the experienced staff gave her excellent care and were very attentive to her transition. She has now now been there for one week and has adjusted nicely to the facility. The care continues to be above average. I know I made the right choice by placing my mother at The Crossings At Riverview. In addition to the great care, the food prepared by Chef Terry has been excellent. The grounds overlook the Alafia River .... A very calming park like setting. The apartments were created with seniors in mind. My mother has a studio apartment. It has wide doors for my mothers walker/wheel chair. The shower has a built in seat with grab bars. There is also a nice mini kitchen with a microwave, small kitchen sink and almost full size refrigerator. Planned activities are also available for the residents. I am very happy with the excellent care and attention my mother receives at the Crossings At Riverview. I give them a five star rating.

We visited this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The people here are very nice, they answered all of my questions. I was able to talk to the residents, who seemed happy and content. The community was clean. Overall a very nice community.

From my very first contact with Erin at Brandywine Senior Living at Dresher, I was very impressed. I was looking for a facility to assist my mother in her recuperation from an injury. My mother had been through acute-care rehab as well as short term rehab but was not quite ready to return to living alone in her apartment. Brandywine has a Passport/Respite program which was perfect for my mother. Erin, the director, was so knowledgeable and compassionate that I was immediately comfortable. A one month stay was decided on and everything to make my mother feel comfortable and at home was instituted. From her first day to her last ( she stayed 6 weeks) she has nothing but praise for the staff, the food and all the amenities offered. Brandywine was exceptionally clean, her linens were changed weekly, her laundry done and her apartment cleaned too. Pam usually made her bed daily and was always kind and friendly. The meals were excellent and Erin sat her with three lovely ladies with whom my mom became very friendly. The waitresses were excellent....Jenna, Janet and Amy always attended to my mom and anticipated her wishes without her even asking! The daily activities and movie were great. I was especially pleased to hear that someone checked on her every evening to be sure all was well. I am not sure of that person's name but she was great. Also, if my mother did not come down for a meal someone checked on her and offered to bring food to her apartment. Other staff members whose services were exceptional were Heather, Gwen, Rachel and Donna the nurse. But everyone we came in contact with was super!!! Brandywine Senior Living at Dresher is a fantastic place and I would highly recommend this facility.

This senior community is wonderful. My mom has been on the memory Ward as well as the regular assisted living and both departments treated my mother so well. The food could be better but they are given quite a variety in the Assisted Living section. The staff is very loving and caring. there are constant activities and outings and they treat her as family. We couldn't be happier with this facility.

I think they do a great job overall at Elmcroft of Lewisburg. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff have all been friendly and helpful. They do a great job interacting with the residents to ensure everyone is busy and entertained!

We think this place is great! Everything has gone exceedingly well here, my Mom loves it! The people who live here are all very friendly, and Mom has already made a lot of new friends. In the community she was in previously she'd just sit in her room all day, but at Las Palmas she is out and about all day! The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and well kept, and the staff do a great job taking care of the people who live here. I'd highly recommend it, we couldn't be happier!

Very clean facility and nice staff and residences.

We had an outstanding experience with Elmcroft of Dillsburg. My mother resided there for approximately seven months. Mother was 98 and so required their highest level of care. We could not have asked for a better facility for her last months. The entire staff was "vested" in her well-being. She was not merely a resident or the old lady down in room 112. Somewhere along the way they started referring to her as "our Mary". Elmcroft's facilities provided a home-like environment but it was the staff that made it home for mother. The staff went above and beyond what was required. Their communication with me was excellent. Regardless of day or night, there was always someone to answer my questions or fulfill my requests in a timely fashion. If they didn't have the complete answer when asked, they were prompt about getting back to me. The facilities were always clean. They had many different activities both on-campus and off-campus available to keep the residents engaged. The food was good and the kitchen would cater to any special dietary requirements which arose. Their on-site medical team worked closely with mother's hospice care givers. My mother, like many of her generation, was adamant she did not want to go in a "home". In her mind, a "home" was the stereo type "skilled nursing old people warehouse". Unfortunately, she had reached the point where we could not care for her in our house and the medical professionals were strongly recommending that she needed to be placed in a facility. Elmcroft was so NOT that stereo type that mother had in mind. If it was, I could not have comfortably placed her there. Elmcroft provided a true home like setting and their staff provided true "family style" care. They enabled me to be able to live with the difficult decision I had made. I can comfortably recommend Elmcroft of Dillsburg to you if you are looking for a quality environment for your loved one. Respectfully, MaureenBurke McGinnis LtCol USMCR (ret)

Our experience with Marion Woods has been a very good one so far. They really did an excellent job welcoming her to the community and helping her get settled in. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff are all very friendly caring people. I would highly recommend this place!

Very nice facility - Licensed Assisted Living (All private apts - 40). Age in place - meaning as your assisted living needs increase the staff will adjust to meet your needs. No transfer to another unit. There are no other units at this facility. One dining room for all residents. Menu items seem adequate. Lunch was good and nice serving size. Scheduled meal times in place. In room dining available when needed. PT/OT available on site. Lab draws and Xrays available on site. No Medical Director but work with Dr. P Kumar for medical concerns. Secured Facility - 24/7. Visitor's welcome 24/7. Monthly rate includes Laundry (done individually - per resident), Housekeeping. 4 rooms types available with kitchettes and large closets. Pricing book given for us to review. Families are permitted to stay overnight in room with resident. No guest rooms available. Facility Calendar provided. Many activities listed - In house and Out of house. Beauty Shop in house. Pet friendly facility. Residents range in age 65 and up. Staff very friendly and introductions were made. Facility clean and in good repair. Updated furnishings throughout. Church services on site - Pastor from New Paris Baptist Church. 83% retention rate of employees. Staffing is assessed weekly and adjusted based on current resident needs. 30 Staff associates in total. Day shift - CNA 3 to 4, RN 1, LPN 1 Eve shift 3 to 4, RN 1, LPN 1, Night Shift (after 10pm) CNA 1, RN 1. Director of Nursing - Lora Cruse (1 yr with facility). Poditrist visit's every other month. Outdoor areas are also secured. Transporation is available to outside events, etc. Personal Hygene Items are the responsiblity of family. Medication is through Grandview Pharmacy. If you choose to use other pharmacy there will be additional fees. Cost breakdown - One time process fee (one month's fee). As you need more assistance you are charged depending on the service - Alacart. Those fees are included in facility packet. Suggested that if you are interested in this facility - you should put your name on waiting list as they stay at full capacity. You can stay on this list as long as you want. $500.00 charge to be on list. $400.00 of this is applied to your 1st month's fees once, you move in.
