The Crossings at Riverview overall is going just fine. It is expensive though. The facility is clean. The staff is very friendly. They have activities but she is not participating. The care is good here.

So far so good at Elmcroft of Chippewa. They've done a pretty good job. My aunt complains about food but if you put down a Ruth's Chris steak in front of her she would complain about that too. The people have been really nice here. I've looked at other facilities and they are about the same price. Overall it has been a good experience so far.

I love it. I was extremely impressed with the staff. Mom is happy, the room is beautiful, and the food is good. If I call they immediately take the phone to her. They are right on top of it, and I even took her without signing her out, and they were right on top of it, and let me know what time to bring her back for medication and everything. They were pretty competitively priced to other places in the area.

They try to charge you for care that you do not need. Some of the staff talk about other residents. For example they said mother is not as near as bad as some of the other residents. They call me everyday about services they think my mother needs but she does not. They quoted me $3000 a month and now I am up to $4800.00 a month.

Ridgeline is the new management company for the residents of Tanglewood Trace. My Mother received care from the staff that made our family at ease. They handle their job with love and respect for their residents. The many activities are creative and designed to keep a majority of the residents involved. Ridgeline has improved the dining experience and polls the residents for their favorite recipes. The housekeeping and laundry is staffed by people that want the residents to feel at home. The nursing staff and aides went above and beyond the call of duty keeping my Mom clean and healthy, Tanglewood transportation is first class. Handicap accessible and available for all residents five days a week. The Tanglewood facility is not your normal Assisted living experience it well exceeded all of our expectations.

This place really cares about their residents and delivers on their promises.My mother was living in a nursing home and receiving terrible care and she moved to this facility and is paying half the price of the nursing home and receiving twice the care . She is 95 and extremely happy . I highly suggest you put this facility on your list of must sees if you are considering assisted living for yourself or a loved one.

Since my family is all over the US, i've toured assisted living facilities in 4 states. I can comfortably say that Elmcroft was a excellent choice for my parent to start their next journey in life. Everything has been a POSITIVE experience, from the initial contact with Lisa to the day of move-in with the head of maintenance helping to adjust their bed to the right height. The dining staff has easily learned what the like and dislike. The nursing & aid staff have understood their individual needs and accommodated all requests.

At Brentwood at Hobart the friendliness of the staff depends on what shift is there. The nursing staff are quite good. Some of the breakfasts are just great and some are not. It just depends on who is doing the serving and who is doing the cooking. They need to be more consistent in several areas. I am still getting adjusted at this point. On the whole it's good, there are just some things that need working on here.

My mom loves this place!

My mother-in-law has been at several assisted living and nursing/rehab centers. She has only been at the crossings about a month but I am in love with the place. It feels like walking into a fancy hotel. It always smells nice and everything looks clean. The food looks delicious. I haven't tried it but my mother-in-law seems to love it. They have a lot of variety if you don't like the choices for the evening. She gets anything she wants to drink. The staff is very friendly. They spend their time caring for the residents and not talking to each other. They are very attentive and quick to react. All the residents seem clean and content. The common areas are light and inviting. The outdoor areas are set up in such away that there are several places to sit and be alone with your family. The crossings is an all around great place to live.

Everybody at Marion Woods has been extremely friendly. The staff works extremely hard to stay in touch and keep the communication going and they are very diligent to make sure that the guests there are happy.

Great place for Mom. I am glad 'A Place for Mom' recommended it for my mother.

Excited for Mom to move in. I think she will flourish there.

It's lovely, very nice. It's going to take a while to adjustment. We go there everyday it's very clean, we loved how clean it is, it's one of the reasons we chose them. We haven't had any issues. They were very reasonably priced.

Las Palmas has a nice pool. It has been a really good experience. The facility is clean. The staff there are very friendly. I don't have anything that I would mention that needs improving here. We are really pleased.

So far, overall, we have been very pleased. It's clean and the staff is friendly. The food seems to be good. We just liked the overall aesthetics of the place, the friendliness. We also liked the fact that she could still be independent, but have people around if she needed it. They were even a little less expensive than some of the others we checked out.

It ended up not working out at Sterling House of Richmond. He just couldn't do the assisted living. I really wish it could have worked out. It had nothing to do with the facility just his behavioral problem. The property itself was just beautiful. It just wasn't a good fit for him.

My husband has alzheimers and he can be difficult. I have never seen them be anything except loving towards him. Because they are so kind to him, he softens and doesn't feel the need to lash out and i am very grateful to them. I am extremely pleased.

Brookdale Jensen Beach staff really need to work on assisting patients with personal hygiene. I feel this area is really lacking. Other than that I am pleased with this facility. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly.

They've done a really excellent job at Elmcroft of Lebanon! Our family had a somewhat unique situation, and the people here really went out of their way to understand and accommodate that situation. They reached out to us quickly when we inquired, and really helped us through the whole process. The facility itself is very nice, and they're taking great care of my loved one!
