I have very few complaints about Atria South Hills. There were some minor problems at the beginning but they got resolved. She was taken very good care of there. The staff always checked on her and made sure she was doing well. It's a little pricey but anything like this is.

So far we're very pleased with Elmcroft of Chippewa! It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff have all been very friendly. We really have no complaints, and I would recommend them any other families looking into this sort of care in the area!

They were extremely helpful. When we were looking for a place for my parents they both had different needs and they just went out of their way to be helpful. Everyone from the receptionist to the executive director was extremely helpful. We had a lot of questions and things changed on what we needed and I just can't say enough nice things about them and having them provide us with information. They were very cooperative.

Definitely the menu and the food could be improved upon. It is usually just hit or miss. They seem to overcook a lot of their food and I found it is very tasteless. My dad also complains about the maintenance.

Lovely facility and units. Nice surroundings. I like that the Holiday Retirement Company offers the travel option to stay at their other properties.

I am very impressed. They discovered that my dad had a low thyroid. He is more active now. He has met a lot of new people that share the same interests as him. He is more social. These are the kind of things that we were hoping for from an assisted living facility. We are both very pleased. He has been there for about five or six weeks. Care services are not applicable because he has no use for it. He is healthy.

I would say that my experience with them has been a very positive one. The moving-in process and getting settled was easy and happened very quickly. She is not a very outgoing person and I realize they are busy, but sometimes I think they need to encourage her to participate in more activities. Everything else is wonderful.

It's a very nice place, and everyone there is very nice and he's actually happy, so that's important.

Our parents moved to the Crossings approximately 2 months ago. We have experienced strong support from the staff and management team, helping get them settled and comfortable. We have found everyone very friendly, helpful and engaging. We are very pleased with the facility, care, amount of attention and overall interaction with our folks and family members. Our parents are regularly encouraged to be active and socialize with other residents. The facility is extremely nice both in amenities and setting, located next to the river. We highly recommend the Crossings at Riverview.

My father and step-mother have been living at the Crossings of Riverview for approximately two months. We couldn't be happier with the level of care, interaction and support for our family. The facility and setting are gorgeous. The staff very friendly and helpful and the food is very good. There is a wide variety of activities that keep residence engaged and busy. We would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing an Assisted Living environment.

Located in a beautiful location overlooking the Severn River. Initially had a water problem with the selected room on the first day moving into the building. Atria management recognized this problem wasn't easily or quickly repaired and permanently moved my Mom to a larger, better room for no additional cost. The facility has a lot of activities that appeal to more active seniors and my Mom very much likes the meals Overall an excellent value and and a major step above its competitors.

They're doing a great job at Elmcroft of Mid Valley! The environment here was such an improvement for my loved one. The staff are friendly and professional, and they've been very attentive to his needs. They're very easy to work with and made the whole selection and move-in process very smooth. I'd highly recommend them!

They've done an absolutely fantastic job so far at Cherry Laurel, I'd give them higher than 5 if I could! The staff here is fantastic, they're friendly, caring, and really seem to care about the people who live here. They really get to know both the residents and their families, and always know where everyone is if you ask! They've got all sorts of activities, and even the food is good! I also like that they have an on-site home care service available that you can use to get the level of care that is right for your loved one. My Mom wasn't really ready for full-time assisted living, but I'm able to use the care service here to schedule half an hour a few days a week just to check up on her. Our experience has been great here, and I high recommend it!

Very Nice place. I'd have no problem staying at Elmcroft. I hope an apartment is available when I need one.

Our experience at Brookdale Deer Creek was a good one! Everyone here was very helpful and very kind, and they did a great job taking care of my loved one. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they've got a lot to offer their residents. He ended up needing to move to somewhere that provides more one on one care, but Brookdale is a very nice place overall. My one suggestion would be that their food service could use a little work.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at Elmcroft of Reedsville so far. The folks who work here are very friendly, and they do a great job keeping the place looking clean and nice. Mom is settling in well here, they made her feel very welcome, and she can be a hard person to win over. I'd give them top marks across the board, they've done a great job overall!

I think the staff has been very helpful and accommodating. They have been very friendly, supportive, and caring for my mother. They stay true to their word. My mother is in independent living, so I can't rate the care services, but the staff has been wonderful whenever she has needed them. We're overall very pleased with our choice in this community.

Atria in Newburgh has given my mother a new lease on life. Everyone from the director to the housekeeping staff have gone out of their way to make my mom feel at home. If it were not for "A Place For Mom" I would never have found this wonderful community. Kudos for your dedication and commitment to our moms and dads! Dale Naylor

The photos on the website do not do justice to the actual place. This facility is beautiful,clean and roomy. The personnel are very helpful and friendly. The activities provided are well worth living here. No one can ever be bored with nothing to do. I wish I had discovered this facility years ago for my father. You won't be disappointed if you, family or a friend ever resides here. Thank you University Pines for serving the seniors in my area.

The staff is wonderful with the residents, including all Management. There are always activities going on with residents encouraged to participate. Moved parents from out of state to The Crossings at Riverview to be close to us. They have improved so drastically (75% turnaround for Mom who has had 2 strokes) in the 2 months they have been at The Crossings that I would highly recommend this facility for your loved one.
