My dad moved into DeSoto Beach Club on February 1, 2016. He enjoys the people, the food and the pool. The management folks and the staff are excellent. They have been very friendly and attentive to his needs and have checked on him regularly. He was scheduled to go into a facility in West Virginia, but after touring DeSoto, he said there was no comparison. I agree! I'm glad he is happy there. I love to visit him , and I feel welcomed by the staff each time I go. It's worth a look.

We had home care for my mother before moving her to Atria Newburgh and I do think this community is a much better option than home care. There is able to have socialization and make friends, and I believe this is good for her health. Things are giing very well there and I have already referred people to go here as well. It has been a very good experience. The staff is very assistive, attentive and friendly. The director of nursing is awesome! The food is very good for the most part. They do offer several activities. One thing I would like to see and suggest is a support group or transition class for new residents to be able to have and maybe speak with other newer residents in that group.

Elmcroft was a beautiful facility. I only wish we could afford to place my mother there.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Brentwood! It's a very nice place, I'd give them top marks across the board. The staff is friendly, and they really just take care of everything you might ever need to worry about! We're very happy with our choice!

Our experience with Tanglewood Trace has been a very good one! The staff here is friendly and efficient, and they do a great job taking care of the residents. They're very responsive, you never have to ask them twice to take care of something! The only complaint I've heard from my loved one is that the food could be better.

LOVED this place. Taking mom to look at it this weekend.

Overall I think Cherry Laurel is a very nice place, unfortunately independent living just wasn't right for our loved one. But I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into independent living in the area! It's a nice looking, clean community, and the people all seem very friendly.

My mother recently moved into Atria Summit Hills and we have been very pleased. The staff has been very accommodating, friendly and helpful. My mother loves her new home. She has made new friends and feels very comfortable.

All five stars for me. Not 4.5. All 5 stars.

Right now things aren't going too well. My Mother In Law was only there for two days before something happened to her back. It was through no fault of the facility. She has been in the hospital since then. Right now she is in rehab. I don't know if we are going to be able to take her back to The Venetian. They are great there though, there were no problems.

Mom loves this place. The staff is very friendly. Many activities to keep them busy. If your looking for a place for your loved ones this is it!

While looking for a facility for my wife, I personally toured 11 sites and looked at 2 more by phone or internet. I considered amenities, services, location, staff involvement in daily care, staffing, building, activities, therapy availability, living space options, cost,employee appearance and personality and most importantly food quality, appearance, service, and variety. The Chef uses his imagination to make the standard menu a touch above the others. Other facilities offered some very good options but The Crossings came out on top for overall ratings. There are other cheaper facilities but again considering the overall total package The Crossings came out on top. My wife has been at The Crossings for a month and she is happy and comfortable with the staff, activities and food, therefore I know I made the right choice

The staff members at the Atria were extremely nice and very helpful towards the family. My loved one was only there for a little while, but they really worked well with me to help deal with the experience.

It came to my attention that she really isn't getting the help she should such as housekeeping. Her sheets has not been changed since she has been there and she has been there a little over 6 weeks. No one ever explained what she was entitled to before she moved there.

We had my mother in law here for 9 days just to get some free time. It was a great place.

My mother was there for several months while recovering from a stroke. The facility is so beautiful and looks more like a hotel than an assisted living facility. This is not the first ALF my mom went to, so I have some perspective on what's good and what's bad. When you walk in there is a front desk with a person ready to greet you. There is no odd or unpleasant smell like so many elderly care facilities have. The Crossings' staff encourages the residents to interact and be social, so my mother made many new friends. When we went on the facility bus to go shopping, the residents were laughing and joking with each other. It was really nice to see them smiling and happy. There is always something fun and interesting for the residents to do - movies, games, pool table, a library (and they update the books monthly). The staff is friendly and professional. When my mother went back to the hospital, several staff members called her to see how she was doing and let her know they missed her. The physical therapy is fantastic. The delicious meals are prepared by a chef (not a cook). I can't say enough good things about The Crossings. You will not have to worry about the safety or care of your family member if you decide The Crossings. You will be able to sleep nights!

I have been extremely pleased with them so far. They are doing a great job. I would highly recommend them to other families. I would give them a five.

We are very pleased with Elmcroft of Dillsburg. I cant say enough good about it. It is very clean. They keep up with her room really well. They get her involved. They take good care of her and check up on her. We thought she would have trouble adjusting and she hasn't. They seem to have something for everybody here.

I really liked this place.The staff were all very friendly. All the folks living there seemed happy. While there I saw groups talking about the daily news, a music session where one gentleman was up dancing. Everything looked clean and well kept.

This place is farthest from my home but I liked it very much. People were very nice and helpful
