Brookdale has been so helpful to us with our neighbor. If it hadn't been for Brookdale and a Place for Moms, we would not have known what to do to take care of our neighbor who has dementia. The staff is wonderful and helpful.

Excellent facility. Resident focused. Bonnie [Removed] did an exceptional and thorough tour. Even stopped to talk to residents who were ALL pleased and happy. Dont take anyones word for it. Scedule your own tour!

Bonnie [Removed] is an exceptional counselor and community service educator. Her input and sincerity for people was obvious and welcome. She gave us a thorough tour of the facility. It was great. Comfortable studio style apts., exceptional staff and attention to detail and cleanliness. Made sure we talked to residents as well. ALL were genuinely pleased and happy! Plenty for residents to do and keep busy. Great food. Van trips provided on Mondays to shopping and restaurants! Very easy to make a difficult transition possible and positive!

They are friendly, will call you by name. Mom is settling in, and starting to open up with everyone. They keep it spotless and it always smells good. They have so many services to offer, which surprised me. Helps to relieve a lot of the family care giving.

We were very happy with this community. Staff members were excellent and answered all of our questions that we had. It was a very clean and beautiful community. They have alot of activities there for everyone. We would highly recommend this community for families looking for great care.

My mother is still adjusting to this community, but so far everything is going well. I'am very pleased with everything they have done for us. They have wonderful staff here, they are very caring. The community looks great, they do a great job with the cleanliness. There are nice activities available. The meals look very nice. She being cared very well here. I know she is in good hands, and I would recommend this community to anybody.

Great place to work with

My mother had great services from the staff and the caregivers. I would highly recommend Brentwood at Hobart. They would always give me updates about my mother the communication was terrific. The community had activities and meal plans available for residents. I thought this was a great place for my mother the care was above and beyond.

I am very pleased with The Venetian Gardens. The staff are attentive. This is a clean well taken care of community. They offer daily activities. I have tried the food and it is good.

A Wonderful place. Staff is very friendly and pleasant. Place is very light even the halls where appartments are located. Lots of activity for the residents ,wonderful food. Staff is always mingling with residents and available all the time. very nice atrium where residents gather.Very glad my mom chose Eastlake Terrace.

I am so happy with the care that is given at this community. Activities are always available but my dad prefers to socialize during meal times and has made friends too. The meals that are served taste very excellent, I have ate with him and agree too. The staff are very accommodating, attentive, and helpful at all times.

We were very happy for the care that my mother in law received at this community. The value was good for the care she was given. She was happy with the staff that took good care of her. Activities were offered to her that really kept her active that she enjoyed. the food was good and she was happy with the variety. I would recommend this for others who need care for a loved one or family member.

August 15, 2016 We just want to Thank You Mr. Paul [Removed], Senior Living Advisor - A Place For Mom. I know the key to success in Communication, time is important with all parties/time constraint deadlines. Along with getting the information and actually ulitize all tools that are hand it out to get started. Being prosistance , not waiting to long for a respond, call back first ( politely ) just inquiring. Cooperation Families there may be additional information & Requirements by Law to be updated . So start moving and do your Homework this task is what you put into it , asked thoses questions good bad indifferent. Make sure the care you are looking for is the right one to avoid mishaps and disappointment . Weinberg Village has lots more then I inspected. This will be the place for My Mom (Mother), during Respite Care and possible for future , this is my First Stop. Assisted me every step of the way.

All the people at Atria were extremely helpful, John has been there 2 weeks and they are still helping him get adjusted to his new home

I can't say enough about the staff. I am very pleased with the level of care they offer. They willfully and cheerfully perform their job and take great care of my husband. My husband is eating very well and enjoys the food. The community is very friendly and enthusiastic. They offer many activities for the residents.

I had my husband here and the experience was much better than my first. They provided wonderful care and are very good at what they do. The staff were accommodating, nice and communicated well with me. The facility was very new and very clean. I was there everyday and they are really wonderful.

This is an excellent community for my mom. It is a little understaffed, but very good. Excellent variety of good food which my mom enjoys . Mom likes variety of activities they have to offer but does not participate due to being a little shy.

We had our family member at a different ALF which was more conveniently located, but it was no longer working out. We sat down with the staff at The Crossings over a period of days and asked hundreds of questions based on prior experience. All questions were answered to our satisfaction, and the move occurred. Despite some initial challenges (typical in any new environment), our family member settled in very happily. The facility is bright, cheery, professional and caring. This shows in nearly every aspect of the facility. We would highly recommend The Crossings at this time. Any tiny detail we questioned has been handled quickly and easily. It is never easy to place a family member into an ALF, but The Crossings has made it pleasant as they are as good as their word. We no longer feel we have to watch over our family member to be sure he is being properly cared for, we know the staff is taking care of it.

Eastlake Terrace does a wonderful job! The staff here is very personable, and they know the residents and all of their family members by name! They really get to know the people they look after, and they'll check in when my loved one skips a meal or just seems to not be herself. We just really feel like she is in a safe place and we don't have to worry anymore!
