Eastlake Terrace does a wonderful job! The staff here is very personable, and they know the residents and all of their family members by name! They really get to know the people they look after, and they'll check in when my loved one skips a meal or just seems to not be herself. We just really feel like she is in a safe place and we don't have to worry anymore!

Mom is doing good at this community. The staff are nice, always smiling and happy. The food is good and they offer healthy choices. The community is very clean and I would recommend it. They offer lots of activities for the residents to enjoy.

Without a doubt better than all the rest of the places I saw. Has a hotel feel, a nice atmosphere and a caring staff.

Facility less than 3 years old, very clean and well-kept. Great activities and programming for residents.

My mom stayed at this community for a short respite visit. During her visit she enjoyed activities like bingo, popcorn social, and bible study. The community was clean always and my mom was an independent person that she did not require personal attention. The staff are all in general good and nice. Everything went good and we were happy in the end. I would recommend this community for a respite visit.

My dad is doing well since moving into Brookdale Winter Haven. He does not currently participate in any activities but they do have a lot available. We had a chance to try the food and I thought it was good. The staff are nice and attentive to him and the family. The community is kept clean inside and out.

The employees at Elmcroft have made what was a terribly difficult situation for me bearable and I am totally impressed with their patience and caring for my aunt. I have great respect for the entire staff. However, it does distress me that I hear from other families that upper management makes working conditions unpleasant for these wonderful, loving people who care for those poor elderly persons who can no longer care for themselves. God bless your staff.

I have lived in State College for 8+ years. It is a great community. Many friends.

Mom has been here for a little over a month now. My overall rating is a 5 because there isn't one thing I would change about my mom's new home away from home. The staff are the friendliest and most caring people I have ever met. The facility is always spotless and my mom's room is thoroughly cleaned on a weekly basis. The value is great. We've looked at other facilities close to Warwick and they are definitely the most value for the money. Mom has been getting PT and OT and has improved greatly in the short time she's been there. I went to visit unannounced and I "caught" her walking back to her room from the dining room with a staff member close behind her. I could have cried I was so happy to see this improvement. The activities have also helped my mother's mental health in a very short time. She is the happiest I've seen her in two years. Honestly, I can never reach my mother on the telephone in her room because she is always busy doing some type of activity. I cannot thank The Bridges at Warwick family enough for all they have done. They are like our new extended family.

The entire staff at Desoto Beach Club are very friendly and there is great communication with them. The community is very clean and kept up wonderfully. I have had the pleasure of enjoying numerous meals with her and the food is great. There are plenty of activities available and while my Mother in law only participates in a few of them at this time we are hoping once she settles in, she will participate in a few more. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone that asks about it.

The management at this location is excellent. I've found the team to help full and a pleasure to work with.

I've been to a number of senior care communities all over the country, but Broadmore at Lakemont Farms ranks among the best. They are clean, friendly, and welcoming. It's obvious the moment you walk in. Residents seem happy and well-cared for, particularly in the Memory Care unit downstairs. There are 2 elevators, which could be confusing, but the Memory Care one is labeled. Staff is friendly and kind.

The attention that Mom is getting at Tanglewood makes our family very happy. Mom Is a little slow adjusting but everyone at Tanglewood is so patient and helpful. The staff is cheerful. We are very satisfied with our choice for Mom

We began looking for a place for my brother-in-law to live once we realized that we were not able to care for him properly. Brookdale was one of our first visits because it is nearer to our home. Our first visit told us that we had probably found what we were looking for. The facility is beautiful, the staff is very knowledgeable, and everyone there is kind and helpful to the residents. Once Richard moved in, they made it their goal to see that he was happy and adjusted. Unfortunately, Richard was not able to stay long because he was hospitalized with a serious medical problem. Although Richard passed after a few weeks, Brookdale again was there to offer support and guidance during our period of grief. I would recommend Brookdale of Winter Haven to anyone who is seeking help with their loved one with memory problems.

Not only were we able to connect with ElmCroft on the same day as calling A Place for Mom, we were able to visit and get the paper work needed for a move in in two days. It was only two days because the one day was a Holiday so we could have expedited the process and completed the move in only one day! I cannot begin to thank Natalie for her expertise and knowledge during this stressful situation. Thank you to your caring corporation for the time and dedication in helping our family. Elmcroft was our number one pick because of willingness of the Directors to provide us access to the facility and the location was convenient. The tour of the facility was extensive and thorough. All of our questions were addressed from the start. Thank you ElmCroft for providing the personal care our mother requires. We will continue to share this connection and encourage our friends and family to use the service when the situation arises. Love and Prayers for all.

I am extremely happy I was able to move my father into Elmcroft in State College. I am very impressed with how well he is doing. His transition was much smoother than anticipated, as he was made to feel welcomed by all the staff and checked on often. He enjoys having an apartment to himself, not having to share his space with a roommate creates a calming atmosphere. The layout is very open where your loved ones can see the variety of things going on. Plus, it's easy for them to see where things are do to easy visibility throughout the windowed walls and open floor plan. Best of all is the knowledge of my father being cared for and less worry for myself. Thank you to all the employees of Elmcroft, you are very much appreciated.

Las Palmas has a very good ambassador program. I was greeted by Billy, then she introduced me to everyone. It helped me feel right at home. I even met someone who grew up in the area I did!

My mother is still adjusting with her move into Elmcroft. This is a good community and we are pleased with everything they have done for us. Everything about this place is great. The activities are great and the food is good. They have been really helpful and kind to my mother. Our experience has been a good one.

This place is wonderful ... Everyone is happy and involved. My mom is really happy there. The meals are well balanced, but just average taste wise... Probably hard to make really tasty meals in bulk, without being too spicy I'm sure. Good value!

this is TOPS on our list. We loved the tour and felt comfortable there. If we were comfortable we know mom and dad would like it too. We now must sit down and discuss finances. WE FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE and it is central for ALL siblings
