My grandmother is doing well since her move to this community. It is a good, safe community. Everyone has been very kind and friendly. The family is comfortable with her move here, and we know she is safe and in good hands. It is a community I would recommend, it has worked out well for my family.

So far, things are going well and in having a positive experience with this place. The staff is all as friendly as can be, and everyone else is very kind. The apartment I am in is comfortable, with great lighting and housekeeping once a week. I have a friend who also lives here, and we join activities together and she has helped me with settling in. I am happy so far.

A caring staff. Clean and pleasant atmosphere. Staff helped in the transition from independent living to assisted living. Physical therapy staff also caring and professional. They have added more mobility and independencey for mother-in-law.

Hi. I have been very pleased with Poet's Walk and all the staff members. I have never heard an unkind word uttered to staff or to any of those receiving care there daily. All staff members know their guests by name and are attentive to their needs. The guests and their visiting loved ones all comment on the good food and and attention to ones individual needs. I visit my husband most every day, but when I am not there, I am grateful for the assistance they give my husband each day and the phone alerts they give me when something needs my attention. Caring for the guests is a team effort....well performed. [Removed]

This is a new community and my cousin is doing very well here. He is happy and likes the staff members that are very nice and caring to him and others. The food is very good and he is pleased with everything. He does enjoy the activities that he is participating in. I loved that this is a community that truly cares about the well being of others. I highly recommend this for great care for a loved one.

This was a nice place for my grandmother to get excellent care. The staff were always so very nice and respectful. the community was very clean and well taken care of in every area. I liked the care they they showed her. I think other families would benefit from the outstanding care here.

This was a lovely facility. It was a little pricey.

Mom instantly felt at home at Brookdale. Within 3 days and 2 hours of our first tour, she signed a contract and I moved her belongings into her new apartment. Wide well-lit hallways, lots of group sitting areas, and the ease of communicating with the Brookdale managers and staff made for an excellent first impression. I was able to place my husband in Brookdale for a 2 week respite stay. Staff was so very helpful in making me feel comfortable and not to worry about him. Day of check-in all the aides came and introduced themselves. He had a great studio room with Tv and roll in shower. Also it was during the Hurricane in Oct. and I was able to feel relieved after talking to them about the supplies and people that would be there to assist. I highly recommend Brookdale .

Really liked this community. Only downside is that my Mom still likes to cook. Kitchens are not included in units. Studio was a little small, but really liked the one bedroom. Very clean, very bright and cheerful. Price is a problem

We loved the tour of this property. The people were nice and helpful and the staff was out doing activities with the residents. The grounds were nice and clean. We liked that they have a ice cream shop for the residents to enjoy.

I was very impressed with the community. It was very homey and friendly.I felt the rooms were laid out nicely. Bonnie was quite thorough and patiently entertained several of our questions. I would have liked to have seen what a month's menu consists of. However, I do look forward to taking my mom there for a visit and trying out one of their meals. Otherwise I was quite pleased. Everything is working well for my father here at this community. He has adjusted well to it, and I know he is in good hands. The community is nice and clean, they do a good job with the cleanliness. The is staff is good. Overall he is being cared for well here. I would recommend this community, it is a nice place.

A great place. Staff is genuinely kind. Could use more staff but does well with what they have Cleaner than most places and Mom loves the food.

I really like this community. The staff are very good and nice. In the beginning my husband was unable to eat solid meals. The staff accommodated his meals with soft food he liked. Now he eats all the meals served, he seems pretty satisfied. They are very good and I am really happy that I placed him here. I have already recommend this community to others and I would use them again.

My father in law is doing well here at this community. It is a good community with kind people. We know he is in good hands here and being cared for well. He really enjoys the meals. So far it has been nice experience for us here. Everything has worked out very well for us with this community. This is a community I would recommend.

The staff at at this community treat my mom like family. The nurse on staff is the most lovely person. Mom is really happy with the food and they offer a variety of choices. They offer a variety of daily activities including exercise class and bingo. This is a clean community and I would recommend it.
