My Grandmother has been a resident at Brentwood for a year and a half. We both could not be happier. The Staff is wonderful. When I come to visit I'm always greated by name. I have never asked a question that didn't have an immediate answer. The Nusring staff is outstanding. They update me on a weekly basis. I like how everyone employed there knows my grandmothers name and makes a point to speek to her. Wonderful place if you are looking for assisted living. always clean, meals are fantastic, rooms are spacious, bathrooms are all well equipped.

I explored the opportunity of moving my 86 year old father into The Crossings recently. It is located in a gorgeous setting, with beautiful views of the river and lovely grounds with walking paths. We visited before construction was complete, but enough was done that we could tell it would be a grand place to live. Jennifer was most gracious and knowledgeable about the needs of elderly residents, so I'm certain that it will be a marvelous experience for anyone who decides to reside there. I was quite impressed with her vision of what things will be like upon completion. Looking forward to visiting again and definitely consider it as a possibility for my dad's future needs.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at Clare Bridge so far. It's a lovely place, always clean and well kept, and the staff all seem very friendly and caring. Everyone is very attentive and hardworking, I've never seen anyone giving less than 100% when I have visited.

Five big stars! My parents feel like they are at summer camp. I want to live here now - so many activities. The staff is the BEST. Very, very pleased. Wonderful place. I agree with others that the north door is not secure.

We were most impressed as we came down to visit as they even had a special sign made just for us to welcome us. They showed a lot of caring and thoughtfulness. We got a great depth of emotion and a just overwhelmingly warm welcome. We saw the unit, had dinner, went back to the hotel and talked and said "we've made the decision and will be moving in". We are anticipating moving in there in mid January and we are very much looking forward to it.

Attractive and comfortable. Very friendly staff and residents. More amenities, activities and life enrichment opportunities than we had seen before.

My mom is 97 years old, but since going to Desoto Beach Club you would never know it. She is very active, has met a lot of good friends, etc. It is a very nice place. We are very thankful to have found it, and it has been a truly wonderful experience.

The people at Brentwood at LaPorte were very good at making us feel welcome. They also have really gone out of their way to help, including doing doing any little tasks we asked of them, etc. It is a very nice place. There was one small issue with a bill that we received that caused a minor inconvenience, but when we brought it to their attention they were able to work it out and we got everything settled. I would definitely rate them highly and recommend them.

Everybody has been very friendly at Elmcroft of Loyalsock. They have made the transition very smooth and easy. It is what they advertise, not one of those situations where you think you're getting one thing and end up with something else. We are very happy. Five stars across the board - they are awesome!

My father has been a resident at Manresa for about three months. He and i love the scenery and the friendly caregivers. I recently met the nursing director, Gwynn, who has been a God send! I have raised some concerns (minor, of course) to the Director who was completely dismissive of me. Today I was able to meet with the Nursing Director who was able to resolve my concerns in a matter of minutes. The Director should take a course on humanitarian skills from the nursing director. Kudos to all if the other staff who are compassionate and love their careers!

I really love this facility and the staff very skilled and committed only thing that could use improvement is I like to be notified it if my relative has taken even a minor fall both my mother and father are there they have more activities to try and keep my parents thinking processes memory refreshed and brighter which is not available at other facilities my mother has Alzheimer's my father has dementia both different but both treated with respect at this facility

This is the place I chose for my mother. She only has enough money for a few years at this facility but it will make her life more pleasant and fulfilled for a period of time. If it were me living there, I believe I would have a good time and love the opportunity to live there.

Very nice facility. All on one floor. Nicely appointed. Care seems to be good and residents happy. Very impressed.

Overall I think they've done a good job at Elmcroft of Lewisburg, we're pleased with the service! It's a nice looking facility, the staff have all been very friendly, and they take good care of their residents. I'd give them high marks across the board!

I have signed the contract for a 704sf apartment at Sterling Court, & will be moving in on Sept 3. Thanks for all your help.

I made my decision based on recommendations, photos, and info provided. The people I talked to there were very friendly and very helpful. The prices were as good or better than comparables.

Everyone we dealt with at Elmcroft was totally helpful and when they said they would handle it they did promptly. We moved Mom in and they took care of all her needs. They took time to talk and interact with her all the time. They made sure she was at home in all parts of activities but they did not force her to something she had no interest in. I felt so good when I asked Mom if she wanted to go home and she told me she was at home. I am so pleased we found and decided on Elmcroft because of their facilities my Mom was surrounded by her own possessions and sleeping in her own bed.

This place is truly amazing! We moved Mom in just this weekend and it went so smoothly, even with the Engineering having to look through every piece of clothing, household items, bedding, etc. (They make sure there are no bed bugs, etc). It went extremely quickly and the staff accommodated our every request for assistance. This is a beautiful facility and Mom's studio apartment is more than adequate for her needs. The staff has folks who have worked there many years which says a lot about their attitude towards their residents and their commitment to Atria! My 3 sisters and I were impressed with the cleanliness of all common areas and the dining hall is welcoming and the food delicious. A Place for Mom was invaluable in helping us find not only a Place but a Home for our lovely 92 yr old mother!
