The community's response to the Covid-19 pandemic has been good. They are always wearing masks, they make sure to wipe all surfaces regularly, and the cleaning crews are often seen out and busy. The have done a wonderful job keeping the community clean. The staff at Brookdale is very friendly; they learn the ins and outs of all the residents and are very responsive and accommodating. The care is great. They have really stepped up to accommodate for my mother and her limited ability. If you call and have a concern, even if they cannot immediately fix it, the staff takes the time to listen and always entertain your concerns. The activities are great as well. Shopping trips, dinner trips, live entertainment, and bingo are all common! They work very hard to try and keep costs down for the residents, while maintaining a high level of care.

Due to the Covid-19 virus there are no activities open at the present time but once this is over I think there will be so much to do. I love my apartment. The food is very good and I'm told will be even better once they open up the dining room again and get the new kitchen up and running. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm very happy to have chosen Brookdale at West Palm Beach.

The sense of family here is amazing. My mother has lived here for the past year and as would be expected a move can be difficult. However the Elmcroft team helped make this move as easy for her as they could, and she quickly grew to love it here. They have stayed on top of communication and during this pandemic have gone above and beyond to make sure my mom and I are both 100% comfortable! There is no place else I could ever see her being and being this happy! Great Job Elmcroft team!

My family member entered the Elmcroft assisted living in Reedsville PA in January of 2020. We have had nothing but positive experiences. We have been treated with kindness and concern by all staff members and the care has been excellent. Our family member is in a much better situation now that she is not alone at home. Her care, ADLs and medication needs are all met. The staff is extremely friendly and add to the stimulation that has helped her make great strides in her status. We are so lucky to have found a perfect place for mom!

It's all about the people, people. And the people of Brandywine: management, nurses, aides, the dining room staff and activity directors are some of the kindest and most caring individuals I have met since beginning this journey with my mother. It is truly a community and place where I feel comfortable spending an afternoon. The aides smile and TALK to residents instead of staring at their phones. Care and medication is administered by skilled nurses who get to know your loved one, not a case manager with a million other things to do. I realize that one size does not fit all but my experience at Brandywine/Dresher has been very positive.
