Priority Life Care

Before COVID-19 life here was a joy. Bindo, cards, bean bags, baseball, exercise classes, etc. Management is now doing their very best to keep us safe and I appreciate all that they are doing. My only complaint before COVID-19 is the food is awful. Can't do much about it for now.

Hurricane Irma took out my house in Miami-dade... My son [name removed] brought me up here to his home, after a year he brought me here, which is better than living 16 miles out of town! At his ranch! The food is great, the people are gratefully doing everything.

Friendly, greeted fast, and very informative tour. [name removed] answered all our questions. It was a great experience! Once house sells, we will move in.

We chose this facility because I knew other people at Elmcroft of Lebanon and they were pleased with the services here as well as availability. The staff was very helpful and kind during the whole process. I could always talk to whoever I needed to talk to. She said the food was ok. They did not have any cases of COVID, they made ways of communicating with families easier. I would recommend, it was a great transition facility.

We chose Atria South Hills because it was recommend, we went it look at it and the size of community was not too big. Also, the director was very helpful, I had been to other places already and this was the first place I went into and when we sat down she wanted to know about my mother and you could tell she cared. The room sizes are great, very spacious. The food is excellent, my mother was a picky eater and she was eating every meal. My favorite part about this community has been that it is a very friendly place. The residents are friendly, when I would walk in the front door there is a sitting room and the ladies sitting there would always welcome me with a smile. You rarely met anyone that was unhappy. I would recommend Atria South Hills.

I have been very happy with everything here. During this time we are experiencing they have taking many precautions to make sure my mom and others are safe. They keep everything clean and provide the activities they can at this time. My mom enjoys the interaction with the other residents and the staff does a good job with providing me updates.

They are the best, bar none. They are topnotch when it comes to cleanliness. I can't come up with anything that is negative. I think the activities could be better. You will not find better staff anywhere. When it comes to concerns of the residents, regardless of the issue they are the absolute the best. There is nowhere else I would want dad to be right now.

It is a beautiful place to live. Well taken care of. Everyone has been protected. We have an excellent staff. No virus here!! Food is ok. All in all I am happy to be here. I would highly recommend Venetian Gardens.

Great it's not home as I remember but for my style in life, it is wonderful to have friendly faces around and compassionate help. Couldn't ask for more.

I think that the Regency Residence is a great place to live. All of the employees that I have had contact with have been especially nice and friendly and do their best to please the residents and meet their needs. The apartments are very nice and a nice size. We (the residents) feel like one big family.

My grandmother lived at this community before moving to higher level of care for dementia. During her residency I found the community to be clean, inviting and friendly. Meals were well balance and nutritious. Both the staff and residents were supportive and helpful. There is a tru sense of community and the staff of always trying their best to keep their residents active and involved.

I feel that Venitian Gardens is my "forevermore home." I love living here, I should have moved here sooner, I would have been money ahead. In every respect, it is the best place for seniors to live and be happy!

The staff is caring and works hard to make the experience for it's residence a pleasant one. The sense of community is so important to allow it's seniors to live a life with friends and activities. My Dad has been here for five years and he has done more since living here than he did when he lived in his home. He tells me it was the best decision to move here and would have been so lonely at home. I feel so thankful to the staff for giving him a sense of purpose and belonging after my Mom passed away. I also feel he is in a safe place where I know he is enjoying himself. I look forward to my visits as I usually have so much fun with the residents and staff.

It is a Independent living community. The staff there are always keeping the residents engaged and activity even during this pandemic. They do bingo, arts and crafts. The food is just okay, they aren't serving it in the dining room right now. When the did serve it in the dining room the food was great. The layout is good, the rooms are smaller but adequate for one person.

Love it here!

Cherry Laurel is such a warm and inviting place. The staff treat the people who live here, my grandma included, like family.
