What stuck out to us about this facility was when we we walked in here it felt homey and not institutional and we really liked how they interacted with her. I felt comfortable and knew that she would feel at home. The best part about this community so far has been the personalized treatment, they have come to love her and treat her like family. I cannot say enough good about Elmcroft and I would highly recommend to others.

The community is nice. The services they provide are for a reasonable price. I find the staff to be helpful. They have done a good job. I was able to eat food with my loved one the first day. I believe my loved one enjoys the food, and would like to request specifically what they want to eat. Brentwood does provide menus for the residents to choose from.

The community recognizes my loved one and they also recognize me when I visit. I had my loved one to ask one of their friend's to come to this community to allow my loved one to have another friend here. There is a new Brookdale that exists in Arlington Virginia and they will allow my loved one to stay a week to see their grandchildren there.

Brentwood At La Porte was awesome for our short stay, I would go here. It is a beautiful facility with a grand stair case going up to the second floor. The landing of the second floor has tables for people do to activities. The staff members here were very friendly and helpful. I went down to the dining room and would watch staff come through and take care of their residents and they were exceptional at what they did. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

My mom spent the last 6yrs at Elmcroft Chippewa .She felt very at home there from the first day.We got to know the staff personally and they took care of her like family. When mom passed away in March I couldn't be with her because of COVID 19. But I knew she was not alone and she was being cared for by people who loved her! Wonderful people in a beautiful place.
