We chose Atria Summit Hills because they had availability when we needed it as well as the value for the money. The rooms here are private for the residents. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend them to other who are looking.

Atria Manresa is the most amazing place, we would not think of a better place for our loved one. We will always recommend this community to others. We are no longer stressed out, we have no worries at all. There is nothing negative to say about the community, no red flags at all. We just do not have enough words to say how much we love this community. The staff members are all amazing, but especially the recreational director. She is so positive, and is constantly helping out with our loved dogs.

Our family was able to do an in person tour and our experience was great. There were not many restrictions so the tour was pretty open, the place was very nice and it actually was our first choice. The gentlemen we worked with was very nice, had great communication, answered all of our questions and showed us many rooms.

My tour was nice. They were only offering virtual tours, so I didn’t get to go inside. It was hard to tell much from the virtual tour. The guy who led the tour was very nice. At the same time, another community allowed in-person tours and was brand new, very clean, and very friendly. So that in-person factor made the other community a done deal for us.

The staff members here is what makes Brookdale West Palm Beach a great place. We really like this community and in the beginning our loved one was having difficulties transitioning but the people there were patient and now she is flourishing. The community is well kept, we think the meals are good, the quantity and quality are decent. The activities are coming back, the other day they had three different things for the residents to participate in. Our loved one enjoys playing dice and signing to karaoke.

We chose Brenwood at Hobart because of the convenient location to family. She has a 1 bedroom and it is a very nice size for her. The staff have been really goo with communication, I talk to them at least once a week right now. She is loving the food here. I would tell others to make sure to wear your name badges so that way everyone can get to know you by name. I would absolutely recommend to other families.

We chose Brookdale West Palm Beach because my uncle really liked it from the beginning, ti was the first place we looked at we did not have to go anywhere else. He felt this would be the best fit, it is very pretty and homey. He has a 1 bedroom apartment and it is very nice size for what he needs. It has been under construction so the outside may deter you, but the inside is beautiful. You do have to sign in, and when I go in the administrator is always around and willing to talk. He is very happy here at Brookdale and he raves about the food. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

All the staff at atria are wonderful. We unexpectedly needed assisted living for my mother. Atria was exceptionally helpful with getting her placed and settled quickly.The care,dining, and activities are great. We can tell that Atria cares about their residents and want it to feel like home and family. We are grateful to be a part of the caring community at Atria and have peace of mind knowing the staff is so dedicated. I would highly recommend Atria!

Being in the health care profession we wanted a clean place, with no fowl smells, a place where our loved one felt safe with good meals and activities, and Atria is that place. The people there, the staff and residents are incredibly nice we have never seen anything like it before. They will go out of there way to help you and make you feel comfortable. Our loved one has now found his purpose and his new beginning. The activities are starting to open back up, but beforehand they were delivering their 3 meals a day and snacks to their rooms. Every single room at the Atria has an outdoor area you can go out and walk on, its truly beautiful.

The staff members and care services they provided are excellent. What really stood out to us was the smallness of the community. It has a very homey feeling to it, very compacted. It does not feel like a large institutional community.

It is a pleasant community. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The food is more intuitional and adequate. There are no activities yet due to COVID protocols. The staff are top notch to work with.

It is a very clean place, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The staff try to get the residents involved. They also give our loved one physical therapy. I am pleased with the community. They have cooking demonstrations, movies, concerts, and other activities for the residents to choose from.

Our loved one lived there for a little over a year. They were a good place. It was an older building, but they kept it clean. Our biggest issue was having to deal with them sending her to he hospital for little things the hospital can’t fix. They think the ER can fix things they can’t. So every time we went, they would run a Covid test, which was negative every time. The reason we moved her was because we were moving out of state.

This place is great. They take care of my loved one well. They've been up to speed on everything. They're very friendly walking into the door. Everybody there is very nice to my loved one. From what I saw, they were offer a lot of activities. They're always wiping down cleaning, and his room is completely clean all the time. It's just a great old place.

the prettiest of the facilities that we've seen. Not socially warm. Many nice amenities. We were concerned that staff seemed somewhat aloof. Our rating reflects the physical facility and amenities.

My mom was living alone for 12 years after dad died, but over Christmas she stayed with us for 3 weeks and we got a true look at how much help she needed every day. She kept forgetting to take her pills, she wouldn't shower (only "bird bath" but she still had an odor), and the worst of it was she was becoming unstable on her feet. My wife visited facilities and liked this one the best because it's "homey" We took mom to see it and she went from saying "Im not moving, I'm fine at home" to "I could put my dresser here, and my corner hutch here". It's been a couple months and though we've had to stick with video chats and window visits due to covid rules, my mom has stayed safe and the facility is efficient in keeping the people there safe, healthy and happy. Now that restrictions have lifted we can go in and visit her in person. My wife agrees that mom has definitely gained weight back, and we notice she's just happier. The staff make her feel loved and she enjoys chatting with them.

Our loved one really enjoys the meals that they serve, and we would recommend the Atria Hearthstone community to others.

A warm friendly greeting by everyone we met. [name removed] took my friend and I straight to my apartment choice and explained everything I had to ask from my own list. I met several residents again today like I did yesterday with [name removed]. Everyone was welcoming and made me feel so special. I don't know how I'll wait 'til the end of the month! Clean, fresh, well-orgainized. Definitely my kind of place! I'll feel so safe as well as plenty of opportunities for interaction with residents and staff. The menus look enticing. I went staight home and began sprucing up my house to make it sell faster! Thank you, one and all!

It depends on the level of illness. My loved one had dementia, but other than that, she was healthy. What I liked about Elmcroft is they were very accommodating in being able to handle her particular problem. They were very good at infection control regarding the virus, and getting her vaccinated as quickly as possible. She feels safe there. The activities she participates in she enjoys. I am very happy that a physician evaluates her regularly, as well as outside nurses who come in to assess her mental status. If her dementia becomes more severe, they can handle it within the same facility, so there would be no need to move her out. I was very impressed with them. I looked at a number of places in the area, and for what my loved one could afford, Elmcroft was the best. I couldn't be happier with the care there. The cost seemed reasonable to me, but that's not to say that other places that cost less might not be equivalent. You would just have to go and check them out for yourself to see.

Absolutely gorgeous grounds and facility, very clean, [name removed] is educative and helpful. Happy residents who are independent and active. great choice if you like resort lifestyle!
