The meals and dining service is amazing, it is like being on a cruise ship.

I really enjoy how they get people involved, the staff members always invite us to do things. I really like playing bingo and I even get to call bingo. Out of other communities i have been in this is the best place by far.

So far everything has been good and my mom has been happy here. Everyone has been very friendly and accommodating. It is a smaller community with less people so they have more time and seem to care more. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

I would recommend the community to others. The homey feel of the community stands out to me. The staff are very good to work with.

We chose Desoto beach club because the people were very friendly here, it felt like I knew them for years and it is very family oriented facility. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking and already have.

The Atria Hearthstone community was wonderful and it was very clean. Our loved one was not there for long but the staff were all great and very sweet.

We are thankful that we found Brentwood for mom. After breaking her hip we were not sure what to do next. The hospital sent her to rehab and that lasted only 24 days before another move was needed. Being out of state we were unsure what to do. We called a place for mom and they recommended Brentwood. We visited with [name removed] and toured the building. They actually do what they say, care. Mom is in a good place and we feel she is well cared for. Between my sisters and myself who which we could be more available, we thank the staff at Brentwood.

Our loved one absolutely loved being at the Elmcroft, we saw the world of different from her being at home and then moving in the community. The three months that she was there she would tell everyone she saw she loved them. She loves playing bingo, listing to music and the church services.

The community is in a great location, Dr's, shopping, and hospitals are all very close. The staff is amazing and does a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend this community to others. there are things to do and you don't have to worry about a thing.

This facility is very well cared for, clean, and up to date. Hardworking staff that does a good job keeping us Covid clean. The kitchen makes a great effort to satisfy all. But that is impossible for a given entree may be liked by some and not so much by others. However, the chef cares and seeks out comments.

They work very well with the memory care residence and they are very patient with them also. I would definitely recommend this community to others

We would highly recommend The Venetian Gardens. We chose this facility because it is a warm and inviting atmosphere and all of the residents here seem very happy. They have a number of different sizes of apartments to chose from, the one my mother is in is more than adequate for her needs. I do think the value for money is great here.

Our mother could no longer live safely at her home, and we were not equipped to help her navigate the stages of her dementia. After much searching, we found Poet's Walk, and have never regretted our decision to move mom into their facility. We've been through illness, COVID, and other challenges, and the caring staff at Poet's Walk have been supportive, kind, understanding, and caring so that we could get through challenges knowing mom was safe and very well cared for. We have learned how to support mom so that HER quality of life was paramount, that mom felt safe, validated, cared for, and as active as she wants to be. I highly recommend Poet's Walk.

The meals and dining services are improving, and the communication sometimes it is not as clear as i would like for it to be. Something will come up and i hear it from a resident instead of a staff member which would be my worst complaint. I do like the staff, they are very caring people.

We chose Brentwood at Niles because the facility looked nice. We happened to get here at dinner time and they served us a meal, it was EXCELLENT. They had an amazing chef here and the meals he cooked were amazing. The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond what they had to do. I cannot say enough good about this facility and would highly recommend. If I need to go somewhere this is where I will go.

I would suggest to others that this isn't set up to be transferred to another part of the community if a resident gets ill. For a senior living community it is great.

The staff members really went above and beyond, and from what we could see the meals looked good. They do offer activities for the residents and they are doing the best that they can given the current circumstance. We also thought the value was reasonable. .

There is an ease of transition, they have a lot of things to make that transition easier. the director is amazing and is very personable and very hands-on. The communication is really good also. I would recommend this community to others.
