I’d start with [name removed] is the best manager we have had. She handles the staff and residents very well and is extremely responsive. I love the apartment set up with two large bedrooms, family room, porch, closet and foyer. [name removed] from maintenance is very good as well. Just this week my dishwasher was leaking and she addressed it right away. This is typical. [name removed] cleans my room weekly and is also excellent.

My Dad has lived there for 5 years now. He moved in with my Mom and they made the difficult times with my Mom much easier for me. After my Mom died they included my Dad in additional activities and he began doing things he never did before. He enjoys so many of the social aspects of living at the Regency and feels he has a lot of friends. I love the staff and think they truly care about the residents. My Dad's only feeling is that the food has gone down since he first moved there. He enjoys most of his meals but I would agree that it's noticeable the difference in the quality of the food. This would not be a reason to stay away since it's hard to satisfy different people. My Dad is vibrant at 91 and I know he would not be this way if it hadn't been for the Regency. He is included and is not lonely. They often ask him to do various things which gives him purpose.

My mom is very happy at Brentwood at Elkhart. We chose this facility because of the affordability and they were more down to earth and seemed more relaxed and willing to deal with some deficits my mom had to keep her in independent living for as long as possible. The apartment she has is great, there is a lot of storage, a full kitchen and big closet. The best part about the community is how welcoming all of the staff members are.

Everyone is so caring and loving. I had been searching for the right place for my mother. As soon as I walked into Poet’s Walk, I knew this was a place for my precious mom. [name removed] made special visits before the move to make sure mom would have some familiarity. [name removed] was so great helping mom as well. Others to commend. [names removed]

I moved in March, and so far, love the complex. Exterior spaces are well maintained, attractive, welcoming. Interior areas are varied, all beautiful, also well maintained. The entrance is reminiscent of a resort hotel. My apartment is perfect for my dog and I, with a large bedroom, large bathroom, living area spacious, with plenty of cupboard and closet storage.

On behalf of my Mother [name removed], I would personally like to thank your exquisite GM, Front Office and Desk personnel, as well as all the wonderful staff, servers and employees. It truly was a tumultuous time for all of us with the covid and all. Yet the staff and the Holiday Regency handled it exceptional well. Now prior to that as well as present they provide very good dinning, activities, events as well as a clean and friendly environment inside and out. The residents as well are quite friendly and interesting people as well. For an independent living facility I would highly recommend the Holiday Regency of Port Richey Florida. Thank you all again. Super clean, friendly staff, always something to get involved with (activities). I get a good vibe in the building.

I’ve been seeing patients in this community for over 10 year’s. Everyone is treated like family and the place is spotless. This team has been in place a long time and I highly recommend it. Great place to live.

We are very pleased with this community, and we are very pleased with the care services they provided. They inform us immediately if something happens to our loved one, the communication is great. We have not been able to visit since COVID, but from our understand the community has been kept pretty clean. The staff members really seem to go our of their way to keep the residents active and engaged. You can look up online and see the activities they have for the month. The staff members are very kind and have been very accommodating. Our loved one has her own room, with a private bathroom. It reminds us of a five star hotel. We had heard the food they serve is very good.

Elmcroft community is very good about offering activities for the residents. They take field trips to local areas, they have therapy dogs come in, and during the holidays they have local music talent come in and perform. The staff is very friendly and a lot of them have been there for a long time which we really like. Our loved one gives good feedback about the food, every once in awhile there may be something she doesn't like but all in all its pretty good.

Since COVID we have not been able to really see the rest of the community except for our loved ones room. He is living in a studio type of an apartment with a kitchenette and a patio. It is spacious and just perfect for him. The staff as done a wonderful job caring for our loved one. Before COVID the food was fairly good, however currently if the staff is shorthanded it may not be up to what it was before COVID but overall its still fairly good. l

My father has been a resident since late June. He has never once complained about Elmcroft or even that he misses his home. He really likes the food and his room is clean. Although I’ve never been in the building (they are meticulous about the COVID virus) I like that it is all on one floor and the way it is laid out. Even the setting is nice. Deer, squirrels and ground hogs and plenty of places to sit or walk outside and get some air. The staff, from the director on down, have always been very friendly and helpful. I really cannot think of anything negative to say. Before deciding on Elmcroft we looked at several other facilities, some that were more conveniently located to where we live, but Elmcroft was the best.

We chose Elmcroft of York because they were able to accommodate his needs, the place was neat and pleasant when we entered, and the price was competitive. I thought the food here was great, it was prepared on site and was fresh. A lot of it catered to the ethnic group that it native here. I would want others to know that our experience was fantastic. I have 3 girls who work in healthcare and they were all positively impressed, so that says a lot. I would definitely recommend the community and have.

I would recommend this community, I thought it was nice place. My loved one enjoyed the food. The activities included singing, bingo, and other items. The room was nice and the furniture was provided for my loved one.

Love the staff and how clean they keep it.

The staff and administration treat you with respect and dignity. With staff and residents Desoto Beach Club make you feel like famiiy. This is a tight knit group where all are welcomed. The activities are great. The Desoto Beach Club's Bus takes to you to many shopping stores in the area. The facility follows all COVID guidelines. The staff cares about the residents. The full size heated swimming pool is great for exercise. The chef prepared meals are outstanding. If I could give this facility more than 5 stars, I wouldand would recommend the Desoto Beach Club to anhone.

We ended up choosing Elmcroft of Martinsburg because they could provide full time care for my mother and the location, it was close to where her friends would come visit her. The woman in charge was just amazing, the staff was incredibly caring, you just don't expect this amount of care. They had the skill and the compassion for their residents. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

Clean, friendly, reasonably priced, and value residents.

I have been living at Regency for about 5 years. I love my apartment. I love the people. I love the staff. I love the manager. If you lived here, you would love everything too.
