The community recognizes my loved one and they also recognize me when I visit. I had my loved one to ask one of their friend's to come to this community to allow my loved one to have another friend here. There is a new Brookdale that exists in Arlington Virginia and they will allow my loved one to stay a week to see their grandchildren there.

Tanglewood Trace is a very attractive place and everybody was very welcoming, from the receptions to the maintenance people and the nursing staff they were all so nice. The residents all looked very happy and in general we were very impressed.

Brentwood At La Porte was awesome for our short stay, I would go here. It is a beautiful facility with a grand stair case going up to the second floor. The landing of the second floor has tables for people do to activities. The staff members here were very friendly and helpful. I went down to the dining room and would watch staff come through and take care of their residents and they were exceptional at what they did. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

The DeSoto Beach Club is a total quality facility. The staff and management always go beyond to perform in a total quality way. [Name removed] is a quality individual in every way.

This is a well-managed facility! Everyone is friendly – strict at times, when necessary and the results are impressive. Management is very attentive and extremely helpful when necessary. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a facility.

I would absolutely recommend Regency residence! From our manager [name removed] down to all of the employees, they are always helpful and cheerful about it! This pandemic has been a tough test, but I feel they have met this test with flying colors. With their actions, they have kept us safe! If you are considering Independent Living, this is the place!!

The staff at Regency is very helpful, they always have a great and positive attitude. They make the atmosphere a very pleasant place for the residents to live.

This is a great place to live. Administration and staff treat you with dignity and respect. They go out of their way to help anyone. Staff and residents are family. Great meals. Heated swimming pool great for exercise.

Every staff member makes me feel wanted. I have been in other nursing homes and ALFs and I have bever felt so much like a close-knit family.

My mom spent the last 6yrs at Elmcroft Chippewa .She felt very at home there from the first day.We got to know the staff personally and they took care of her like family. When mom passed away in March I couldn't be with her because of COVID 19. But I knew she was not alone and she was being cared for by people who loved her! Wonderful people in a beautiful place.

Everyone has been amazing! [name removed] is wonderful and attentive. [name removed] is very thorough.

I’d start with [name removed] is the best manager we have had. She handles the staff and residents very well and is extremely responsive. I love the apartment set up with two large bedrooms, family room, porch, closet and foyer. [name removed] from maintenance is very good as well. Just this week my dishwasher was leaking and she addressed it right away. This is typical. [name removed] cleans my room weekly and is also excellent.

My Dad has lived there for 5 years now. He moved in with my Mom and they made the difficult times with my Mom much easier for me. After my Mom died they included my Dad in additional activities and he began doing things he never did before. He enjoys so many of the social aspects of living at the Regency and feels he has a lot of friends. I love the staff and think they truly care about the residents. My Dad's only feeling is that the food has gone down since he first moved there. He enjoys most of his meals but I would agree that it's noticeable the difference in the quality of the food. This would not be a reason to stay away since it's hard to satisfy different people. My Dad is vibrant at 91 and I know he would not be this way if it hadn't been for the Regency. He is included and is not lonely. They often ask him to do various things which gives him purpose.

My mom is very happy at Brentwood at Elkhart. We chose this facility because of the affordability and they were more down to earth and seemed more relaxed and willing to deal with some deficits my mom had to keep her in independent living for as long as possible. The apartment she has is great, there is a lot of storage, a full kitchen and big closet. The best part about the community is how welcoming all of the staff members are.
