Elmcroft has been a wonderful place for our Dad...his room is great, the food is awesome. They have many activities every day. He seems very happy there. Dad is cared for & treated w/ dignity. We couldn't ask for a better place for Dad.

They have great food selections daily. Activities are always great and fun. Staff is very thoughtful and caring. Mgmt is very very caring and obliging to all our needs.

This facility is clean and well kept, the staff is excellent and very good with their residents. Various activities are offered and the staff keeps residents engaged.

I love living in this Venetian Gardens community. The management is so good. She makes all things work perfectly. The Activity Director is beyond excellent. [Name removed] makes all things so very happy. [Name removed] is always such a joy. [Name removed] is always taking care of us happily in maintenance. Everything is always clean and all of our needs are met.

I am very happy living here. My sister and nephew found The Venetian Gardens for me - moved me here - the right choice. They also put my condo on the market - now sold and closing complete. I was unable to take care of anything for various reasons. I am now doing quite well on my own - beginning to walk on my own and some use of my right arm. Pain is lessening. Communal eating still is a problem but I keep working at it.

Lovely surroundings. Excellent staff - friendly & helpful, if a little under staffed. Food is certainly sufficient. Atmosphere is positive, even though we all have aging health issues. The pool is a big plus, although not used much. I love the independence this facility allows. I feel privileged to be here.

A++ for the Venetian Gardens!! Everyone is just wonderful! Very caring and hardworking staff. Everything is great here... the food, the service, & timely meals. The variety of menu choices is very good too. Thanks to all of the staff!

I have lived in this community with my wife, and since her death, alone. I found both to be very satisfactory. The staff is excellent and friendly. The food is no more institutional than one could expect, in most instances better than normal for large volume cooking. The facility is comfortable and well maintained.

The Venetian Gardens is a very friendly and clean community, where you almost know everyone by their first name. Everyone is treated with respect and like a member of the family.

Great facility! The people and staff at Venetian Gardens are very nice and extremely accommodating. They have made the transition of moving here very easy & much more enjoyable. I definitely recommend the Venetian Gardens to seniors looking for an all-inclusive retirement community. They provide three meals a day which are good, as well as the service. The servers are friendly and really enjoy working here. All smiles!

I chose to live here because of neighborhood proximity to my daughter. Excellent personnel - managers & activity director are efficient and try to maintain a good standard for all workers. Housekeeping staff works very hard keeping building vacuumed & cleaned. Landscapers maintain flowers & bushes, grass cut. Food is OK and menu tries to include meats, fish & poultry. Thanks to all!!!

The glue that holds this community together is the paid staff. They are very professional and yet caring and sensitive. I believe this encourages the residents to act the same way to one another. It is the best possible outcome for a population in advanced age. Much better than I anticipated!

This is the REAL DEAL! Bright, cheerful, and homey with a young staff that is energetic, creative, and really, really passionate about what they do -- activities (Wii bowling leagues!!!!), lots of weekly and seasonal social events for the residents and their guests, enrichment classes, clubs, lovely outdoor spaces, PT & OT, to list just a few. It is beautifully well kept and stylish with the emphasis on the comfort of their residences, not just "eye candy" for the children seeking a home for a parent. Note: wide hallways so that 2 people can comfortably pass using walkers or wheel chairs and shorter hallways to apartments so that residents don't have to travel too far and feel out of the action. There is a communal kitchen for residents and their guests to bake cookies or even a full dinner for a family gathering. There is a communal garden that produces food for their meals, chairs that are actually the correct height, comfortable, and easy to get into and out of, not just attractive. And, so much more. If you are ready to be pampered and still have the privacy of a quaint apartment, contact [name removed]! She has been incredibly patient and helpful to my family during our search!!!!

Within my mom's budget and offers amenities that she needs. However, their rates are about to change and will have to check back.

I was really impressed that immediately after moving my mom into Brentwood every single staff member knew her and her dog by name. And they continue to greet her by name every time they see her. She had just lost her husband of 69 years and relocated to this area from out of state to be close to family. She was very nervous about moving into a new place all by herself. The staff all went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. Very clean, cheerful environment with super friendly staff. We are very thankful for a safe, comfortable place for mom to live.

After researching at least 6 different Independent Living facilities in town I chose Venetian Gardens for my mother. It was not hard to choose Venetian Gardens. I found the facility ti be clean, neat, up to date, garden area and entrance supreme. The staff is exceptional, personal and very professional. It did not take very long; week only to feel the warmth and family atmosphere with activities and friendship beyond compare!
