We have been so pleased by the level of care and attention our mother has received at The Crossings. More important she enjoys living there.

I wanted to thank [name removed] at the Warrenton Poet's Walk for everything she did to help our family. She is an amazing person and I'm grateful for her being there for me and my family. Out of all the people I dealt with on our journey to find the best fit place for my mom, I think she was the A 1 number one person. You can tell she loves her job and she puts it first. No matter how many times I called her, she call me right back instantly. If it wasn't for her I don't think my mom would have transitioned as quickly and as well as she did. I can't say enough good things about Poet's Walk I feel very content that my mother is being taken care of properly and probably better than I could. All the staff is so friendly and attending to residents needs that I do not have any reservations about my mother being there at all. It is a fantastic special place. I also want to thank [name removed] for helping my mom feels safe and at home, you are a life saver! In conclusion, I asked my mother how she liked it there and she said she's happy not, mad and that all the people are nice. She said she likes it here. That made my day! Thank you Poets Walk I'm so glad I found you!

Many thanks to the team at Dresher Estates for everything they did for my mother, [name removed]. Their dedication, understanding and creativity made Dresher Estates a warm and lively, yet intimate home for my mother in her final days. Dresher truly became her home.

I love being here. The staff is so helpful and goes out of their way for you - especially the maintenance dept, no request is too much for them.

Already visited but will be returning with my dad. Loved their studio apartment which was furnished and impeccably clean. [Name removed] was very attentive and understanding of my situation.

Very friendly and clean. Lots of activities were available. 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and has a great porch. It was fun to meet the chef and looks like they have wonderful meals.

My mom moved into Brentwood from out of state a year ago, and right from the start she has felt welcomed, valued, and listed to. The business transactions and paperwork to move her in were a breeze, thanks to the strong leadership in place here... introductions to the wonderful and caring teams (nursing staff, kitchen staff, laundry and housekeeping, resident assistants, management, etc.) were kindly done but not at all overwhelming... her introduction to the routines and schedules plus the wonderful social activities was done with enthusiasm, but all the while recognizing that this was a major life shift for her and her family, and thus handled with compassion. Most of the staff have been serving the seniors at Brentwood for many years, so to me that says a lot about their job satisfaction, plus it shows up in how they respectfully care for each resident and handle incidents and situations as they arise. Mom has come to love many of them, and I know they have come to love her, too; these people are her family now, as well. Mom really enjoys the food here; it's always fresh and healthy. Portion sizes are perfect; she gets plenty of food but not too much that it's wasted. The big meal of each day is served at lunchtime which I think is really good for seniors. Residents are given choices for each meal which is so important for Mom's continued independence. Family Night takes place once a month, and the leadership team here continues to amaze me in what they think up as a theme, how much they embrace and put into these special evenings, and how much fun these multi-generational events are for everyone. The guiding principles here are to help the residents live with/achieve Joy, Independence, and Wellness. These coupled with how I saw the staff work with and care for their residents were the reasons we chose Brentwood to be Mom's home. We made a very good choice and we are all very happy. Thank you, a Place for Mom, for helping me find this great place for her!

So far, everyone at Elmcroft have been wonderful. The facility is spotlessly clean, and all the amenities I could hope for seem to be in place. Placed my Mom today, [date removed]. Dad was to be admitted today but there will be a delay secondary to some more tests at the hospital. [Name removed] understood my concern about my mother feeling alone and lost and she took her personally and gently separated her from my brother and myself. [Name removed] just called both my brother and me to let me know what she did with and for Mom after we left the facility and it is really easing my mind. Maybe I won't cry so much tonight and might get more than 2 hours of broken sleep. Thank you for the referral to Elmcroft.

As soon as I walked in I felt at home. I think this will be a great new hone for mom.

My mom lived in the memory care assisted living for two months. We had a great experience with this facility. They treated my mom well, provided great services and were very responsive to her questions and needs. If finance were available, we would have allured her to remain at this facility in definitely. But highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs assisted-living.

Food was good, residents were happy and entertained. Spacious with convenient laundry and trash. Nice views. Staff is a very congenial and pleasant

The nursing staff are excellent! They helped my Father to navigate control of his Diabetes. He is more independent and confident with his own care. The facility is very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately dad passed away at age 97. But his stay at Elmcroft was not only peaceful for him, but provided peace of mind for us. We can't say enough about the caring, attentive and professional staff there. The staff and residents there were like an extended family. To each and every one of them we offer our heartfelt thanks for the dignity they shown.

I’m so happy that we chose Atria Summit Hills for my parents’ transition to assisted living. My father struggled initially but the caregivers were professional, patient and kind. My mother suffers from moderate dementia and they are always gentle and loving with her. I can’t say enough positive things about the staff, from the director to the handyman. The daily activities are posted in multiple locations. The director of activities is always enthusiastic and inclusionary. Also, the common areas and hallways are always kept spotless.

They have great patience with my mom- who has dementia. I have yet to see a grumpy person on staff! When I call they always seem more than happy to help. They take her on bus trips, paint her nails, and encourage her to join in activities. Happy I choose Brentwood!
