The staff was amazing. They helped at each phase and they were patient and kind. We couldn't have asked for better staff. Overall, the facility was great. Clean, well cared for and the food appeared great as well (I didn't get to sample)I would absolutely recommend this community to other families! Was the Villa perfect? No place one earth is, but we are so grateful for the cheery, loving environment they provided for Mom to heal. Mom's experience was a good one. In 2 months she was able to get strong again & healthy & go home (with assistance & modifications.) We never thought that would happen!! We think Mom's success was a handful of reasons...the Villa was so comfortable, we brought a few things from home & she was able to relax & heal. *The staff was efficient, attentive & kind. They became Mom's family away from home. *She had her meds regularly. *She walked more... down to meals & activities. [name removed], the activities coordinator encouraged Mom to walk & gave her a punch card for each day she circled the grounds. Mom didn't miss a day. *The activities director... Wendy went out of her way to get to know Mom & get her involved in the planned activities, which were the best selection I saw when looking at homes! *[name removed] placed Mom at table for meals with 2 other ladies & they became friends fast. Each cried when it was time to say goodbye. * It was a beautiful place & Mom made it home. She cried as she said goodbye to each one.

Overall Experience is fabulous! They are very clean, and you couldn't as for better people on their staff team. 5 stars! The quality of care is excellent. They have a 5 star chef, need I say more....They always have something planned for almost every holiday or occasion! I feel that they provided the best care for the best price, My wife and I would like to say that [name removed] and her staff go above and beyond to make sure that Celebration Villa is one of the greatest Assisted Living communities in the State of Pennsylvania! A Great place for loved ones would be my choice. We do truly miss the Melissa and her staff , they were all fabulous to us and my brother.

All of the 7 categories mentioned above in addition to friendliness of the people that live there have contributed to us having a great experience. Yes I would absolutely recommend them. Everyone from management to maintenance to cleaning to transportation to culinary to the people that live at University Pines have taken my Mom in as family and as if they have known her all her life and made her transition there so much easier and pleasant. I feel so secure and happy that she is able to be in such a truly wonderful place.

A lovely community with both assisted living and specialized memory care available in two separate buildings. Very kind and caring staff. Management genuinely cares about the residents' well being and doesn't hesitate to reach out if needed. I really appreciate that. The apartments are on the smaller side and are nicely kept. Both buildings are very clean and well maintained. Lots of activities if you're a joiner. I particularly like the very strong security measures that are in place. All guests are required to be buzzed in and residents cannot leave unless they're buzzed out. Conveniently located near shopping and a hotel. A lovely community.

What our family likes the most about Celebration Villa of Highland Crossing is that they have personal assistance available to the residents 24 hours a day. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

The people who work at Poets Walk seem to genuinely care about the wellbeing of the patients. I knew that my Dad was in good hands. They alerted me promptly about anything I needed to know, anything my father needed, etc. Yes, based on the experience we have had so far, I would definitely recommend them to other families.

The set up of the front desk made it easy to visit when I wanted. Other facilities I visited it was hard to come and go. Poets walk was secure. Room size was a very nice size. Had room for bed, tv dresser and chair with room to move. Light in room was very good also. Bathroom was set up well and large. The little hall in room gave privacy from open door

Based on our experience all is fine so far. What our family likes the most about Poet's Walk Warrenton is that they are friendly and open any time I want to visit. And they communicate about my friend who is in there.

My husband has been a resident at Eagleview Landing since June of 2023. We (all of our family and even our friends) are so pleased with the care, compassion, knowledge and friendliness of everyone at this facility. They made his adjustment a breeze. Even his neurologist commented on how well he adjusted (and I feel it because of the care he gets everyday!) You will find everyone from General Manager, Business Office, Front Desk Team, Caregivers, Therapy team, Kitchen, Activities Coordinators, Cleaning Crew, and Maintenance Crew are always accessible and willing to help if you need anything! The Bayada Therapy team does an outstanding job. Seniority Health also takes great care of the residents. The "amenities" are great. Hairdresser, podiatrist, dentist and more all right there. Take a tour and get all the information. You will not be disappointed.

They were able and willing to provide care that other facilities could not. Staff are extremely attentive.

We checked out several facilities in the Grand Rapids area. Cortland Riverside Gardens was unquestionably the nicest of them all. It’s in a quiet residential area a short distance from a beautiful park. The rooms were larger by far than other facilities, allowing my mom to keep most of her belongings. Every room has a kitchenette and a TV. There are plenty of comfortable common areas. The director, Joy, made the transition easy for us and we have peace of mind with our whole experience.

Staff members are very friendly and more importantly very patient with the elderly I noticed on several accounts know the patience with residents inability to communicate effectively and ensure when walking around there's a staff member to help them so they don't over exert themselves. If I could give the staff a 10 I would. Mom is an independent resident. The care she currently receives is very basic. 5 for amenities . There have been numerous complaints about the quality of food. I'm sure the manager is look g into this Mom loves all the activities. Unfortunately the price has gone up quite a bit over the past 18 months and some of the amenities were not clearly explained. While I was able to adjust this was quite a sticker shock

My loved one was previously a resident at Poet's Walk Warrenton and the experience was great. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff, care services and meals were also great. Based on our experience, I would recommend Poet's Walk Warrenton to others.

My loved one was briefly a resident at Celebration Villa of Manresa and the overall experience at this facility was great. They were wonderful. My loved one was not able to participate in the activities, so I cannot rate those. But from what I witnessed, they looked good. Ultimately, they were unable to meet my loved one's needs due to her deteriorating condition. No fault of theirs whatsoever.

The attention to patient calls was top notch. You can hear the call system if any employee is near and you can hear "pendant pressed room 110" and it would give 3 calls if they were super busy but that was rare. They got there in a timely fashion. It was the first time in Dad's care that we didn't worry about neglect. In addition he was always clean. Everyday a fresh outfit, clean, taken to 3 meals a day. There were no exceptions, unless a resident was sick, and Dad loved that. A schedule kept. And the room was bigger than others at places we had seen. We didn't have to downsize as drastically although he had come from an independent living. Dad's usual daytime nurse was [name removed] and she made his day because she never talked to him like he was a child. They all were kind and cool like that. I enjoyed all my interactions with the staff. They really cared.

My experience with the community was limited; as a walk through visit. The facility was clean, staff friendly, and furnishings were modern and well maintained.

Overall they are all 5's. We are so glad you recommended this facility. We would never have found them. Everyone is so friendly and always willing to help our family and our mom. They truly are wonderful. Our mom is now out of her apartment from 9am to 8pm doing activities all day. That is why we chose Celebration Villas so she can remain active. It has been great!

Celebration Villa was a great fit for my Mom. It was a smaller community which provided a higher degree of care and interaction. My Mom was a social person and she enjoyed the daily activities, conversation during meal time,and hanging with others in the main area. The facility was all on 1 floor which made getting around much easier for Mom. The meals were fantastic. The staff was kind, empathetic, and supportive. I would definitely recommend Celebration Villa to anyone.

Everyone who works at the Poet's Walk Leesburg community whether its the aides, or the administrative/reception position, everyone works for the betterment of the residents who are living there.
