In my opinion, the best thing about the community is the individual caregivers. They are all wonderful, warm and kind. My husband is in late stage all timers and he can be difficult to deal with that times. They are always patient with him and happy to see him and manage to get him to do things that the rest of us can't. And the med tech are absolutely terrific. Custodial staff and the kitchen help also pitch in whenever necessary to help out with my husband. They are very kind to him and I always get the feeling that they like him very much in spite of the fact that he can be difficult at times as far as I'm concerned, he's in the best place. He can be considering his needs at the present time.

I would say a 5 on all but number 5. On meals and dining, the food is great, but because of staffing shortages it is not uncommon for dad to wait an hour after sitting before food arrives. Overall University Pines has been great. And the waiting has been an occasion for my dad to practice patience.

We’ve been involved with Celebration Villa for around two months now and we are pleased. Great staff, lots of activities to participate in, good food, good care and beautiful facility. Glad we chose them.

[name removed] from A Place for Mom is a local senior living advisor in Montoursville. After giving him my information about my mother ( who had fallen the previous day), [name removed] from Celebration Village called me. She already knew the circumstances regarding my mother because [name removed] had filled her in. I didn’t have to go through telling the story all over again. [name removed] answered all of my questions. My aunt and uncle took my mom to see Celebration Villa, less than 1 mile from her house. They loved the place. There was a one bedroom suite available so Mom cut a check and moved in a few weeks later, 3 weeks after the initial fall. Mom is happy not to be living alone anymore and keeps herself busy. CV drives her to doctor appts, bridge club, and book club. She doesn’t have to worry about anything. All is taken care of by the wonderful staff there. [name removed] and [name removed] know how to answer all the questions and make the big move from home seamless.

I do admire and appreciate a display of paramount importance of qualified skills for maintenance/staff here. This has made me very appreciative of such a wonderful teamwork.

It is the Best Place he could be Living at! We talk everyday of his wonderful experiences there, the Staff, Absolutely Great Food and Surroundings. Everyone seems to know him and he Enjoys helping out whenever he can - the Staff and the other Residents.. SO Very Thankful he is there! Couldn't be a more Perfect Place for him! The Staff is Very Caring. The Place is kept up Beautifully and I believe the Fee is Very Good for All they Offer.

Very helpful moving resident in and keeping family informed. Staff is courteous and willing to help with resident needs. I would highly recommend this facility be entrusted with the care of a loved one who can no longer live by themselves.

I called a Place for Mom on Sunday. We did a virtual tour of three places. What made the Villa stand out was three meals a day, transportation to medical appointments and personal needs, activities daily, and medication admitted. We decided by Thursday because my sister was in rehab and had to leave by Saturday. They were going to put her a furnished unit but then. Said that residents offered items they were replacing. She moved into her studio apartment with a queen size bed, recliner, Tv and stand and a small table and two chairs. Way to do it, Villa.

This facility is close to home, so I can visit more often with my aunt. It's very clean. The staff is professional. They are planning on purchasing a van to take their clients to doctors appointments. Even though they are cheaper than most, I still wish they were cheaper.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Crossings at Riverview and the experience has been mostly great so far. However, there is a lot of the residents sitting around and watching TV. It also seems like the facility may be understaffed.

My mother was familiar with this facility which is why she initially chose them. It has been a positive experience and she is happy with the experience.

Overall was a great choice for care of my Aunt, even for the brief stay that it was. Nursing staff was very attentive, caring and understanding. Facility is very clean and well run on the administrative side. Whole experience was very good, from initial contact, intake and end of care.

My loved one was briefly a resident at Celebration Villa of South HIlls for a Respite stay and the experience was great. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff, care services and meals were also great. I would recommend this facility to others.

When touring multiple facilities in the area there really was no comparison to Eagleview Landing. For one, the quality of construction stood out as just a level above - exterior and interior. The management team - [name removed] especially were so friendly, knowledgeable and welcome. We were fortunate enough to try a meal and were impressed that the quality was like a luxurious hotel! Overall when we are ready there really is no question where we will send our parents to! So happy to have this in our backyard! Not to mention the town center that they will be able to walk to.

The choice was made under duress and a short period of time, but having read about or looked at the others, this seemed the best choice. The facility is a fair price and proximity to the condo that she had been living in so she is familiar with the area. Some of the others didn't look as nice or they were too fancy. This seemed small down to earth very nice apartment with a terrace and the dining room is directly across the hall from her room and she could walk over with her walker. Incredibly convenient. Staff very good about making sure Mom gets to dining room and bringing her meds twice a day. She feels safe.

I have highly recommended Celebration Villa to friends already!!

Staff is very friendly and not only helped our parents to adjust to a new way of life but helped the family adjust as well. They work hard at creating a community atmosphere and it shows. Very welcoming.

My mom was previously a resident at Brookdale Richmond. The staff loved Mom and said they wanted to take her back when she left. The manager worked to get us the best deal on price. I didn't feel any anxiety when I couldn't be with her.

Both of my parents live here. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of care my parents are receiving. The staff goes above and beyond every day. My daughter recently got married and the staff made it possible for them to attend.

There are a lot of people here who are easy to talk to and everyone is caring. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and I am really happy, it is the right size for me. I know that there are some rooms available now.
