Nice staff, cute one bedroom apartment, convenient to laundry, dining room and activities. Mom loves playing chair volleyball, waking around the facility and sitting on the nice front and back porches. It's wonderful that it's a dog friendly place and they make the best fried chicken we've ever had?? She also loves that they have arts and crafts and music/dancing by Party with [name removed].

It is a family type environment everybody knows my Mom by name. Lots of events to try to get relatives to spend time with residents. Love Celebration Villa of York!

They get all 5 stars! My brother toured the facility a few months before the move and was really impressed. Then we received a notice they were having a special in pricing for new residents and that helped with the decision. All the staff were very kind and helpful going beyond our expectations.

Brookdale Winter Haven administration and staff went above and beyond to take care of my mother-in-law when she was being very difficult and obstinate. They tried everything they could to get her to adjust to her new home, but she refused to cooperate. Even at that, they kept her there and cared for her when they could have insisted we move her. I will never forget their kindness to our family.

I give them 5's in all categories.. they're very responsive to emails and my mother is happy there and is like a different person now.

We recently moved my grandmother to Eagleview Landing. Since she’s moved in the staff have been warm and welcoming. Everyone has helped her adjust to the new environment, which is very challenging for someone with advancing dementia. The communication and approach of connecting and redirecting for my grandma have exceeded my expectations. I feel confident that she is well cared for. The accommodations are very nice. She has a large living space, beautiful grounds, and only a block and a half from the Eagleview town center.

We recently moved my mother to Eagleview from another local assisted living facility and the change has been immediately positive. From the time you enter you can feel the warmth and care that the place exudes. The rooms are so spacious, updated, bright and clean. The staff has been amazing. My whole family has been impressed with them. The activities are fun and mom actually joins in here unlike her last place. The food is good and seems to keep her happy. The socialization part of dining is quite fun for her. We are happy with the move to Eagleview. Thankful that mom is receiving the attentive care that she needs.

The place was phenomenal and everyone took very good care of Mom. We definitely felt the personal touch and could see that everyone there really felt wanted. The staff was exceptional.

I would tell them they have a great community there. She enjoyed every minute she had there. Along with field trips and activities. I just wished we could have moved her in sooner.

This facility feels like home and the people that work here treat the residents like their own family. They genuinely care and are adaptable to each individual’s needs. They’re very responsive to questions and issues. I have no doubt I made the right choice for my mom. She is happy, fed, smiling, and cared for every day.

The facility is very nice and the staff are very friendly. I will be honest to say that the cost of everything for this type of care still shocks me how high it is. I think the overall experience for her is the best it can be as my mother has very little memory, but there she is pleasant and comfortable and that is about all we can hope for at this point. She now calls it her home and says she wants to be there which is good for all involved

Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and understanding with the whole process of us picking a place and then getting her moved in. The other residents were all so welcoming to my mom. She was making new friends from day one. There are always activities going on and a good variety of them. The staff has been so nice. Everyone knew who she was on the first day. Their friendliness seems very genuine and they enjoy working there. My mom is also always saying how great the food is. She says that she is very happy living at Brentwood Elkhart. It was a tough process but I am very glad that we decided on her living there.

I have a lot of respect for the staff at Aspen Ridge! I can't say enough on how pleased i'm with [names removed] and the entire staff. I'm also pleased that the staff keeps a close eye on the residents and informs me of any concerns.

They are amazing at Brookdale Deer Creek! The staff are always so nice and helpful. Our mom loves them. They offer weekly outings, they have activities set up everyday and have happy hour and music every Friday.

Independence Court leadership and staff have been great to work with. It can be stressful trying to find a facility that can be a home for your loved one. The Executive Director's leadership and great personality were a key reason I chose this facility. It's not too small and not massive. Staff know my mother by name. They are very responsive and experienced regarding elder care. They have great activities to keep residents active and engaged. I came to them inexperienced but they were able to share their knowledge and experience along the way during this first year of my mother's stay there. If you are looking for an ALF, I encourage you to consider Independence Court.

We have just relocated our mother to Eagleview Landing. The staff has been incredibly kind, and the apartments have exceeded our expectations. Adjusting to a new environment is always a challenge, but Eagleview has made the transition remarkably smooth..

Mom has experienced very friendly staff, as well as friendly residence. The dining room and food have all been more than satisfactory. There are many activities scheduled, and she can choose the ones she want to attend.

What we like the most about the Brookdale Winter Haven community is the staff, activities, and cleanliness. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

The facility was always clean and staff always had a smile. The intake process was seamless and the coordinator was always available to take my calls. They continued to ensure my mom was well taken care of. The rooms were spacious and could accommodate 2 people as requested. My mom enjoyed the activities and socializing with the other residents.

I would say it is not fancy but it is comfortable and the staff are caring and friendly. So far I would definitely recommend it and it seems like a really good value. They are still making changes after the fairly recent change in ownership, but seem to be working hard to make it a great place.
