5 on everyone one of them. Celebration Villa was amazing with my mom and would highly recommend the place. The staff was always caring, compassionate and loving to my mom and my family. They always took excellent care of her.

All 5 stars! We were very pleased with the experience at Celebration Villa of Summit Hills. [name removed] was very helpful and all residents and staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The main reasons we chose Celebration Villa of Allison Park was because the facility is all on one floor, and it has a very nice front porch area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our relative is stronger now and went back to his home.

I think the place is very nice and clean. My sister is pleased with her new place. She said that all the workers are kind and friendly to her. She shares a room and she is adjusting to her new surroundings She has always lived alone so she is getting adjusted to the situation She told me the food is good and the chef is very accommodating to any needs she has. She also likes that they decorate for the holidays All in all I would say she is very pleased with Celebration Villa of Chippewa

Years ago, I helped a friend of the family out with her moving into Brookdale. They were amazing then and they’re amazing now if you’re looking for a place for your parents, choose Brookdale Winter Haven you won’t go wrong.

I am very impressed with how caring and helpful everyone connected with Brookdale Jensen Beach, helped to make this a comfortable transition. Unfortunately, I was suddenly unable to give my friend comfort with this life changing move because I contacted COVID and couldn't be there for her. I was so pleased that everyone at Brookdale stepped up to give my friend all the comfort and help with this transition. She is now very comfortable and making new friends. And I am loving seeing her smile and laugh again.

I would recommend. The staff has been great. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

Overall this has been a good move for my Mom. I feel comfortable she is being taken care of. Timing of her med has been a bit challenging but I have found staff to be cooperative once they understand why every four hours, not an hour either way of four. Overall very happy.

I was very happy with the facility and staff. Everything about the home was lovely. I had one issue that I wish would have been addressed. I was told an assessment by a nurse could be done to assess our senior who was having memory impairment. That was never done. Because I lacked the knowledge that the aforementioned professional would have had, it delayed some important decisions and made the eventual transition more complicated.

Our loved one loves the food that is prepared and the communication with tenants is very good. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Brentwood is a clean facility. The employees look after the residents pretty well. They clean their room weekly. My uncle does say when he pushes the button he wears he doesn’t feel they come to check on him very quickly. However, overall he is happy there.

The staff at Brandywine are very helpful when you need them- there was an incident with my laundry that was resolved immediately. I love going to happy hour and listening to the musicians that come to play for us. Overall great experience.

The activities that the programming director at Brandywine puts on are so creative and entertaining. We take trips more often than friends of mine at the communities do and I'm very grateful for that. Always a great time!

I've been through a lot since moving here in terms of my health but Brandywine has made it a little bit better. I like happy hour and the trips we take to restaurants and shows. They have a good team here.

Excellent on everything! i really think this move was perfect for my mother, the facility is wonderful and clean. the staff is super nice. if i had a complaint it would be they have a bus that only holds 12 people for a facility with over 100 residents. it is difficult to get your name on a list to go to Walmart when so many people want to go .

My sister in law had a number of falling experiences over several years that required hospitalization & rehab. She was also in the early years of Dementia and her husband had passed away 5 years earlier. She is 92 and couldn’t care for herself in almost every way. I researched over 60 places close to my home. I didn’t want a place with too few residents or one with so many the she was just another #. Brookdale Tavares was just the right size for the staff to know everyone, flexible enough to tailor their support to an individuals needs, big enough to have a variety of activities for residents to participate in, secure enough residents with Dementia not to leave on their own. Meeting areas for activities, playing piano or organ music, dining & big screen TV with comfortable seating. The staff are easy to communicate with, always in touch with me if need be. The suites are nice, the rates are competitive, it’s a small single story building simple for residents to navigate easily.

We had a good experience at eagle view, but my dad passed away in [date removed]. They were very compassionate about it. I know some folks had issues but I did not really experience that. Only a couple of care givers were an issue for my dad. The main housekeeper left about 2 months after he got there. The team seemed to be always behind after that. Staff was always great. The director of med care seemed to be rotating position. We experienced 3 while there. He never had a full mem care program assigned. But staff got him dressed and showered, no complaints there. I think portions were small but tasty. The main chef also left , cathing a pattern? And the new one has simpler meals. I think they could have done better to get the residents more involved, but the overall calendar was good. This was cheaper than the places we looked at in NJ. The cost was good for us but I know they raised prices sharply after we left and people were unhappy with the value after that. I know that cause I remained on the email list for sometime after his passing and course the posts.

The facility is a wonderful place and the staff cares a great deal about your love one and they make sure that they're always loved! They keep your love one hygienic, room clean and make sure that they eat! Room size is very roomy! They are taken outside on the patio and the garden area! The dinner area is very spacious! They take them on field trips, park, shopping and have activities with them! They are allowed pets! They have someone to come in and do their nails, pedicure, hair care, cut hair, shave and etc.!

The amenities are just like [facility removed]. The food is better. We are going to be renovated very soon. I think biggest problem is communication between management and residents. A lot has to do with being independent living. Also some residents are not truly independent when they come into Sky Active. Keeping help is difficult as well.

I was the representative of a person whose health required memory care. I found the staff at Aspen Ridge to be very caring and understanding of the needs of my client. The facility was clean and fresh. It was a quiet atmosphere allowing the residents to be less stressed and comfortable. The administration always had time to answer questions. They were helpful with medical visits. Medications were well monitored. Thank you Aspen Ridge for the care and attention for a difficult situation.
