Everything about the process was outstanding.

Love the sense of community and the responsiveness of the administrative team. The warmth of the atmosphere and the friendliness of the people. The stability of the staff is impressive. Many have been there since the facility opened 8 years ago. That says something.

We could not be happier and more pleased with Celebration. The entire staff has been wonderful with my mother-in-law. Very kind, understanding. Love the... Staff Food Activities The care provided Very clean Beautiful apartment and view Small trips out of the home...ice cream, food, shopping Excellent care We know she is happy and enjoying the company of the other residents. I can't say enough about Celebration Villa. They made her adjustment to assisted living a wonderful experience. Any questions we have they immediately give us the answers.

The facility/staff were always very kind and helpful. We lucked into the facility and all appreciated the staff. I called on a Friday and took a tour that same Sunday and moved Dad in the following week!!!!

We picked this community because of good prior experience, rehab, and the cost was more reasonable. I would recommend to others.

Memory Care is different from Assisted living. I would like to see better communication with family, but they do their best to keep us informed. My sister is always neatly dressed, appears to be showering regularly, and her health issues are being addressed as needed. The activities and greater stimulation that she is receiving appears to be good for her. She is becoming more verbal and seems to be able to focus better. We kind of rushed into this as there was only one room available and there was other interest in it. I would have liked to have more time to prepare, name tags in clothing etc. But we worked around it and got everything done eventually.

My father loves it here and thinks of it as his new home. The staff is friendly and very responsive. Often, they go above and beyond to assist. They all know my Dad by name and he thinks of them as friends. The whole place feels "homey" and not overly medical or institutional. We've visited newer facilities but my Dad loves the people here. Also very veteran friendly.

All aspects of the facility and staff is much better than other facilities that I have visited. Staff is very friendly and helpful in all aspects. I would highly recommend the facility.

A beautiful community to live in. The staff very professional and seems to enjoy their positions. Very impressed with how well organized the facility is which makes one feel confident and secure that individuals will receive the best care possible.

They went out of their way to help us get our in laws settled and they made the process easier. [name removed] and [name removed] have been godsends to us. They made our family members feel comfortable and at home.

I am pleased with my decision. I picked this community because of the cost and all things included. The staff is very friendly and very informative. Overall it has been a great experience so far.

Celebration villas is by far the best facility of its kind I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing! Admission/administration staff are exceptional. My brother is very comfortable there! Atmosphere is awesome and residence seem to be very happy and well cared for!

Mom is enjoying her new home/life. Overall, she is happy and busy. I feel this was a great place to put her. New management is listening to their needs and making an effort to take care of those needs. [Name removed] the manager and [name removed] have gone above and beyond with the residents.

I highly recommend Vista Springs Holland Meadows! We appreciate the warm and caring staff, the beautiful and clean building, the comfortable rooms with high ceilings and large windows that offer much natural light and beautiful views and the loving environment and good food. Communication is very good at Vista Springs, especially considering the many people involved from staff to residents (community members), each with their own needs and expectations. [Name removed], the main administrator, does excellent work. She is very quick and clear with text responses and she works hard to keep us all updated with a weekly bulletin board, reminders from staff at meals or in each room, plus regular newsletters. Moving in: Once we had all the necessary paperwork and information completed, the move-in process was relatively seamless. Clear communication during those days was imperative and gratefully, the communication was very clear. As family, we were impressed and grateful for the many ways our needs were anticipated and dealt with efficiently and effectively. And while the stress of moving loved ones into memory care and assisted living can be intense, we found the calm and caring Staff and beautiful environment of Vista Springs so helpful in dealing with the myriad of complexities, anxieties and changes. I can't say "thank you" enough to [name removed] and Staff for their professional and loving approach to care at Vista Springs.

This is a wonderful, caring place. The people are amazing and they listened to my needs. Both my parents live at this facility and I couldn’t be more relieved. It’s close to my home, it’s clean and inviting. The staff is working on implementing more activities and I am very happy with the level of care for my parents

We would like to thank the staff for a wonderful service they offer for the assisted living residents. Make sure they are all fed and taken care of. Especially the nurses and aides that are awesome in their duties, come and talk to the residents to make sure they are doing ok.

The staff were very easy to work with every step of the way. I highly recommend this facility. The place was clean ,communication was excellent. They went out of their way to accommodate my family. They took excellent care of my loved one.

We picked Brookdale because the staff is very friendly and professional. They were able to work with us and made everyone feel comfortable. The community is well kept and is gated.

Everyone at University Pines was so compassionate to our situation and helped me get my loved one to a safe place. Everything and everyone was great, thank you so much!

The staff is amazing and go the extra mile to take care of me and keep me happy. They address any problems I might have. I no longer drive and rely on the transportation to take me where I need to go. The bus driver is friendly and kind and helps me with my packages.
