Sky Active Venetian Gardens is an Independent Living facility and is not staffed 24 hours a day. A little unsettling to my mother, but we're dealing with it. The staff at this facility is great. Service in the dining hall is great. The front desk guy is very helpful. The move in process was good. There is only one elevator- no freight elevator. But we were able to make it happen. The food is the best part, my loved one is loving it! I would recommend Sky Active Venetian Gardens to others!

I have found the staff at Celebration Villa of Hearthstone to be very on the spot and ready to help with your needs. I also have had good experiences with the managers as well as with the nurses. The food is good and the dining staff there is on the spot to get you what you need. The doctor is great, as well as the nurse practitioner. They are always ready to help with your needs. Overall, this facility is a great choice for you or your loved one. I would recommend Celebration Villa of Hearthstone to others!

The reason for the 4 ratings is because they need more staffing during the evenings. However, they really do try to do a lot of daily/monthly activities. Getting to know the other residents and families has been heartwarming.

Without a doubt I would (and have) recommend them. They exceeded expectations. We picked this community because of 1) location, 2) all one level, 3) choice of "apartment". Not just a bedroom, 4) appearance and smell, 5) friendliness of entire staff.

What our family likes the most about the Brookdale Winter Haven community is the very friendly staff members they have working there. They respond quickly to requests. Very clean facility and they keep my mother engaged with the activities. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

We toured Brookdale Winter Haven and worked with them for a bit. Everyone there was very kind and helpful. However, my loved one passed away before she could move into this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff and value for cost were also great. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Winter Haven to others based on our experience with them.

My loved one was very active for the few months that he lived at Brentwood at Elkhart Assisted Living. I grieve thinking about it because he was so joyful and became a shining light there for many people. My loved one had to work his way into playing Euchre with the ladies there, it was funny. Everything was nice at this facility and the experience was overall great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Wonderful facility! The staff is very friendly. The small building makes it feel like home and it sits right in a quiet community. The price point allows the average person to afford personal care services.

I have been impressed with this type of living after being at Brookdale West Palm Beach for 2-2/2 months. No one or place is perfect, but on a whole, I am happy with most of the people, the food, and the effort they are putting forth to keep us busy and content. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would absolutely recommend this community!

Everyone at Celebration Villa of Mid Valley is extremely friendly. The staff and residents. The room sizes are great and they also have a lot of good amenities offered for the residents there. I would recommend Celebration Villa of Mid Valley to other families looking for memory care.

Our family had an in person tour with Poet's Walk San Antonio and we found the tour experience to be great as well as what we saw of the community

I am overall happy with Brookdale. I enjoy the food and going to the dining room and conversing with others. I enjoy going on the bus to the grocery store and my OR appointments. I enjoy being a welcome ambassador here and showing new residents around. I enjoy the activities choices, especially B-Fit exercise. I like when [name removed] the ED posted the new code for the door on our phones when they changed the number. I can now stress enough how safe it is here. The whole staff is very kind,

The overall value for cost is unmatched, in my opinion, and the atmosphere seemed like it was a perfect fit. I'd say it's a great place to live for their elderly family member and they should absolutely schedule a consult as soon as they can.

I suggest Brookdale West Palm Beach to anyone! I moved my loved one here after a bad experience at another facility. [name removed] in admissions is amazing! Great staff.. Nice apartments... Reasonably priced.. Very clean.. Good food.. Lots of things to do... Easily accessible for family.

It would have been a great place but at the time that I toured they did not have any openings.

They were attentive and encouraged him to be social but allowed him some alone time also. Nurses were great keeping us informed about meds and any concerns. It was so friendly and easy to visit dad in Poets Walk. When dad came home to be with us his last days they called to check in on him. We feel he was well taken care of.

We have had a great experience with memory care at Celebration Villa of Summit Hills. Friendly, caring staff. Clean facility. And specific staff to organize activities.
