Priority Life Care

My parents have not actually moved in yet, but have their cottage keys and are starting the move in process, eaten a few meals here and worked with the maintenance man, Jeff on a few things. Las Palmas staff have been very accommodating. Jeff has painted two accent walls in the cottage with the color that Mom and Dad chose and installed a ceiling fan in the bedroom. He has been very helpful and friendly. The managers serve coffee at the meals which is very welcome. The main building is attractive and feels like a nice mix of home and resort. Puzzles are available for folks who like to work on them together, a small library with a magnifier, beauty salon, health care services, chapel, dining room, mailboxes, activity room.... The community pool has restrooms adjacent and is nice and warm - 90 degrees! The grounds are attractive. All in all, I believe my parents will be happy here!

Princeton Village is a nice community. The memory care unit is a securely locked floor with all the comforts of home.

Our experience with Brookdale Jensen Beach has been a positive one, overall! They were informative and responsive throughout the whole touring and move-in process, and from what I have heard from my relatives, my loved one has settled in well and really seems to be enjoying herself here! I've heard nothing but good things, so far!

My father in law is now at home with his family due to the fact our experience with Brookdale was an okay one. We just had a lot of little problems that added up. The building is nice looking and pretty clean I feel the staff should be a little more attentive to the residents and their needs. They presented a lot of promises on the tour that they did not follow through with. The food was kinda bland and had no favor to it. He didn't like the food. We just had too many situations with this community and we had to move him back home.

Overall our experience with Brentwood at Niles has been a good one! It's a very friendly place, and they do a good job keeping everything looking clean and well kept. It seems like a very active place, socially. There are various sorts of entertainment they bring in, and happy hour a few times a week. My one suggestion would to be to have activities a bit more frequently.

I toured here, and it was nice. I liked that it was a smaller place. I didn't see anything alarming, or concerning at all. It wasn't a good match for my loved one, but seemed nice.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking place, it was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, it was also fairly expensive, and out of the price range that we were looking in. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

Overall we are pleased with how things have gone with Elmcroft of Lebanon. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff seems friendly and professional. My loved one had to move here quite suddenly after a fall, and she wasn't thrilled about the idea of assisted living. However, the staff here have really gone out of their way to help her feel welcome and get her integrated with the community and the various activities, and it has gone a long way to winning her over!

I think they do a good job at Brookdale Winter Haven! The staff is friendly and caring, and the facility itself is nice looking, clean, and well kept. My one complaint would be that the food could use some work, but overall it is a very nice place, and definitely somewhere that I would recommend!

Things are going pretty well at Elmcroft. The staff is very friendly and professional. The facility is nice and clean and well maintained as far as we can see. Everyone, including the other residents is very nice here.

Things are going very well at Cherry Laurel. I do not have any complaints so far. They are very nice and so far I am having a good experience with them.

It has been less than a month, so it is hard to say, but overall the care has been very good. conditions are good and my mother in law is content. With senior dementia, it could be better or worse in the future. I am hopeful that as our loved one changes, the staff responds to the changes.

This is a wonderful place and offers many things for everyone. I do wish they would appoint a person (like a big sister/brother) for the first week or two to show the new person around and help them become familiar with everything that is offered and all of the additional rooms and activities in the building.

They need improvement with interacting. Especially when we need to find out things that are going in the facility. Also improvement with communication.

We think the people are nice and the place is fine. The maintenance requires a bit though. The refrigerator and freezer hasn't worked, and gate opener doesn't work, and the fans they installed are backwards. Making an appointment with maintenance is tedious. They have dining, and that has been nice. We liked the apartment itself, and the price. It was one of the more reasonable places.

Things are going okay. We are pretty pleased with Atria. The staff and the facility are fine so far. We do not have any complaints so far. Hopefully things will continue to go well here. The other residents here are friendly too.

We are doing pretty good here. My loved one doesn't really care for the food. It's clean and the staff is friendly, I haven't had any real complaints yet. So far it's all be little picky stuff. Overall we are pretty satisfied.

I really can not think of any aspect pertaining to the facility, or to the running of it's operation, that the Brookdale Jensen Beach can improve upon. I would have to say that it is a decent place for my loved one.

Very nice smells and looks clean. Any where else is not acceptable. Already toured and scheduled an assessment.
