I am very happy here. The staff is very good & helpful. Everyone seems to get along well with others. Food is good. The apartment is kept well by house cleaner.

My parents have moved in to Vista Springs Riverside Gardens, and it has been a very good experience so far. The director has been great to talk to, and has been so helpful. The staff is nice enough, and my parents have been able to form some relationships with a few members. However, the turnover rate is pretty constant, so staff members are always coming and going. The food is good, and meals are complete and nutritious. However, my mother does wish meals were more like home cooked ones, but the cook has been willing to accept her suggestions on more than one occasion. The place is also quite clean and well-kept, but perhaps the best point are the activities available for the residents. About every other week it seems they take off-campus trips such as shopping, color tours, and Frederic Gardens. Overall, Vista Springs has been a positive experience, and I would recommend the community or others.

Good location for us. Attractive, well kept community. Good feedback from resident who spoke with us. Seems good value for the price, with all the services we expect Mom to need if and when we might need them. The residence rooms are attractive and nice size. Two downsides, which might not be deal killers, are the institutional layout of the main room and the meal schedule. Regarding layout, I do not care to see the plenary dining room as soon as you walk in the door. Regarding the meal schedule, everyone eats at the same time. Together these features give DeSoto more of an institutional air than I would prefer for my Mom.

My father is currently in rehab, but we did have a good experience with this community. They have a good, friendly staff. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. I was satisfied with everything they did for our family, this is a nice facility with friendly people.

I really liked this place and the differences in independent and assisted were very clear and helpful. I could see my parents ending up here and would be very nice, clean and the one story is awesome !

I FEEL THAT MY MOTHER IS GETTING GOOD CARE AND ATTENTION FROM THE STAFF AT BROOKDALE. SHE SEEMS TO BE DOING BETTER THAN SHE WAS AT HOME AND WE DO NOT WORRY ABOUT HER TRYING TO DO THINGS AT HER HOUSE THAT SHE CANNOT DO SAFELY. ALSO WE FEEL THAT SHE GETS BETTER MEALS THAN SHE WAS BEFORE. THE FACILITY SEEMS TO BE KEPT CLEAN AND PLEASANT . WE FEEL MUCH BETTER ABOUT HER SAFETY.

My mother in law is doing pretty good at this community. She is starting to get involved in some of the daily activities. The staff have been helpful. They offer a variety of food options and I was satisfied with the food. The community is clean and the grounds are well taken care of. I would recommend this community.

My husband, and I toured this community for my in laws, and their needs. Our tour went well, this is a nice community.The community looked nice, from what we saw they do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff was kind, and helpful. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. We did find a better match for my in laws, and their needs. However our tour of this facility was a nice one.

My husband, and I am doing very well since our move to this community. It is a lovely community with very kind people. Everyone here is very friendly, and the staff is very helpful whenever needed. They keep the community spotless, everything is very well-kept. They offer good activities, and provide nice meals. The experience is going very well for us in this community, and we would recommend it.

This home care agency is working out well for my husband, and his needs. He is stable, and I'am pleased with the services he has received. We have a wonderful care giver, and she has been very helpful with everything. She is a good fit for my husband, and his needs. The agency has been easy to work with, and always return my calls. We are pleased with this home care agency, and I would recommend it.

I had a very nice tour of this community. It is a good community with friendly people. From what I saw the community was nice, and clean. The staff was kind, and helpful. My questions were answered, and the experience was a good one overall.

The community is wonderful they offer a lot of services however mom chooses not to take advantage of most of them. They offer activities but there doesn't seem to be much variety it is the same things every day.They do have a neat feature it is the pet therapy day where cats and dogs come in and the residents can interact with the animals The staff is friendly and helpful and try to encourage residents to be social. Mom has used the onsite beautician and I thought she had done a good job but mom thought otherwise. The food is pretty good good portions.

This is a nice looking community. It is one floor and it looks like a large square. This community is more for residents with Dementia. They do have smaller rooms on each side of the hallways. Everything is inside the community. They have a large dining room. The residents were participating in an activity when I visited. This community is laid out well and has a large foyer.

This is a nice community very spacious. The foyer is nice as you enter. The units for an independent living seems to be ok good living space. The staff seemed to be friendly and helpful. The grounds were nice well kept and maintained.

Since I am in a wheelchair looking for a community that was handicapped accessible was a must. The property is easy for me to get around. My room is quite large and comfortable for me. I have a microwave and a toaster oven to heat food up if I would like but mostly I go to the dining room for meals and the food is quite good. The only downside to this place is the transportation service the van they use is not setup for the handicapped residents. Other than that I am very pleased with the community the staff is friendly and helpful and they keep the place very clean and well maintained. I would recommend them.

Mom is extremely happy since she has moved here. The staff ranging from the dining room to the nurses and administration is very nice and extremely helpful. My mom looks forward to her water exercise class and her craft classes. I've eaten here when visiting mother and I would have to say the food is a little above average. The community is extremely clean however the elevator is left to be desired though. Outside there is plenty of acreages to take a nice stroll.

I had a good tour of this community. It looks like a brand new community. From what I saw everything looked great. The staff was cordial, and my questions were answered. I did find another community that suited our needs better, but my tour of this community went well.

My parents are doing okay with their move to this community. However I'am satisfied with their move, this is a nice community. They have a friendly, kind staff, and I know they are in good hands. The community is well-kept, when I come to visit everything is always well maintained. They provide good meals, and nice activities for the residents. They are safe here in this community, and I would recommend it overall.
