I would tell of my experience to others, they would have to decide for themselves. A bit of disorganization in the kitchen .

I would recommend Celebration Villa of South Hills to others looking.

The community is nice, they have a nice pool, they have activities every day, they do have a salon, they have a physical therapy there , you can come and leave as you please, there activities are great the outdoor is wonderful. The apartment are a great size.

Nurses are good. Not super responsive. CNAs questionable. Removing supplies from her room and entering without permission. The admin staff royally messed up the payment plan that we sent in place so it had to be corrected. The reality is, she has not been there that lung so it will take time to adjust. They need to hire a cook and not let the maintenance man cook.

To be honest the price And, it seems more like an apartment building in that the residents are very, very independent. Yet, there is meals and light cleaning and laundry. So best for someone who is very, very independent and able

What we like the most about the community is the value and people. Yes, we would recommend The Cortland Wyoming community to other families.

I'm here and I think it fits me just fine. Little things like 3 meals a day and I don't have to cook or clean up. I have a one bedroom apartment and I don't need any more room. Just need time to get used to smaller space. Can't afford any more money, so I will make it work. Thankful for you to ask me. Food is okay most of time.!!!

The restaurant style dining was a nice feature. The menu was well balanced and the food was pretty good as it was prepared, for the most part, onsite. Most of the staff was polite, friendly, well educated and accommodating. The activity experience catered to the more elderly group. Bus/travel activities were not well attended. Overall it is adequate for basic, nurse level care or short term assisted living. I question the R.O.I.

Personal belongings.... Disappearing. However, we would recommend Celebration Villa of Chippewa community to other families.

Overall good. The food is Mom's biggest complaint. It was better when she first got there. I would recommend to others.

They are terribly understaffed in the memory care center and yet you see all kinds of staff in the assisted living area just standing around. Most times there is only 1 staff for like 12 individuals of which many need a lot of assistance. The place is beautiful though, unfortunately when they get someone really good which they have had they can never keep them because they are overworked and overwhelmed is what a couple of them have told me. My daughters and I always show up at meal time to make sure he's eating because sometimes he's not able to feed himself and there are too many like that. ..The meals all look pretty good. At first we absolutely loved the place because they had great help but that has changed hoping it turns around I know they are trying to hire more help

It is a great resource if you have a lot of options. In our case there was just not a lot of options in our area. The people I spoke with were very kind. However, i could have collected the information on my own. If we were in a larger area to have assistance in exploring options I can see how this would be valuable

I gave the 3.5 rating because my husband has been missed being called when my MIL fell, hit her head and went to the hospital. This has happened more than once, more than twice, more than three times. When you call or tell someone we will pick her up for a doc appt on such a day and time - no one ever seems to relay the messages and she is not ready. The people are so very friendly and the place is clean and I would recommend the celebration villa. They are better than most in the area.

We did not have a great experience there too much money for not enough care. I was doing the caring and paying them for the girls to sit on their butts and use their phones. Couldn't wait to get him out of there.

I think some of these are harsh, the first 4 months were not as bad as now....food is really bad and the administration says it will get better, but it doesn't.....the cook just doesn't know how to cook. There is no one here at night, and we are told that 24-7 is not going to happen. We love our apartment, but both the outside and inside are in poor condition. Renovations are supposed to start around [date removed], but we have been told that for months....only time will tell.

The management is really kind and helpful, but the facilities need updating, and there isn't enough staff in the memory care unit.

Clean well staffed but after love one passes they are Cherry ?? picking sanitary products and had my mothers belongings at front door stacked by front door desk not even passed 36 hours whe I distinctly told director wound be moved out in 2 days . REALLY ?

I'm a nurse , so I may be more critical, the in house nursing was not very good , home health nurses were good , aides as everywhere not nearly enough, saw a lot residents heavy care , hoyer lifts , atmosphere was good , clean , meals very good.

The people are very nice. They really try their best to keep all residents happy and engaged.

They do nothing for a person who is ill. What to expect when you are sick and unable to walk care for you or your spouse. Move again. Owner not here contacted by email or phone. Information does not get to them in a timely manner. It is a fine place for couple that are healthy and just to live be cared for house keeping and meals.
