We have been nothing but happy with Benton House. We chose this facility at the time because we were in a time crunch and they had availability when we needed it. Also, from meeting with the director she was very understanding with the tough circumstances and very friendly. They have been great with communication and keeping us up to date with what is going on. It has been a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

This is "it". This place is right by my house. This is something I foolishly did not think would be at the top of my list but as I toured facilities it really became 2nd with 1st being level of care provided. I have always driven by and thought it looked nice. I was right, it's nice. When I leave most facilities, I ask myself what I did not like. I couldn't come up with anything for this one. It's beautifully decorated, does not have a nursing home vibe at all. It's a small community so navigating will not be an issue for my mother. She will not have to go far to get to the center where all the activities are. Some places are so big, I just don't think she'd participate as much if she had to walk a fair distance to get there. The staff has been fantastic and accommodating to work with. We are transitioning my mother from FL so the timeline is a bit unclear but they've been great and willing to work with me. We put the deposit down yesterday and could not be happier.

Large apartment with apartment size refrigerator. Large closets. Really liked the layout. Staff seems very easy to work with, especially in these COVID times. Now just need to decide on which of the top two locations.

We were very impressed with Benton House, we had a very good first impression. The rooms are very nice, and we were able to eat their ourselves a couple of times and we really liked the food. Our loved one is more on the picky side so she would rate the food a four out of five, and we would recommend this community to others.

This community is new so it's really nice. The rooms are nice sized. the pricing was better than others in the city. The food was not the best but my husband didn't complain about it. I would definitely recommend this community

Benton House was like brand new when we first toured in. Since it was so new they really didn't have any history with the care services, which was the ultimate reason we did not chose it. However, this community is very pretty, and the rooms they offer to the residents are decent size.

We chose Benton House of Olathe because of the newness of the building. They are also only a 1/2 a mile away, so it makes it very convenient if we needed to get up there quickly. When we took the tour, the staff members were just fantastic. The facility just looks pleasing, it is open, bright, and people are always smiling. My favorite part about the community so far is the staff members and residents. They go out of their way to make sure my dad is taken care of and happy. They always tell me they love him to death and I feel like it is genuine. I would recommend.

The Benton House of Douglasville has taken excellent care of my grandmother. Her room is always clean, from laundry to kitchen. I would recommend to anyone that they have their loved one become a part of the Benton House community.

Benton House and caregivers are remarkable! I believe this facility provides excellent care for each resident. I am so very grateful to my son [name removed] for making all arrangements for me to reside in this remarkable community! (p.s. I do yearn to go back home.)

They are wonderful overall. The residents are cared for very well. My husband is in Memory care. The food was better before the virus hit. My husband has a semi-private room turned into a single. They do have secured outdoor space for memory care residents to use.

My mom is on a level one care so she doesn't need much care, but what she does receive is great! The food is okay, they do their best to accommodate to everyone. This is a smaller facility, so it is very easy to get around. it has an inner courtyard which is amazing, it doesn't feel like an institution or closed in apartment. The location is great, its very close to our family, the reputation of Benton House is really good. All the residents seem to love this place.

We chose this community because they had a special place for people who have dementia. The people at the front were very friendly and helpful. They had something going on all the time at this community. The room sizes were spacious. The food was very good, they had a lot of variety. My wife had dementia and if they didn't have certain types of food that she liked, then they would get it for her. I would definitely recommend Garden House.

The staff was always cleaning. They even had hand santizer with them at all times. The staff is great about greeting everyone when they enter the community. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they have done a good job with keeping the residents comfortable and have even let the residents use their phones to FaceTime the family. My mother loves the food. Although limited in her ability to participate, the staff has done a good job with allowing residents to walk around the garden for fresh air. We are happy with Brighton Gardens! We thought she would have a hard time with the transition, but she has been very happy and was excited to meet new people.

We moved my father in right before the coronavirus shut down. At that time, there were so many activities like bingo and ice cream socials. Now, they play hallway bingo. We chose Benton House, out of the three communities near our house, because it looked newer, had a family atmosphere, all of one floor, and my father's apartment even has a screened in porch. We also liked the centralized activity area. My father wasn't eaten well and was losing weight, but he is doing better now. The food is good and the menu offers a good variety with different specials and ala carte options to choose from as well. The communication with the staff has been fair. There has been a change in the administration. They contract with an in house doctor and we like that. I am expecting things to improve once the lock down is lifted.

[Name removed] was wonderful, she showed us around the community, a couple of different rooms (to see the sizes of the rooms) and we were able to meet some staff as well as other members of the community. We like the area this community is in as it is close to all the current/existing doctors. Also, the option for a room with a separate bedroom is very appealing (waiting list, of course). We are visiting a couple of other communities and are continuing the discussion with our family.

Benton House is a very nice looking facility, very clean, lots of room for their residents, both full and part time, to move around. Two separate areas, both with eating facilities. Also outside areas for enjoying warmer weather.

Before selecting a residential memory care facility for our loved one, I carefully reviewed most of the facilities in this geographical area. Upon completion of the reviews, I knew there was only one facility I would be 100% comfortable having our loved one reside at. It was Benton House of Blue Springs. Our family member has been there one week, and we have not be disappointed. The entire staff, from administrators to care givers and dining/hospitality associates have just been amazing. Benton House is a relaxed environment that provides the highest level of care.

Excellent Key West vibe location, very friendly staff, lots of people who were having fun and said they loved living there. Lovely gardens, dog park and community kitchen and dining areas.

Very nice, clean, impressed with activities....more than we can afford to pay a month.

The Benton House in Clermont is the BOMB DIGGITY!! My Mom absolutely loves it!!! It is a really great place to live! It is so CLEAN and beautiful! The residents, the manager and all the staff are nicest people that you have ever seen! MY Mom thought she might not want to participate in any of the activities but the activities are so fun and varied that she DOES participate in most of them! I can't say enough about this place! Have your Mom or Dad move there today they will LOVE IT!!!
