I thought Benton House of Grayson was very nice. It just was not in a good location for me. But it was a beautiful place. Everybody there was friendly. And it looked like they did a good job.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are attentive to the resident's needs. They are responsive to the family's questions over our loved one's care. bingo, dominos, puzzles and more are some of the activities available for the residents to choose from.

Our tour with Benton House was wonderful. They were very accommodating and what stuck out to me was that they had a high level of safety precautions to get into the facility.

Great facility, highly recommend. All personnel are wonderful from the clenaing people to the director we had a great expeirence.

We chose Benton House Woodstock because they were in Cherokee county which had less covid restrictions at the time, it is very close to our house, and also we liked that it was smaller. It is on one floor and she was able to get a room that has a door to an outside courtyard. The pricing is all inclusive as well so we know what we will be paying each month. It is more personalized care and everyone knows her by name, we really like that aspect of it. The one complaint she has is the food, they could improve on the quality and sometimes it is served cold. Other than that my mom is very happy here and we would recommend them to others who are looking.

We looked at several and we felt that Benton House with the homiest, some of the other communities can feel intuitional. My loved one's only complaint is that the food is not served hot. The breakfast is the best meal they have there, according to my loved one. The community is clean. They also have a memory care side, which has worked hard to help my mom settle in. The community was all on one floor, this was a huge plus for us. My loved one also has a private porch off of their room. It came with rocking chairs. My dad is in assisted living and my mom is in memory care. They are able to visit each other with ease.

Very nice clean facility. [names removed] answered all our questions. All employees were friendly and attentive. I feel our mom will be very welcome here and have decided this will be the place for her.

My mom is on a level one care so she doesn't need much care, but what she does receive is great! The food is okay, they do their best to accommodate to everyone. This is a smaller facility, so it is very easy to get around. it has an inner courtyard which is amazing, it doesn't feel like an institution or closed in apartment. The location is great, its very close to our family, the reputation of Benton House is really good. All the residents seem to love this place.

We moved my father in right before the coronavirus shut down. At that time, there were so many activities like bingo and ice cream socials. Now, they play hallway bingo. We chose Benton House, out of the three communities near our house, because it looked newer, had a family atmosphere, all of one floor, and my father's apartment even has a screened in porch. We also liked the centralized activity area. My father wasn't eaten well and was losing weight, but he is doing better now. The food is good and the menu offers a good variety with different specials and ala carte options to choose from as well. The communication with the staff has been fair. There has been a change in the administration. They contract with an in house doctor and we like that. I am expecting things to improve once the lock down is lifted.

Excellent Key West vibe location, very friendly staff, lots of people who were having fun and said they loved living there. Lovely gardens, dog park and community kitchen and dining areas.

The Benton House in Clermont is the BOMB DIGGITY!! My Mom absolutely loves it!!! It is a really great place to live! It is so CLEAN and beautiful! The residents, the manager and all the staff are nicest people that you have ever seen! MY Mom thought she might not want to participate in any of the activities but the activities are so fun and varied that she DOES participate in most of them! I can't say enough about this place! Have your Mom or Dad move there today they will LOVE IT!!!

We are so grateful to [Removed] and Benton House. Moving our mother here after rehab was scary. They offered Respite care and we decided that might be best for her. It took her some time to come to grips with her "new" situation. We presented her with some options, and She said that she wanted to stay at Benton House. We are now in the transition of moving her out of Respite care and into a more permanent situation here, and [Removed] have been so accommodating and patient with her and us. We just had Thanksgiving dinner there Sunday and it was so delicious and everyone was so pleasant to be around. We have been blessed to have found Benton House. They have helped keep our mom engaged and active. They are close to where we live so we can drop by frequently and visit.

I can't say enough about the Benton House! My husband has been home for about a week now he is doing so much better. So much healthier and able to walk with his walker. The people there were absolutely wonderful. The staff took such a special interest in my husband's needs. They would make him milkshakes and were so concerned about his well-being. It is a beautiful and clean well-kept community. I would highly recommend Benton House. If for any reason my husband needs more assistance in the future we would gladly return. I also can't say enough about Allison from A Place For Mom, she was wonderful in helping us find the right place and sometimes her just listening to me was exactly what I needed.

I am very happy with this community for my Mom. The staff are the best. The staff is very helpful and care about your loved ones. They make Mom feel really good. The community is clean. They had a wonderful Mother's Day Tea for the Mother's and Daughters. Great opportunity to know other family members. The activiites are plentiful and wonderful. I would highly recommend this community for outstanding care and comfort for other families. It makes me very happy to know that she is in a great community the feels like a second family to Mom and me.

I like this community for care for my brother. The staff needs a little more communication on updates on his care. The variety of the menu is outstanding. He is not active with the nice activates at this time. We like this community for being clean.

My husband comes to this community once a week. He likes all they provide. He loves the meals and the activities like the exercises and at times the games they have available. It is a very nice and clean Adult Day facility. He likes that the staff are really nice to him.

spoke to susan.. 1-4 hr daycare $50, 4-8 hr $75...limited number each day...need to speak to scheduler..also has assisted living..Jan special $120/day x3 months...then reg fee, Susan is sending Widow Spouse Veteran aid and attendance info to see if mom qualifies...could poss receive $1200 per day toward inpatient...can start veteran paperwork even before the need for in patient care...will visit Dec 30 at 3:30 pm

This is really a great community. I'am very pleased with my mother move here. My mother loves it, and everything has worked out very well. The staff is very caring and accommodating. They are providing her with excellent consistent care. The prices are reasonable for our budget. The meals are excellent. She has become more social, and that is very nice. It is a brand new facility, so everything looks great.

My mom was at this community for a short time before going into the hospital due to health issues. She liked the food at this community. The staff and administration were pleasant and engaged. We did have one issue with a staff member telling us we needed to move my mom to another community. They keep the community clean and if her health improves I would like to move her back into this community.

Benton House of Grayson was worth the time to take the tour. It is a beautiful community and is kept very clean. We loved the staff they were very friendly and knowledgeable to answer all of our questions. They shared with us the variety of activities they offered for the residents to participate in.
