During our search for Assisted Living/Memory Care for our loved one, we toured Benton Village of Stockbridge. All of the residents and staff were polite and friendly. The facility is beautiful and clean!

All the staff have been very communicative with me since I don't live close. The nurse, director and assistant director have all been great. Being that it is smaller, all on 1 floor and in a quiet area made it a more attractive. Also, the residents were all out of their rooms engaging with other residents and staff. We toured other places where no one was out of their rooms. Based on the experience we have had so far with Benton House of Lenexa we would absolutely recommend this community to other families

I truly can’t say enough good things about Benton House of Lenexa. Every department in this assisted living is top notch. Starting with [name removed], the marketing director, she has a heart of gold & truly cares & knows about each resident. She & the activities director, [name removed]decorate for each holiday, keeping the already lovely facility, festive and fun. [name removed] organizes a wide variety of activities that keep my Mom engaged & having fun. They go on outings every Wednesday. The physical therapy team is top notch also. My mom has some definite physical disabilities & the physical therapy team has been providing the type of treatment & assessment that I have been looking for . The facility Dr. and nursing staff are in regular communication with me & treat my mom with dignity. They talk to her, instead of talking to me. The Director is kind & generous and wears lots of different hats . The housekeeping is done regularly & with a smile. My mom truly likes living here. Definitely look here

We toured with Benton House of Raymore and the price was too high. [name removed] was absolutely wonderful, but Mom thought it looked too much like a nursing home. Her opinion...

Great community, very polite and caring. The staff of Benton house is very friendly and caring. They place personal attention to each resident's needs and wants. Benton house has lots of activities to keep everyone busy. Meals need variety and fresher ingredient items. But I am very happy my loved one is in an environment that I trust.

Benton House is a friendly, safe and happy environment. I definitely feel comfortable with my mother-in-law being there. She is well taken care of. And I would recommend them to other families.

Overall we have been very pleased with our experience at Benton House at Staley. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families. Great people who will come along beside you and help you love and care for your loved one during this sometimes difficult season of life.

This was a great community at the time for my loved one. My loved one needed additional care and wasn't able to go back to the community. The staff was wonderful to work with. The family has no complaints about our experience with the community. There were three meals a day served to the residents. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

This is a community that is close to family to visit our loved one. The staff are very friendly and they know the entire family by name. My loved one seems to be happy here. The staff communication with the family is good and they are responsive to our questions or concerns. There are three meals a day and there are choices to choose from.

We loved Benton House of Lenexa. I liked the looks of it - it was very clean, which was very important to Mom. And it was a very friendly place. I thought it was very nice overall. Mom really liked it, but it was too far out from our preferred location.

Benton House has superseded all of our expectations, and Mom loves living there. [name removed], and all of the staff there, go above and beyond to help the residents and their families become situated and comfortable. Wonderful food, great variety of engaging and enjoyable activities , beautiful facility, and comfortable living arrangements.

I've been so impressed with the friendliness of all staff. My mom had a medical problem that needed surgery, but couldn't get her in for several months. Everyone there was so attentive to her and had to do several extra things for her her daily, but they didn't charge more. They nurses/aides were always so helpful and got back to me quickly when I needed to talk to them or needed something extra for my mom. My mom also has dementia and forgets everything, but they stop by her apartment and encourages her to go to meals, exercises, bingo, etc. She is so happy and even is putting on makeup and jewelry again because they make her feel so comfortable.

We had an amazing tour experience at Benton House Woodstock. If we were placing our father and not our mother, this would have been our first choice in a heartbeat. There were more men here that were active in memory care. All of the men seemed happy and like they were thriving.

I liked the community. It was a smaller community and was very personable. My loved one didn't want to move out of state.

We toured Benton House Woodstock and it was a fantastic facility, with wonderful staff. We chose another community because Benton House felt more like a facility than a home, which is what we wanted for our loved one.

We really really liked Benton House Woodstock and wanted to put our loved one here. Unfortunately they do not do thickened liquids and that is what he needed, so that is the reason we had to go with a different facility.

Our family had an in person tour and we had such a great experience with Benton House but what it came down to was the pricing and they were just to high

My mom is pleased with Benton House of Raymore. They have an issue with having cooks, but there is no one immune from the labor issue all businesses are having. Otherwise, they are a great facility.
