My mom has lived there for over a year and 1/2 and loves being there. The whole staff is friendly and very helpful. She tells me all the time how much she loves living there.

Things are going great at Benton House. The staff is great and the facility is kept clean and well maintained. It is a wonderful place for her. Thank you.

The month went by very well at Benton House Of Clermont. I thought the place was very nice. David, the administrator is a very good and compassionate man. The care is good but under the circumstances that my husband is going through it has been difficult. Being new they haven't dealt with this before. He had a slight heart attack and fell out of his bed while I was out of town so they sent him to the hospital and then they sent him back to the facility. After I got back from being out of town they had to send him back to the hospital because he was having trouble breathing. They did everything they were supposed to do as far as being responsive to the situation. They try really hard to engage every body at the memory place in activities. They take them out in their van to parks, lakes, and different places.

I am really satisfied with Benton House Woodstock. I will say the food at first was good there but now she is saying it's not good. All of the other residents agree. I am not sure what happened. They still have the same chef. She is not happy with that at all though. Other than that everything seems to be really good here. She likes it.

We think that the staff is really great at Benton House Woodstock. They don't seem to mind all pitching in to help. That really makes it seem like real family there. I am really pleased with this facility overall.

Unfortunately our loved one's stay here was only a short one, but Benton House of Woodstock made a very good impression during the brief time that we worked with them. It was a nice looking place, and the staff were all very friendly.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. We were very impressed by what we saw at Benton House! It was a very new, nice looking community, and the staff all seemed very friendly. It was a fairly small community, and Dad was more interested in somewhere big and busy. I've heard nothing but good things about this place from friends who have relatives here, however!

We've had a great experience with Benton House so far! It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff have all been very friendly and caring. They are so supportive, not just of my loved one, but of the whole family. They're very communicative, and always let me know if anything comes up, or often just to give updates on how my loved one is doing!

Heather called and was very helpful with her suggestions. We spoke about Memory Care and she recommended a Neuro-Physcologist Dr. Douglas Mason for my father. Left her cell number with me if I needed her for further assistance.

Everything there has been excellent. We’re very pleased. For being a brand new facility they’ve made sure my loved one is very well taken care of. They now have more people in the memory care and the assisted living, so they’re mingling them together to improve the activities for the memory care residents.

They have been wonderful to work with. My mom has made a improvement just being there 1 month. I truly feel Blessed to have her there.

Benton does their best for the transition to be made for the resident and the family. We carefully weighed our options as there were several factors we had to consider however this was the best option. Found the staff to be helpful, informative and accommodating. Found the residents seem to be content there and were friendly as well.

This is a wonderful place. I couldn't have found a better home for my mom. The staff have gone above and beyond to make her comfortable . Mom has made great friends in a very short time

My husband has only been in memory unit for a month but I am happy with them so far. They have several entertainment groups that appeal both to assisted living and the memory center so they combine some programs . I like that.??.My husband really likes the meals. He has been there a month and I am very happy with them so far. I'm happy I picked Benton House. I also used their Daycare program for a few months before he was admitted. I think this helped with his transition.

The director when I was there [name removed] was my lifeline and savior to communicate with my Long Term Care insurance to learn the correct terms to describe our needs. Great and compassionate personal staff

Staff very friendly and attentive. Clean and sanitary. They Check in on my dad every 2 hours. Meals are decent. It's small and not much "common" area but my dad not interested in all the bells and whistles so works out fine. Cheaper than most. He says he likes it there. Kind of feels like family. Far cheaper than any others I toured but you get what you pay for. It's smaller and not as many amenities as the larger more expensive ones. But perfect for my dad who does not participate in anything so it depends what you're looking for.

Staff were very helpful with a few exceptions. Meals were often late and cold. Yes, I would recommend Benton House to other families

We toured Benton House of Lenexa when searching for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was nice. The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions. We were supposed to meet with the Executive Director, but they weren't there the day of our tour.
