We love Benton House Woostock. My mother has made friends and is doing much better being there than at home. The one level makes it easy for her to move to the dining room and activities. Her room with the outdoor patio makes her feel comfortable getting outside. The staff overall has been exceptional.

I toured Benton House of Clermont and it was super nice. Everything is on the ground floor. The communication from this facility was amazing and they were very helpful.

Our family had an in person tour and it was nice but it was just to expensive

It's been a good experience. Staffing has been an issue due to Covid. They've had some challenges with the director, just a lack of communication upfront. But I think most of the staff is very supportive. Repeatedly, they've lost clothes in the laundry process. But all in all, it's been really good experience.

Our family had an in person tour and our first impression right away was that it is old and needs some updating. The rooms were dark and kind of old but they did have a full sized refrigerator and a little bit more of a usable kitchen then other communities we saw.

Benton House is such a beautiful homey community, and it is extremely clean. The physical appearance right when you walk in is so warm and welcoming, everything is beautifully decorated. The community is modern, but not to modern for the elderly residents. There is a nice big piano in the front. The staff is very friendly, only one small complaint our loved one has is that some of the lower level staff do not have the sensitivity training, so they don't ask the residents how they would like to be addressed when spoken to. The meals initially were great, but now our loved one isn't the biggest fan. Our loved one does have a nice sized apartment with a pretty full sized refrigerator and freezer so we are able to get our loved one food so she has different options. Also, Benton House is all on one level so its very easily accessible for residents who may have walkers and wheelchairs.

Our family was able to have an in person tour, but that the time the community was on a pretty strict lock down. They did however open up the balcony doors so we can peak inside and see some of the rooms

Benton House was a very nice community. It is a newer facility. The staff was friendly and they gave a nice tour. We chose another community based on our budget and we wanted one closer to our home.

This community is beautiful. The room that was available was smaller than the one at the community we chose. This community was a little farther away. I would recommend taking a look at this community to see if it would work for you or a loved one.

My father will be making the move out of this community pretty soon, but it isn't because this isn't a good facility. This is a nice community. The only issue my father has been the food. There is room for improvement with the meals. Other than the community is well-kept. The staff is kind, and there are activities available for the residents. It is a good facility overall.

My mother has been doing great so far at this community. The staff have helped her make a smooth transition and have accommodated her needs as best as possible. She has had no complaints about the food and has enjoyed the activities with the other residents. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to an assisted living place.

I liked it, very clean, the staff I met was very friendly. I liked how secure the memory living quarters were. This is on the short list.

We took a tour of this community before it was opened and it was beautiful. The person we met during the tour was nice. It was a little to expensive and mom would not have been able to stay there with her condition.

I was able to take a tour of the community and thought that the staff was helpful and seemed caring. I just feel that I would need more than that to make my decision whether to send my loved one here. I would like to know how they treat the residents.

This is a beautiful community and the staff were very friendly. This community works with residents in the early stages of Alzheimers. The residents need to be able to walk a certain amount of steps and if they fell the family was responsible for getting them to the hospital if needed.

This community is my parents new home. They are enjoying it but still adjusting to their new community. My parents are pleased with the room they have. The meals are good here too. The only complaint is, no exercise class has been started. It's not the activity calendar but no class. I spoke to someone about this and they are looking into it.

Nice place but limited on in-house services for longer term care

Very clean facility. The staff seemed very nice. The residents seemed well cared for.

The Benton House at Woodstock is just so much better and the staff is so much nicer than any other facility we looked at. This is all a new thing to us, and every other place was bad except for this place.

Benton House of Woodstock is a very nice place, overall, I'm very satisfied with my choice. The people here are friendly, and the staff is caring and professional. The facility itself is nice looking, and always very clean. It's a little on the pricey side, but they do a great job!
