We had a great tour with Benton House. The facility is very nice and all of the staff were so accommodating and friendly. We would have been very happy with this facility if we were to have chose it, but we visit our loved one often and the location was just a little far for us.

We are very impressed with the place, right when you walk in it feels like a luxury hotel. The staff are extremely friendly, its just a beautiful place. There are usually 6-7 activities going on each day for the residents so they are always kept very busy. The meals are really good and if they are serving something a resident does not want, they have an entire different menu of a la carte items you can order off of at anytime.

We had an excellent tour with Benton House. What really stuck out to us was the administrative staff, they were just great.

Everything so far has been fantastic. It is a smaller community. It is a homey and family feeling. The staff is open to requests from family and residents. They are organized and efficient in responding quickly to the requests. They have a really good staff here.

We really wanted to go to this community but we could not because my father was ill and could not help. The plans just did not work out and the location was further. Very clean, very nice caring people and the food was tremendous.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are attentive to the resident's needs. They are responsive to the family's questions over our loved one's care. bingo, dominos, puzzles and more are some of the activities available for the residents to choose from.

We really liked Garden House. The facility is beautiful and very clean. It made the decision hard, but the location was a little too far away for us.

We chose Benton House of Blue Springs because Pam who had talked to us was very personable and was not too pushy. They were also having a spacial, but even at regular price we still would have chosen them due to the friendliness of all of the staff, it is just a great place. The rooms are great size for what my mom needs. Anytime the nurse practitioners or doctors sees mom and something comes up, they call right away and let me know what is going on. I would recommend to others looking.

Our tour with Benton House was wonderful. They were very accommodating and what stuck out to me was that they had a high level of safety precautions to get into the facility.

I would look into this community. The staff seem to be right on top of things most of the time. My loved one likes the meals and talks about them often. My loved one does not participate in the activities however, they do have activities for the residents.

Great facility, highly recommend. All personnel are wonderful from the clenaing people to the director we had a great expeirence.

My loved one is not happy with the meals. There If you are looking for a place that provides attention and care to your loved one then this community is definitely worth checking out. This was the best location distance wise and the best one cost wise as well.

My loved one has been there for 3 months in the memory care unit. They are awesome. The staff is wonderful. The executive director is top notch. She takes the time out of her day to speak with family members. She's met with our family on three separate occasions on her own time. We're dealing with severe dementia, which we've never done before, but that's her career and area of expertise. I cant 'say enough good things about them and how they've helped our family.

My tour at Benton House of Newnan Lakes was really good. In fact, I still keep in contact with the director. They were super friendly and gave lots of info. It's a nice facility. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them.

We chose Benton House Woodstock because they were in Cherokee county which had less covid restrictions at the time, it is very close to our house, and also we liked that it was smaller. It is on one floor and she was able to get a room that has a door to an outside courtyard. The pricing is all inclusive as well so we know what we will be paying each month. It is more personalized care and everyone knows her by name, we really like that aspect of it. The one complaint she has is the food, they could improve on the quality and sometimes it is served cold. Other than that my mom is very happy here and we would recommend them to others who are looking.

We looked at several and we felt that Benton House with the homiest, some of the other communities can feel intuitional. My loved one's only complaint is that the food is not served hot. The breakfast is the best meal they have there, according to my loved one. The community is clean. They also have a memory care side, which has worked hard to help my mom settle in. The community was all on one floor, this was a huge plus for us. My loved one also has a private porch off of their room. It came with rocking chairs. My dad is in assisted living and my mom is in memory care. They are able to visit each other with ease.

We chose Benton Village because I liked how clean it was, the location of the facility, as well as the options that they had to offer for my dad. The room sizes here are nice, he is in memory care so he is in a studio and it is a good size. The communication with the staff is great, when I call someone always answers and they get back to me right away if I have any questions so that is a big plus. I would recommend to others looking.

We toured this community and it was very nice. The staff was friendly and informative and my loved one really liked it.

overall we are very happy with Benton house. The community is very clean and neat and the food is good. The staff is very friendly and caring and there are activities available for the residence. I would recommend this community to others.
