The community is very friendly and I would recommend this community to others.

There are a lot of activities to participate in at this community, they have a ton of board games, as well arts and crafts. We also celebrate the holidays and it is really just a friendly place.

Everything is included. Very helpful staff. Some buildings feels more nursing home like than others, so it’s not so private. Kinda middle on pricing, definitely would have to do a Studio or smaller 1 bedroom.

My loved one loves this community. It is a smaller community. They answer questions in a timely manner. Personal care is important to the community

We liked that the community was smaller, it was also close to home. We liked the fact that normally you can talk to the management and if you had a problem most of the time it would be corrected. We would recommend this community to others. We also liked that fact that is was only memory care, and that the care takers were used to those types of patients.

We chose Legacy Heights Senior Living because of the location and also the way the hallways are set up. Each hallway has their own little dining room for the residents, it is very intimate, homey setting. The room sizes here are quite adequate and what is nice is they all have a mini fridge and microwave. I have eaten here and it is good, home cooked food It has gone downhill a little bit because of COVID, everyone is having to dine in their room and meals being delivered. They have had a lot of turnover with management and staff members due to the virus. Overall, I would recommend.

Managed well. They have really ben on top of the pandemic situation... good enforcement of rules and regulations and have kept the facility very safe. Wonderful staff. Recently did a total remodel. Very nice.

They have been able to engage our loved one during this time with a few activities, they have church service which is very important to our loved one, and she enjoys the baking classes to. The sales person we spoke with in the beginning really took the time to answer our questions, she was very patient with us and was very helpful. Our loved one says the food is somewhat bland, and is in the same routine.

Very clean. 5 stars Food quality - 3 stars. If out of item, patients get nothing to replace. Staff - 4 stars. Most very courteous and helpful. Director [name removed] five stars - the best! Activities Covid-19 prevents socialization. However, why is there no exercise room program? It certainly would help the help of the residents.

During the time our loved one was there, they had made a bunch of changes to the staff members. All the nurses we knew had left along with the upper management. Our loved ones room felt dusty a lot of the time, but other than that everything else seemed pretty clean. Our loved one fell at this community which we were not happy about, but when she was in the hospital for her broke hip we were told by two separate nurses despite the fall our loved one had been well cleaned at this community which we were happy about.

Very pleased overall. Maintenance area-specific when call and general, is SLOW. Extermination is too SLOW. Personnel — ALL — is wonderful! We appreciate [names removed].

They're taking good care of us. They are keeping us safe and free of the virus. The staff is helpful and attitude is good (friendly) and willing to help when needed. Improvements outside in the courtyard are so nice.

I moved to this location in January 2015. He was in the memory care and I am in Independent Living. We came here because it was one of the closest to my daughter. He received excellent care. The staff was very caring. He died in 2016. I have stayed on because it is better than some complexes in this location, the staff is great. One improvement I would like to see is the food. I know they are on a budget and it's hard to please everyone (over 100).

Test results for virus need to be back sooner. Housekeeping kees to have certain criteria for cleaning. IE windows, dust, vacuum all carpet. Independent living needs to be separate from nursing home. We need our freedom and we need tests that give results the same day.

This is safe, clean, and happy place to live. The staff are kind and helpful. Meals are good. Activities are planned for music, crafts, and celebrations of holidays. Birthdays are recognized. Although locked down for COVID-19, I have been able to window visit. It's frustrating but I'm grateful for the chance to see my loved one.

When we toured the facility, we were impressed with the management and staff. The cleanliness was impressive, the grounds are beautiful and the amenities are plentiful. We spoke to several residents and got good feedback. Now, to the negative. My parents hate the food. It is not well-prepared and not always suitable for the senior palette. This is a common complaint among the president. Housekeeping staff is awesome!

Very good. My problem is that after a stroke (before I moved here) I'm not allowed to drive. That raises problems getting around. In pandemic, I personally can get to doctor's appointments considered vital, but not considered “cosmetio” as podiatry. Normally I can obtain groceries, courtesy of a designated staff member. But family is too busy normally to help (working family members are employed too far away, grandparents have been designated nannies during pandemic).

They care about residents and it shows. Many residents are very long-term, with very high satisfaction rates. Always clean and well-maintained. Food is better than expected, with very good variety. Communications have room for improvement.

Employees are very pleasant. The food is good.
