I am quite pleased living here for the last 2 1/2 years. The staff are all very nice and there's a nice mix of activities.

Once again the staff at Sandy Springs place were able to recognize my mom needed medical assistance and get it for her in a timely manner before it became a more serious situation. The staff definitely know their residents and when they are not “quite right.” The employees are very observant and in tune with the residents which provides the families comfort in knowing their family is being well taken care of. [Name removed] knew immediately when my mom refused breakfast that something was wrong and got on it. We were able to get mom to the doctor before the situation became more serious. I can not begin to express how much Sandy Springs Place and it’s employees mean to us!

Newer facility and lots of great open space for the seniors to gather. While their rooms are nice we needed a shared room and felt the rooms were too small to share.

The building was great. Lots of nostalgia around. Very pretty and very clean! Soft music playing throughout the building. The only drawback- the resident rooms were too small- only studio apartments.

We were looking for a place for our mom that would provide needed care for daily living activities, as she has bad arthritis. She also wanted a community that was intellectually and socially stimulating. In the end, we chose another community that offered a larger community, a larger room with a kitchenette, and one closer to her many doctors. [name removed] and the staff seem outstanding!

I enjoyed the staff and environment. The layout seem to work well. The staff were engaging with the residents. The community also see to have a good sense of the challenges of Alzheimer's

this was the second place I toured and learned a lot from the community contact about facilities in general. Very much appreciate the honesty and information I learned. Memory Care residents are separated from non-memory care residents into two separate buildings. Contact said they would work with us on pricing depending on evaluation of the family member who I was shopping on behalf of.

The community was neat and clean. The rooms were very clean as well as s viral beautiful dining areas. I was able to briefly see an activity which was a pianist. Nevertheless, I did not notice men there for that activity and I would welcome a little more diversity for my uncle.

Brand new; Studios and 1-BR available for $3500ish a month; Employees are new since place is new; Only 20 residents now and 2 residents can move in daily; Community fee reduced to $1500 from $2500 for initial residents; Attractive decor and community spaces; Unsure about meals and activities; $750/$1500 plans for 3 "assistances"/4+

[removed] was our sales representative and she was wonderful. Friendly, professional, answered all our questions, not pushy. The residents we spoke to about the facility were satisfied with their living conditions. The studio we toured was spacious, nice. The location was quiet. It was nice to meet the director. My only negative is the common areas seemed a little drab, could use more color.

I was very impressed with Southern Plantation. The people were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and the food plan menu was great. For the residents to have options is the right thing to do for any community of seniors. They need to have a choice and food that is good and tasty.

Lanier Lodge was absolutely beautiful. I showed up and arranged to come back within the hour to get a quick tour. It was like a 5-Star resort hotel. It would have been perfect for me, but not so much for my parents. There would have been a lot of walking for them to even get to the dining room.

[Removed] was wonderful and answered all of my questions. My Mom needs a step up from her independent living facility and The Phoenix at Dunwoody was a good fit. The price was in my budget and the residents that I spoke with were satisfied with their experience. The studio that I looked at was large and spacious. Definitely a good touring experience.

Dad was doing really well when he first moved here but now his health is declining and he doesn't do much anymore. We have hospice coming in to help and the staff here is great working with them. The community is great very clean and well maintained inside and out. The staff is wonderful very nice and patient and helpful. Dad likes the food. We would recommend this community.

I like this place. It's a smaller community but the location is within a 10 minute drive from our house. This is an older place but it seems to be kept up well and from what we saw, very clean. We met 3 residents and they all seemed pretty happy. Price seems reasonable. This one is at the top of the list and the fact they allow pets is a plus.

My mother in law had a nice respite stay at this community. The staff were friendly, encouraging and attentive to her needs. They offer a lot of activities. This is a very nice community. She enjoyed the food. This is a great place if you or your loved one needs help. I would recommend taking a look at it.

This community has a pretty garden and courtyard. The staff have been great with taking care of my friend and helping with their medication. My friend has started to participate in some of the daily activities and she is making friends. Her room is nice and they keep it clean. She is doing better since moving into this community and I would recommend taking a look at it.
