This is a pretty nice community, and my tour of it went well. The community was nice, and clean from what I was shown. The staff I met was kind, and helpful. Everything went well overall, but this was not the community for my father, and his needs.

Despite my mom has a couple of health setbacks she has been doing ok here. The staff has been wonderful very helpful and kind. The community has always appeared clean and well maintained. Mom seems to really like the food here when she can eat. Prior to her becoming ill she has been doing activities and enjoying the other residents.

First community I visited. Residence where engaged in an activity. Nicely decorated and residence where well groomed. Liked the smaller dining areas but could use more color in these rooms. Wasn't to sure about the points rating used for personal care and med management. I would need to better understand before committing.

My loved one has recently made the move into this community and so far he is loving every bit of this place. The staff have been fantastic and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing him so far. I like how happy he has been lately and how involved he is getting with the activities with the other residents. He is getting three meals a day and is loving all the food they are serving him. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone who is interested, we have been pleased with the experience.

I have no complaints of how things went throughout our tour that I had of this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them. The floor plan was open and they had a lot of great amenities to offer all of the residents. It was just not the right fit in the end decision.

Beautiful and clean community, also a great location off of HWY 40. Very accessible to visit Dad who is settling in quite well at the Season at Southpoint. The front office staff is just phenomenal. They are welcoming and accommodating. The caregivers are friendly and caring. I really appreciate that most of the staff try to allow the residents to keep their independence and let them accomplishment things on their own if they are able. They offer activities, my dad enjoys golf putting. Dining is a good affair, the food looks great, they have a great cook. Dad enjoys the food and comraderie while dining with friends he has made so far. The place is very clean and well maintained.

The people at this community were friendly. The community seemed well taken care of. They seem to offer some nice amenities and seem to accommodate the residents dietary needs.

I toured this community for my mother, and her needs. Overall everything went well, and it was a good experience. The community was clean, and well maintained. The staff was kind, and informative. My tour went well.

Everyone has been very nice. It's a good sized place that's very positive and bright. I've been to several other senior communities and I felt Sandy Springs was the best option for my mother.

My mom was going to move here, but things were unable to go through. I liked the people and they were helpful through the whole process that we had. Mom was excited to go and I know that this community would have worked well with mom.

I had a pretty nice tour of this community. Everything went very well, this is a nice place. The staff was very informative, and kind. The community appeared to be well-kept. The grounds looked very well maintained. It was a pleasant experience. This is a nice community.

The staff is really good with my mom. I would like mom to get more involved with the activities that they provide there. Mom is just trying to transition to the community. The food is good and the staff take a individualistic approach to the residents.

Nice place, lovely tour, appears to offer quite a bit of stimulation for residents. A little dreary and cluttered but overall very pleasant.

The tour guide was able to cover everything the community provided for the residents. The staff met during the tour was friendly and very accommodating. This community is pet friendly and they also offer beautician services if the residents would like this service. Overall it was a wonderful place and i would recommend it.

This place is okay,and Is a beautiful set up.Moving here was not my choice,and I feel lonely sometimes and miss my neighborhood.I had neighbors I'd know for a long time and miss them.The staff here is very nice. The food is pretty good,however I would prefer more variation to the menu and more fruit.I'm very pleased with the kitchen staff they have lots of patience with the elderly.

I like this place the food is good,and I can't think of anything I dislike of this place.Everything has been good here so far.The staff are all fine people and good to talk with.Even the maintenance team is real good.House keepers are A1 and Pleasant

I like the staff ,everyone seems passionate about what they do.

What I find most unique and attractive about Orchard is it's informal culture.It is this "non-institutional" feet that was one of the original reasons that sold me on Orchard and solidified our choice for bringing my Mom(Laura) here.Margarita Mondays and solidified our choice for bringing my mom (Laura)here.Margarita Mondays-held out on the beautiful garden patio,is great example.One can informally meet other residences and their families in this relaxed environment.The mood is always upbeat and festive.Mom loves the camaraderie and the sociability of people enjoying themselves with others.She can feel the love.This is very special and it's value cannot be understated in regards to Mom's mood and well being.Mercy gives her all with every event,making sure everyone is engaged,happy, and entertained.Along with Kim,Sandy,Mary,Yvette, to name a few-they make all the difference in the world.Their passion is authentic and alive.And the reason why people feel uplifted.This is the essence of Orchard.Never Lose touch of this wonderful quality!.

My sister is doing as well as can be expected. We are pleased with all they have done for us. The community is well-kept, they keep her room and the facility very nice and clean. The staff is great, they have been very knowledgeable and caring. There are activities offered for the residents. The food is good, they serve nice meals. I know she is safe and getting good care. I would recommend this community.

Very good.The food is good they provide enough options during meal time.I would prefer larger breakfast.There are plenty of activities going on and caters to all residents individual needs.This place foster an environment conducive to family involvement.They encourage it! .They have some excellent staff here.
