I would recommend the Pearl to others. I'd say our experience has been a positive one. Any issues/concerns we have had were addressed.

Seasons at Southpoint is a nice place. They have activities and take people out and about to movies and parks. I still think they were a great place just not really for my dad. Super friendly staff! The guy in charge of the place was so very nice and helpful.

The staff are good and care about the residents. Facilities are nice, rooms/apartments are large. The business office was not very responsive always.

The facility made the move easy, they take care of the residents. They have activities planned through out the day for their health and their social needs. The staff is friendly and their care and build relationships with the residents.

My mother has been at the Phoenix for almost 3 months, and we are happy with the experience. Generally good communication, though after typical work hours, getting someone on the phone can be challenging. Overall, we are very pleased with this choice of facilities. Nice amenities and programming for residents.

We like the activities specifically designed for memory care residents. We like the care and attention some of the caregivers provide. We like that the Pearl director follows up on concerns and that the Nurse Prac. Is very skilled and knows exactly how to best care for my mother.

Our loved one moved into assisted living in [date removed] and everything is going fine, we are still very happy with The Retreat. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The Pearl at Watkins Centre is spacious, clean and our loved one is looked after during the day. However the fall prevention needs more attention. We would recommend this community to other families if there was no fall risk but I think that is a problem all facilities face.

Our overall experience is good. The staff friendliness is mixed, some cheerful and engaging, others just doing their job and don't seem to have any interest in knowing the residents. Cleanliness is good, meals are satisfactory but not exceptional. Transportation services are excellent, and activities are varied. Overall, the residence has provided the services we expected.

Our loved one was previously a resident at The Phoenix at Lake Joy. The quality of care declined. If not for hospice, I don't know what we would have done. We ended up moving our loved one to another facility. I would not recommend The Phoenix at Lake Joy to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Myrtle Beach Manor and the overall experience has been good so far. The housekeeping is spotless. The staff is friendly. They have nice outdoor areas to take my loved one outside. They just completely renovated the entire building and did a great job. I'm mostly happy with them. My main complaint is with my loved one's hearing aids...putting them on her, charging them, not losing them. It's been a struggle.

Close proximity to where I live in Hollister. Nicest facility in Branson area. They do seem to be understaffed.

What our family likes the most about The Lafayette community is how close it is to our family. The only problem is the low staffing but we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I like the layout of the building, the staff is great and activities good. Food could be better.

Rates have increased much more than we expected after year one (10%). Be sure to get everything you are promised in writing. It took us 11 months to get our billing correct from corporate. We have experienced what I would call higher than expected turnover in personnel. With all that said, the staff is very loving and have cared for mother well.

I'd recommend it. Very modern, clean, well staffed.

The staff genuinely seem to care about the residents and the families. The only issue we've had is with medications being filled. It is much easier on the facility to use Guardian - the pharmacy they contract with for meds. However, Guardian is expensive compared to other pharmacies and if the facility needs / can't easily locate a med (even if it is there but is in the "extra" bin) they simply order more from Guardian. If that new order is not within the parameters for the insurance, the full price gets charged. It is much cheaper for the family to manage the scripts and take them to Bayport. Also, if scripts are mailed to the resident and that resident has memory issues, the med may sit in the mailbox for weeks without the med tech knowing it has arrived. Worse, the resident may toss the script. Thus, I've found that is more time consuming but in the end it is much better to manage the scripts myself, pick them up from the retail pharmacy, and deliver to Bayport myself.

I would totally recommend bayport to others. 99% of the staff are amazing - super patient and caring. Right now they are in the midst of some major staffing changes (the director and the head of nursing services) and you wouldn't know it. My mom is getting the same level of care. I can't imagine life without these care givers.

My loved one is currently a resident at Legacy Heights Senior Living Community and everything has been very good for her so far. They love my loved one. She would like more activities, but is not really able to do too much.
