After visiting many memory care facilities in the Triangle area, Seasons was at the top of my list. I am so fortunate that my family member has been able to live there for the past 2 years. The staff, at every level, is caring. Those of us who have had experience caring for someone with memory issues know that it is often a thankless task. I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to the staff of Seasons for all they do every day.

Southern Plantation independent living cottages are perfect for me at this time of my life. I can pretty well take care of myself but poor eyesight and breathing problems was making a recluse of me and dependent on others. Residence and staff here at Southern Plantation are very friendly and helpful. There are shuttles every day to local stores, doctors offices, churches, etc. They can put you in touch with people you can hire to help you with individual problem. Activities from games, cards, bingo, to bible studies or just rides in the countryside, are scheduled weekly. Residents care about and look after each other and the community as a whole.

We moved my mom into Legacy Heights one month ago. We had visited 7 assisted living homes prior to choosing it. What really stands out about it is both the cleanliness of it and the friendliness of all the employees. Never have I walked in and smelled that odor that is common in many homes. The staff is always around to help in any way possible. So far we are very pleased with Legacy Heights and would recommend it highly to others. Mom is currently on the basic level of care with medication being administered to her 3 times day. Activities are scheduled daily and include, bingo, music, spiritual leaders, volunteer groups like scout troops, people that paint nails, do crafts etc. with the residents

This place for my mom is wonderful. There are compassionate loving individuals throughout the facility! AMAZING!!

Morningside was really nice definitely one of our top two. Most of their activities were onsite, the outings were a little more rare. They were also a little more expensive than the place we decided on. But a very nice community, and definitely worth checking out.

Legacy is a first class operation. Good staff, clean facility, and overall a nice senior living center.

I loved them, they didn't have an opening and they don't take medicaid at all. They were smaller, and friendlier, and brighter. It was very happy feeling place, the way they had it decorated. I've also spoken with friends who have loved ones there and they are extremely happy as well.

The approach Atria Johnson Ferry's staff indicated they would take with our loved one when we met was very positive - it made sense. We really like the location, it is convenient for us. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have visited during mealtimes and everything went smooth and the residents seem to enjoy the food. Really at this point everything has been really good.

We chose this community for my step father because they offer lots of outdoor activities. They take the residents fishing and just have so many things to do outdoors in the community. There are lots of gazeboes and screened in areas to just sit, relax and have a snack. It is located on the inland waterway so you can sit outside and watch the boats go by, which provides my step father with beautiful views. The environment in the community is just so pleasant. They keep the residents pretty active and motivated. It's a really good community that caters to the residents needs. They are very on top of everything, even the smallest changes with the residents they notice and take the appropriate action. I am very satisfied knowing that they are on top of any and all issues. The staff provides great peace of mind.

This is the most heart wrenching decision you will have to make. I toured 10 different facilities! All 5 star facilities or so they said. Legacy Heights stood out from the beginning. When you walk in the front door, it just oozes cozy, warmth, safety, and home. I had a scheduled tour and then I "stopped" in for an unscheduled visit. They were exactly the same! I felt secure that LH would do as they promise in their tour. The tour was not a "fluff" scene, In total I was there for 2 1/2 hours. I stayed for 1 1/2 hours the first time and an hour the second time. I know my aunt is safe here. I KNOW it. She will be engaged and not sat in a room or a chair until the next med's are due, or meal is ready. She will addressed as a person and with compassion. This is the place for your family loved one too. This is as close to home as we can give them and keep them safe.

My Step-Mom has been at the Seasons for 6 months now. She was located at another residence which was also good, but her condition has deteriorated. The Seasons has been able to help her gain her weight back, walk without a walker or wheelchair an made her happier than ever. She has even been pulled off Hospice. I thoroughly enjoy all the staff members that take care of my step mom and know that they are truly blessed. All the residents seem to be happy and enjoying all their activities at the Seasons at Southpoint.

The facility is kept clean and the residents at the center are all very nice.

Staff is friendly and considerate. Facility is clean and free of pest. Food is good but prices could be a little better for senior facility. One $[removed] meal per day is extra $[removed] per month., and the Only One meal. That's a bit much I think.

The staff is very caring and know each resident by name. They are quick to fix things in the apartments. Because they have new owners as of the end of last year, they are in process to be renovating each apartment as well as the the larger community gathering spaces. It will be nice to have a refresh. The rooms are a nice size. The staff is making an effort to bring families together each quarter for fun activities as well as celebrating holidays together.

All the staff were delightful. [name removed] was compassionate and addressed all our questions and concerns. She’s a great Ambassador for the Pearle. The facility was very clean and the residents appear to be safe and happy. We certainly ranked it #1 in ALL the Memory Care facilities we toured for the week.

The number one complaint, my parents provide me is the food is atrocious. When you charge someone $[removed] per month, you would think the food would be better than what it is. Sometimes the meat is so hard, You can bounce it off concrete. We do like the staff they have been very helpful to my parents. Activities are not special. Again food is number 1 issue.

The initial tours at the [removed] facility were more personal...they offered for us to join them for a meal (this was before Phoenix purchased them). The facility was clean and bright. Staff were exceptionally friendly.

I would recommend it. It's pretty good

My mother received nothing but great and supportive care. Every employee was so very helpful and nice. They seemed to really care about the residents and families. I loved that memory care was very small number of residents. The apartment was very clean also. I'd definitely recommend the bungalows if springdale.

[name removed] has the personality and knowledge that made the tour extremely pleasing. She made me feel very comfortable going through a very stressful process.
