Our experience has been great from the start, the week our loved one had to move in she had a full and spend a week in a nursing home. The community worked so well with our schedule, they held our loved ones room and when it was time to move our loved one in they really helped facilitate everything. Our loved one had adjusted very well there, they take great care of her, and she is really like it.

My loved one was only there a short time, a month or less. Covid also limited my ability to interact with and experience the community. It's strictly a memory care facility, so going in there, I knew my loved one would receive whatever care he needed without having to move up in levels in care. In dealing with them from a business standpoint, they were very good. They were helpful in making move-in preparations, and the people at the front desk made a big impression on me. Everyone was very friendly, which was one of the main things that really attracted me to the place. I know that there were activities scheduled, but I never got to observe them. The cost was competitive or even a little less expensive than other places, but we weren't there long enough to determine what the value was like.

I would tell others that there were select few nursing and care staff that were devoted to the residents. The office and business staff are responsive when you call them. Most of the other staff were there to collect a paycheck. I would like to see their follow up and follow through improve. I didn't feel they followed up on requests that we made for our loved one.

The room sizes were generous and the layout was good. Sometimes my loved one loves the food and sometimes she doesn't. I really do like this community and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this community

Wonderful, polite, engaged staff. Nice decor and pleasant atmosphere. Residents whom we saw seem happy. Memory care area more light, less open than we hoped. Love the "Illuminations" program idea. [name removed] seemed to understand our needs and concerns.

Very nice facility. [name removed] was very willing to accommodate our family's unique needs. Also very impressed with [name removed] the illuminations director. The memory care until did seem a bit claustrophobic however.

Thanks to [names removed] and the entire staff, moving my mom into her assisted living appt. went without a hitch. We were lucky enough to get her an appt next to my aunt and uncle who have been residing there for 2 years. I would recommend the Retreat at Conyers to anyone looking for assisted living for an aging parent.

My mother will be leaving Morningside after 12 1/2 years due to finances. These years provided her with excellent care. The staff is kind, caring, and patient. Even during the most challenging times her care was utmost in the minds of the people who work there, from the director to the van driver ! Everyone cares about their work if they find another job. I wish I could name the ones who we have known the longest and who have been consistently loving. We will miss the friendship we have made. May God bless this wonderful group of people. Thanks for ALL you have done for us.

Excellent food. Caring staff. Very approachable management. Great building. Concierge is amazing.

Recently I had to make the choice to put my dad into assisted living. Of all the places that I ventured to, Arbor Terrace at Cascade far exceeded my expectations. Their friendly and caring staff made this an easier choice for me. The executive director was pleasant, courteous and really had my attention with her demeanor of explaining my room choices. I would choose them again if I had to make this difficult choice. Thank you for all that you do.

Mom has been a resident for 4 months and is pleased with the facility, the staff and activities. With memory care being the primary focus, we as a family are more than pleased with her level of care and attention she receives on a daily basis. Respect, kindness, patience, loving, friendly are just a few of the adjectives that come to mind when I think of the staff at The Pearl at Jamestown. Our family highly recommends this facility for memory impaired individuals. Daily activities planned in advance are aimed at exercising cognitive skills and helps residents engage and participate at their own level. What a gem!

When my husband arrived at Seasons of Southpoint a month ago, he was cognitively confused and somewhat depressed. After a month's care at Seasons, he is very alert and aware. He is happy, getting mobile daily and enjoying the community there. I contribute it all to the entire group. A Caring, supportive, conscientious, accommodating crew...from the staff to all employees. They are all "awesome." He has an excellent physical therapist...working to get him back on his feet, every member of the team at Seasons work to make the residents experience there a positive one and they "all" do a great job. My mother has been a Memory Care resident for 9 months. Phoenix at Lake Joy is like family to both Mom and our family. Caregivers and staff care and are so loving. Mom is truly content there. Our family feels really good about Mom being a resident at Phoenix at Lake Joy. I would agree that Memory Care Unit and residents would certainly benefit from more caregivers being added on staff for each shift. I believe the director and staff are working hard to recruit additional caregivers and retain current caregivers. Mom was at another Memory Care Unit prior to moving to Lake Joy. No comparison. Lake Joy is an answer to a prayer for Mom and our family. A more caring, loving group of people would be hard to find.

The food is fantastic! Mom has been here since [date removed] and I eat dinner or lunch with her several times a week. I am totally impressed with the food and the many options available. Unlike so many other facilities, the food is never bland, always the right amount of seasonings. I always look forward to eating with mom.

My wife has been at Seasons for about 2-1/2 years. I have been very happy with the care she has received, as it has appropriately changed to meet her needs as her disease has progressed. All of the staff are extremely caring and friendly. They coordinate well with the Doctors Making Housecalls and Hospice staff in providing care. The facility is clean and bright and inviting.

We recently took tour of The Remington House in Conyers, GA. in search of a place for my mother. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were professional, informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. They gave us all the time we needed to see the facility. The facility was also great. We found it very clean and well taken care of. There were plenty of activities, and the residents seem to be happy and involved. At this time, my mother has chosen to reside with another family member. If any thing changes, this will be our first choice. We were really impressed with this facility and it's staff.

Great place with a outstanding staff. Always a happy place when you walk in the front door.

My Mother has just moved into the Memory Loss group at Morningside. The unit is so clean and updated but most important is the love and care she receives from every worker there.[Names removed] and all ( I know I left someone out sorry) I want to thank you. I am so grateful.

I can truly say that I absolutely love everyone at the Myrtle Beach Manor ! They are very thoughtful and caring staff. They without a doubt saved my fathers life. When all others said he would not survive they never gave up. My father went through his 3rd cancer surgery. He was taken to a rehab/nursing home in Maryland. The conditions were absolutely horrible. Worse then most jails in the country. My father developed Grandma seizures, diabetes, COPD, pneumonia,was on a peg feeding tube. I was ask by two doctors at that facility if I wanted them to pull the plug. I knew right then and there I had to take him some where that people really cared. That place without a doubt was Myrtle Beach Manor. My father started showing improvements within a just a few days. Within a little more than a month after the loving care that he received from the entire staff ([names removed] just to name a few) he no longer has seizures, does not use any oxygen, diabetes is non existing, he is completely off the feeding tube, is eating REAL FOOD and is walking on his own.. It is if nothing ever happened. I know that it is because of the love and professional training that everyone there gave to my father, I am forever thankful to everyone in that entire staff. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire staff at this community. They keep the community and her room clean. The food is very flavorful and I would eat here over a restaurant. They offer a variety of activities and have volunteers come in as well. I would recommend this community.
