Excellent facility. I loved the atmosphere. the visit was very exciting. My major concern was cost, though.

Oh my god the place is spotless and they clean my mothers room twice a week. My husband and I keep saying that we want to move there. They're very friendly, very helpful; so nice and so sweet. Everybody knows my name there, everyone knows my mom and my husband. We are greeted everytime we go in there, even if there's no one at the front desk one of the nurses or aids will great us. At frist I thought it was really expensive, but after about a month I realized it was worth every penny. They change my moms bed twice a week, she gets three meals a day and they're very good meals. They have snacks so they're never hungry and they check on her, they're so sweet. She doesn't think twice about anything anymore, she acts like she owns the place, its fabulous. Way better than I hoped it could be. I don't have to worry about her and I know if something happens they're going to call me and I know they're going to take care of her. Anybody who's looking for a place for their mother and loves their mother as much as I love mine would be crazy not to do Southern Plantation. it's lickity split clean, you jsut can't ask for anything better.

From the first time my mom toured the Remington House and saw the apartments they offered she just loved it. I would highly recommend the Remington House to others, they have just been wonderful. Everybody there, including the residents are wonderful. They have taken a load off my mind knowing that my mom is safe and well cared for at the Remington House. Couldn't have found a better place! Also, we are thankful for A Place For Mom's help in our search.

Atria is a little more expensive then other communities we looked at. Our loved one raves about the food here. They change linen once a week. What drew us in is the staff, they were very friendly. They also have a larger population of males here at Atria. We really liked the way it looked esthetically. We looked about 4 other communities and Atria just stood out above the others. We are very happy with them so far.

The community is very conveniently located for our family and is close to the church our loved one would be going to. It seems less expensive then the comparable communities. The dining is set up into smaller multiple dining rooms rather then one large dining area. The staff was on the ball; they were all very friendly and helpful. We spoke to about 6 or 7 residents and each one of them said they were happy here at Legacy Heights. Dawn McKenzie from A Place for Mom was very very helpful. She set up all the appointments and provided us with good advice on how to prepare my loved one for the move.

They have two caregivers who speak spanish. It's my favorite so far.

Excellent visit! Director and staff were generous with their time and answered all of our question. Can tell they are "in" to their job in serving their residents. Impressed with the staff at work, all attentive and smiling. Clean and bright describes their facility. Will be hard to top this visit.

I have been very pleased. They do a good job with the food. They serve plenty of food, give a good variety and the food is great. They do my laundry, and provide cleaning. They offer weekly activities and frield trips. It's a good location, and good pricing. The satff is easy to work with. It's a good place with a lot of activites. Overall, I would recommend this place.

It was an exceptional tour, just went with one closer to family.

We chose Myrtle Beach Manor because the price was fair compared to others and the location was very convenient to my home. They do have a sign up fee of [removed]. My husband got kicked out and the staff seemed like they were really concerned about me and my husband as well. They gave me my money back as well which I really appreciated and I got it back quickly. They have been there a long time - my husbands mother was actually here 30 years ago. They have a great chef and the food is good. I would recommend their memory care unit to others looking. I have 12 years experience with caregiving as well and have experience with many places. I have a former client here as well that I recommended and she loves it there.

I love living here, have made lots of friends & a lot of friendly employees that are nice & friendly and very helpful. And the place is very peaceful. And we have a lot of fun.

They were very nice but a little slow on getting paperwork done in the beginning. But other than that everything has been great. The apartment here was bigger than most of the others that I looked into and she's got a one bedroom that is perfect for her. I would recommend the Bungalows to other families looking.

We chose The Phoenix because of the convenient location, I needed her to be close since i am her primary caregiver. I also liked that they have transitional care, it goes from independent living to assisted living to memory care. The staff really do their job. My loved one fell last night and when she pushed her button they came and got her right away and called the paramedics, there was no wait time for them to help. I would recommend The Phoenix others looking.

The experience so far has been very good, the community is very clean and the staff members are friendly. From what we can see they offer a big variety of activities for the residents who are interested. It is expensive but compared to the other places in the area we looked it, the value is pretty good. Our loved one has a good size apartment with a separate living space. Our only complaint right now is with the quality of the meals. We are not sure if it is a supply shortage or they are having trouble finding good kitchen staff but the meals right now are below par.

The response time to needs has not been quite as we understood it would be. We were told 3-5 minutes, but have found it to be much longer than that for various reasons. But otherwise the care has been good. And the staff are very responsive in reaching out to families who have concerns. They try their very best to get everybody involved in activities. So activities are there, although with Covid restrictions, they're limited in getting people out and going to places. But they do their very best to encourage residents to participate in what they do have going on. I feel like we're getting our money's worth overall aside from response times. And I understand that staffing is a challenge throughout the country right now. But I would most certainly recommend The Phoenix. Just make sure your loved one does not expect constant one-on-one service like they might have gotten at home.

We chose Village Palazzo because it was close to her doctors offices and also the value for the money. Her room size is average, it is plenty of space for what she needs. She does say that she doesn't get a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables and sometimes the food is cold when delivered, so that could some improvements. Overall we would recommend to others looking.
