We have been very pleased with Summit Place. It is very convenient and they have taken very special care of our aunt. Administrative staff answered all of our questions and took care of all of our needs in the beginning. She loves the food they serve here, they are chef prepared meals. We get an activities sheet every month in the mail so they have a lot to offer for the residents. All of the staff members here are very responsible to the residents, they always come first and I was pleased with the help, when we needed something they were always right there and great with communication. I would recommend to others looking. It is a small residential area, it is not too big so everyone is considered a valuable person in the community.

We loved it here, and we loved the person who led the tour. He was fabulous and answered any questions we had. We actually looked into moving our loved one here, and they performed an intake assessment. Based on that assessment, we made a mutual decision with the intake person that our loved one was in need of skilled nursing as opposed to just the memory care provided at The Pearl. None of us wanted to take the risk that they would not be able to care for his medical issues on top of his dementia. I highly recommend The Pearl based on our interactions with them. We were devastated that it wouldn’t work out. The person who led our tour and stayed in contact with us was was so communicative, and he was a big help in getting us into a skilled nursing facility. He was the one who helped us realize that an intake assessment should have been done at the original facility where we placed our loved one, and that the lack of assessment there was a huge factor in the heartbreaking experience we had at that other facility. I appreciated their honesty at The Pearl, and the whole experience working with them was great.

Everybody was very friendly and seemed to care about my loved one. They were excellent with communication - they called me to give me updates, and were available when I called them. Activities were limited due to Covid, but my loved one was still busy and having a great time - she seemed to like them all.

The staff is very friendly and helpful anytime I've been there. We are just now allowed to go back to the memory care area to see our loved one. My family members have said that it has been great seeing our loved one in a meeting room even with the staff member with our loved one. The communication with the staff is pretty good with the family. They now have the ability to pay online.

Our family is thrilled with the Terrace! We visited other area assisted living communities. No one was as friendly! All of the workers & residents we visited with said how much they loved it, no complaints!! Everyone was happy and loving and fun. [name removed] was amazing, she helped us through every step, never made us feel like a bother. She and everyone there made us all family right away. We felt so welcome [name removed] did everything she could to put our hearts and minds at ease with this big decision to move my grandmother. [name removed], the nurse was attentive and helpful. We have had a bad experience in another state and paid more money. Everything about the people here will help your heart feel at ease with this transition. My mother is a resident at Arbor Terrace Cascade. The facility is beautifully decorated. Everything is always fresh and clean. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They treat my mother like family, always pleasant and helpful. There are a variety of daily activities that keep my mom active and busy. My mother is 97 years old and I feel very comfortable with her living situation knowing that she is well taken care of and for that I am thankful.

The community can handle all types of memory issues. Communication was great between the staff and our family. They kept us well informed and up to date. I would recommend this community for all type of memory care issues.

They were phenomenal. I actually just referred someone here yesterday. Compared to other places I looked at, it was on the higher end as far as price goes. But for what we needed, it was perfect. The Phoenix was professional, caring , clean, state-of-the-art. They made a very difficult time a lot easier.

We moved our loved one to the community recently. They rushed to make sure my loved one was diagnosed with COVID, and the community nurses were quick to recommend a treatment to the doctor at the hospital. This was so impressive to us.

I love Phoenix. This is a top notch community. Communication is very important. Affordable for top notch. My mom has been here since [date removed] and I am very very satisfied. The staff is professional, very attentive, friendly, and meet all my needs and requests in a very timely manner. When I get a phone message giving me an update on mom, it is not just short, it is detailed and I feel they go above and beyond and that just tells me they are passionate about what they do and that is the key. [name removed] the Executive is on the ball and always great to work with, no question.

The staff has been very responsive that we have requested. Aesthetically I liked the way it looked and current decor. The rooms are a good size. The care staff are great.

My good friend is there and is very happy. She at first had to go into the memory care side, but after she was leveled out on her medicine. the staff noticed the positive change and proactively told us she should move into the personal care side. She now participates in her group activities and really enjoys it. The great staff there was able to get her through her bout with Covid. I would definitely recommend.

We chose Sandy Springs Place because the staff was very courteous and they gave us a nice virtual tour. They were very friendly and seemed concerned about my cousins well being. They were always on top of things and would always call me if anything was wrong. The room sizes here were adequate for her needs. Overall, I would definitely recommend to others.

The community has a great activities director. The overall atmosphere, level of care is more like a home feel than a community at The Retreat at Canton.

I would say to try this community out. You should call and talk to the community if you need care. This has a good home feel, good setting, and feels like family.

I moved in to the Phoenix at Milton earlier this year. My expectations have far been exceeded! The facility feels and looks very luxurious so that drew me in at first, but it's really the people who make this feel like home to me. I am very happy here and feel very safe and loved. I have had some hardships this year and the facility has been overly accommodating and concerned for my well-being and mental health and happiness. You can tell they really care about their residents. It feels like home and feels like family here.

The care they provide is wonderful. The care level they can provide is limited. For Example they aren't able to draw blood on premises and certain other medical assistance. I would highly recommend this community, though. The food is excellent. The staff is very attentive. They are very responsive to the families with their questions or concerns.
