My Mother was one of the first residents that moved into this caring community when they opened. She was there 3 1/2 years before she passed away last year and she loved it there and I was so happy that she was there. She received excellent care. I was so pleased with The Pearl at Five Forks, that when it was time to make that decision for my husband, my husband and I both agreed that he would also reside there. The Pearl at Five Forks has an exceptional staff with very low turnover and that makes a huge difference in being able to provide quality care.

I highly recommend visiting The Pearl at Five Forks for your loved one. From the first visit to all of the following visits, I have consistently been greeted by caring and professional staff. I have first hand experienced the patience, care and assistance provided to all residents, as well as, reaching out to residents that tend to want to stay in their room. The Staff will make an extra effort to bring the pet therapy visitor to them or assist them in getting to a group activity so that no one misses out on an opportunity. I am grateful to know that memory care facilities like this exist in our community.

This facility seemed a lot cheaper than the other ones we looked at, but there were hidden costs that we were not aware of until we were about to move my loved one in here. The rooms at this facility seemed to be pretty small and with the location I did not feel it was safe for my loved one who has some memory problems.

Good experience so far. Smaller community but rooms are a good size. It is also affordable so that is a plus.

We called in the "initial" planning phase but with the realization we needed help. A Place for Mom listened to our story and within 2 hours we had multiple calls from facility. A Place for Mom helped us find an amazing facility quickly.

The Terrace at Grove Park has been absolutely positively wonderful to our family. In my opinion it is luxury living and it is the best. We have been able to eat with our parents and we have never been disappointed in the food. They have plenty of activities provided for the residents. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The biggest improvement The Retreat community could make would be with the activities. Sometimes when our loved one goes down for an activity, it will not be happening.

We chose The Pearl because of the location and the way it was presented to us during the tour, we felt it would be the best fit for him. The room sizes are adequate, could be a bit bigger. They staff member's are great at their job and really care for the residents. If you need something they do not put you on the back burner. All around it has been a good experience and I would highly recommend.

We chose Summit Place at the time because the lady was very helpful when we were deciding on what to do. The room sizes here were nice and spacious. The facility was always clean and the staff members were always very nice. Overall it was a good experience while she was here and I would recommend to others looking.

We did a virtual tour with The Phoenix and it was amazing. The facility looks like a 5 star hotel. The location was further than we would have liked and it was a little pricier, so we went with another facility.

The community is always very clean and the staff members have all very so friendly. From our understanding it seems like our loved one really enjoys the meals, and it really is a good value for the cost.

The community was nice with friendly staff. The price was the drawback for us. [Name Removed] was very friendly and offered to help us in anyway.

We think the Morningside of Chesterfield Village is a very refreshing open and airy community. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful to our loved one and family.

The staff members and the care services would be higher than five stars, they all were just amazing. From the house keeping to a managers they all were just wonderful.

The community is friendly and easy to adapt to. The quality of the food, taste, and variety is some feedback from my loved one. The activities are good, and they have a lot available for the residents to become involved in. The evenings and weekends aren't as good as the weekdays. The feedback isn't as good as the day shifts.

[name removed] has been extremely helpful and insightful! I like the facility for my mother, especially the studio with balcony.

We chose The Phoenix because of the location as well as we knew some people who lived here already. They do offer shared and private rooms here. My mom is in memory care and the activities directors that they have there are wonderful. During the week the care is a 5 but sometimes on the weekends some things are overlooked and they seem to be short staffed. I have been very pleased with them and I would recommend to others looking.

We toured this community before it opened and I is amazing. It will be a hotel-style community and we really liked the concept. The staff was very friendly and they answered all our questions.

The facilities were very clean. The Tour Guide and management were very nice and welcoming.
