I did not expect this type of building to be so beautiful and not see people who lived there to be so active and smiling. I think the people who lived there welcomed us like we been friends years before. [name removed] and [name removed] were so great. I like the options they have. We are back a second time to tour because their pricing changed. This is where my mom wants to be.

The facility was so welcoming. [name removed] helped us go through the facility and really helped us understand what to expect. I really enjoyed myself and now know what to bring back to my parents.

We have developed both friendships, and relationships with the staff. The staff is very concerned about the residents, and very hands-on with letting family know about any changes.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated while looking into this facility. The staff was very attentive and offered answers to all my questions. I would highly recommend to anyone that’s looking for a top notch facility. 10/10 from sales to the care the staff shows to all their residences.

The tour was really great. Can't wait to drop off mom! The girl that walked us through was super helpful and friendly. Same with the rest of the staff. Great vibe!

I brought my therapy dog here for a visit with the residents and the staff was so attentive and the residents were well taken care of. The garden is beautiful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend!

In reading a recent review specifically calling out the Executive Director with scorn and contempt I find ludicrous. My experience is quite the opposite. The Executive Director is always available and attentive. His door is always open, always has a smile on his face and is always approachable. As a matter of fact I see him out on occasion with residents he takes to lunch on his own dime. This does not sound like a man who does not care. Any BTW, carpets were recently all replaced with wood and in my opinion the food from day one has always been better than I ever imagined.

It's a really nice place. I like that it's not a huge place and my dad loves it there.

We love this place! Staff is very personable. This was the biggest square foot, 1 bedroom around her area. It just feels like family when you visit there. Also knowing they have a memory care unit if needed down the road was also a plus in our decision. [name removed] in the front office has been wonderful in mom's transition.

Very friendly, helpful and courteous staff. They take good care of all the residents. Good food and activities. They keep both the inside and outside of the facility very clean. Since I live out of town, the staff is always helpful whenever I call to see how my relative is doing. If there is ever an issue they call me immediately. I Definitely would recommend the bungalows at Riverchase.

The staff are friendly and supportive. The residence is very clean and the air smells fresh-not like air freshener! My aunt is very happy and content living here.

We chose the Bungalows based on the friendliness of the staff. Dad is a part of this community and participates in most of the activities. The staff works hard to get residents engaged and involved. We believe Dad is safe and loved at the Bungalows

I have found the staff very friendly and helpful. However, the changes in staffing and turnover is disturbing. I enjoy the cleanliness and new décor nice. Needed is more outside seating, perhaps a gazebo. Still need a library and auto front door!

I toured The Retreat at Loganville; they were very thorough and extremely helpful with determining my loved one's level of care. I was not displeased, they gave me plenty of time and call backs to follow up. We chose another community because my loved one wasn't mobile enough and couldn't meet their criteria regarding mobility. I would've been comfortable having him stay here had it all worked out.

Bayport is a wonderful & caring, friendly staff, clean apartments & lots of fun activities. Bayport makes you feel like a big safe family. My new home!

Our family had an in person tour and this was a top alternative for us. We were very impressed with the facility itself and they seem to have an active activities program and the activities director seem very energetic

Our family had an in person tour an the tour experience was absolutely fantastic. The gentlemen who manages the place [name removed] we remember to this day, he was so accommodating and just overall such a great guy. They are working on updating the community from a physical standpoint since it just is not as appealing to the eye.

I visited every assisted living facility in our city and from the moment of our tour, until this day the entire staff have been amazing to me and my mother. With all the activities, food and just the right assistance. She is truly living her best life. She has made new friends and the staff have become her second family.
