Phoenix Senior Living

The facility sits in an absolutely beautiful location, on Lake Lanier. The minute you walk into The Phoenix, you are greeted in a friendly manner and everyone there is professional, courteous and caring. The Theatre has plush seats; the Pub has a view of the outdoor garden and the Dining Room is spacious and bright and there are a variety of fun outings and planned events. Many residents choose to sit by the enormous fireplace watching as others come and go! The library with natural light that overlooks the greenery; Mom likes to spend time there. The Med Techs are skilled, knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and good communicators. I never worry about Mom; she is so happy there...it is her "home"! We are quite pleased and grateful that The Phoenix is a successfully managed and operated elderly care facility. A big thanks to the new Executive Director, [name removed].

They were 5 in all categories. They were great to my father. We couldn't have been happier with his care in a difficult situation. My father passed away in February. But they did lots of activities. They took them on small trips to get ice cream and other activities. They brought in volunteers to play music. Art projects. They would have events that would include the families. They kept them pretty busy.

We picked this community, becasue it was close to home. Everything has been good so far. It is perfectly fine. It's an afforrdable facility. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

What we really like about The Bungalows at Fayetteville is the friendliness of the staff and the strong focus of team work they have. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

We are very happy with Morningside of Auburn. We have experienced a very loving place with very competent people. Our mother is happy with her sweet surroundings, and she has quickly made good friends. It's a small and intimate place and is very comfortable - the perfect place for our mother.

My father is very well taken care of by all the staff members. He mentioned being happy there and not needing anything. The sales director is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She is an asset to this institution. Keep her happy.

I visit weekly and I am always greeted with smiles and kind words about my mother. When I voice concerns, they respond. The staff treats my mother like family.

We first moved our mom into memory care at Bayport. She proved to be too empathic for that level of hectic. Now that she is in assisted living it is wonderful. Good, kind hearted care in every area. She (and we) couldn't be happier!

The friendliness of the staff members and the quality of care services gets 5+ stars! What we like most about this community is mainly the staff...they are very friendly, approachable, keep us informed of what's going on. Also it is very clean and my dad is very well taken care of. Two of my biggest concerns when we were searching for care for my dad.

Satisfied all together! My mother loves it! The care of the entire staff and the live the community has for one another. The activities keep my mom busy which is very much needed for her. It's a plus that its nearly centrally located in the Birmingham area

My loved one is a resident at The Bungalows at Riverchase. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone considering placing their loved one in an Assisted Living Facility. From the Executive Director, to housekeeping, to nursing, to meal prep/meal delivery and maintenance, everyone is exceptional here.

My family and loved one had a wonderful experience with The Neighborhood at Sheffield. The staff are personable and caring towards the residents. Everyone is friendly from the staff to residents. The staff are great at communicating with the family and making sure all of our questions are answered! Overall, this is a community worth checking out and we would recommend it to others.

I think it has been great for my sister. The people there have welcomed her. They have a lot of activities. The food is good. If she needs help with anything, there is always somebody there to help.

Morningside was also wonderful but again not near my sister in Charlotte. It was Assisted living whereas we were looking for Independent living for our loved one.

My loved one is a resident at The Terrace at Priceville. We've been very pleased with this facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend The Terrace at Priceville to family and friends.

Seasons at Southport has a great care team on staff. They have the proper education and training, and they understand the unique care needed for seniors with dementia and other conditions.

The other categories we did not have experience with. Unfortunately our family member wasn't able to actually be admitted. But the staff were great that we met with and the facility was very nice. We had a family member and then my husband and I toured another day. Both were very informative about the Bungalows experience. We did reserve an apartment the day that we went.

My loved one is a resident of The Bungalows at Riverchase. This facility is wonderful, everything has been great about our experience here. The facility meets all of my loved one's needs. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I would recommend it to others. The interaction with the staff is good. They can improve the meals, by offering a variety. It seems that it's the same menu every few days, and too much sauce on the meat.

They are taking good care of my loved one. I am very happy with the Pearl. Patients given lots of autonomy, kindness, and spacious environment! I recommend the Pearl. Better than all I gave visited. It's just a great place!
