Everyone is extremely nice extremely helpful at the Legacy Heights community. The community itself is immaculate. It always smells great and my mom loves the food that is prepared for them!!!

This facility can provide care through end of life. I would recommend to others. I'd say they make everyone feel welcome and at home. The staff is awesome. We're very pleased with everything.

The Bungalows is very clean and caring assisted living facility. They provide good meals and plenty of activities for their residents. They'll take the residents to the movies, out to eat and shopping. The rooms are large with patios. The staff is friendly and watchful.

Lakeview had higher ratio of staff per residents and was smaller community of residents (35-38 residents). Also residents have full access to beautiful enclosed outdoor patio area that they can go out to anytime during day by themselves - don't need staff or family member accompanying. That was a BIG plus for Mom who has always been outdoors person Master Gardener. This is a 2 story building and residents are able to go upstairs or downstairs via elevator anytime they want. So mom doesn't feel like she's "locked away". The young activities director is super engaging. Activities going on every hour during day and she will go around to rooms to engage residents in all activities. The residents don't just sit in rooms all day. There is a big game/puzzle room. Every one on staff is very caring and engaging to residents no matter their job - from the Executive Director, Billing officer, Sales person to the nurses, aids, & cooks.

My friend, [name removed] is happy and she is pleased with her new residence! It's a complete difference from her previous location! Morningside of Vestavia, offered her more community activities, socialization and services that she needed! Our total experience with Morningside of Vestavia, has been very positive! The Administration and staff were "Exceptional" in providing the information needed to make our decisions to come there! They all are very welcoming, nice and hospitable! [name removed] is settled in and happy! I am pleased, that my mission to find her a place, is accomplished!

Our family had a very great experience with The Phoenix at Hammond. We would definitely recommend to other families who are looking for a community for their loved ones based on thee experience we have had.

What our family likes the most about the Morningside of Vestavia Hills is the different activities they have for the residents and the opportunity for socialization. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

When it became evident to me that I was physically unable to live alone without excessive dependence on family for help, I chose to search for an assisted living facility that was satisfactory and affordable. With the generous help of my daughter, I interviewed several facilities in the Huntsville/Madison area. After two visits to The Neighbor at Madison assisted living community, I decided this one was affordable, the staff and residents seemed friendly, and it had beautiful, park-like grounds. I moved in and after six months have found the food and drink menu to be both good and extensive and the staff dedicated, competent and attentive to the needs of the residents. I enjoy my apartment, view, and the other members of our community.

My mom chose it because the residents were very friendly and because of the many doctors close by. I would absolutely recommend to others.

My every experience with the community has been a 5. From the first contact with the intake person to the receptionists, the wellness nurse, the health care aides. It has been a very good experience in a very difficult time.

Yes I'd recommend to others, they are all expensive, and it's never an easy decision, you find yourself guessing how much time you can afford and how much longer they have, and that's just a gut punch.They have a beautiful koi pond, it's quaint and friendly. The rooms were open bright and airy. They have shopping, restaurants right there and hospital and doctors offices extremely near by.

Was recommended by someone else.I would highly recommend The Pearl. Care Service is top notch and the staff really cares. If I could I would give them a 10.

The Phoenix at Lake Lanier is a beautiful, well-maintained community with exceptional leadership and staff members. The staff members there genuinely care about the well - being of the residents living there.

We picked this community because of the location and amenities. My loved one doesn't like it, but she also thinks that she is fine. She has Alzheimer's. She has made friends and is typically doing something. I would recommend to others.

I truly love my apartment and it feels like home to me at The Lafayette. I really don't have a lot to compare it with, but when I was younger I visited several people living in different facilities and I was not impressed with them. So, this is totally a different experience. I'm very pleased with my choice and the staff could not be any nicer. Also, the car service is another plus! I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
