I loved The Pearl. I visited every other day at different times. I always observed wonderful, caring attention and attitude. This attitude was true in all the categories.

My mom has been at Phoenix at Milton for close to a year now. It was difficult trying to find a place since my mom lived with me and I was used to that level of care for her. I am so happy with Phoenix at Milton. The staff is incredible, kind, loving and caring. From the kitchen to the care team, they take the time to care about each resident. The activities are what's keeping my mom so young at 90. They make sure my mom is engaged and they offer so much. And the entertainment they provide is a credit to the activities director. She assures that the residents are happy and entertained ??

When we were looking for a facility: caring staff, cleanliness, food, and budget were the top considerations on our list and we feel like the Villa has been a Godsend! My father mentions to us daily how sweet everyone in the facility is to him and how much he likes the food. Any issues we have had have been minor and addressed immediately and with kindness and professionalism. We feel very fortunate to have found this place for our father!

The Phoenix at Braselton community has been great so far. Our loved one is very happy there and is making new friends. The move worked out better than I had hoped and we would recommend this community to other families.

We have been very pleased with the Bungalows. They run a very clean and attractive facility. The staff is friendly and very responsive to our needs. They have a lot of activities and many local entertainers. My mother is not always happy with the food, but anyone would get tired of eating at the same place for every meal. After awhile, it all tastes the same. I feel very secure having my mother at the Bungalows. They take good care of her.

The sales manager was very helpful, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

My mother loves her time so far at The Trace Senior Community. They take care of all her needs at this time. When she has to move to memory care hopefully they will continue.

Mother is happy to be there at The Retreat at Loganville and enjoying participating in the activities and making new friends. The staff members have been wonderful and we believe that has been a key part.

My mother is currently a resident at The Retreat at Conyers and everything has been very good for her at this facility so far. I would recommend The Retreat at Conyers to others!

I have been impressed with Lakeview Estates and the level of care they provide. My aunt is happy and enjoys living at Lakeview Estates.

It is a nice updated community with friendly residents, nice professional employees and staff. They care about the people that stay there.It was close to home and the staff was nice , friendly and professional. They were very welcoming.

5 in all categories. The overall guidance that my mom receives, helping her to acclimate to her new living environment has made it such a great experience so far and we would absolutely recommend The Retreat at Conyers to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

We like the comfortable homelike feeling of the building and the grounds and outdoor areas are a plus. Can't say enough about the warm, friendly and caring staff - from the receptionists to the care aides and medical staff. My father has had a couple of medical issues and they were addressed promptly and in a knowledgeable manner.

This place is amazing and my mother is thriving here. I couldn't be happier with the amounts of love and care given to her.

What our family likes the most about The Terrace at Grove Park is their southern hospitality. We appreciate their professional courtesy and personal integrity of the staff in worthy of a recommendation to others who might be seeking a place for their love ones.

My mom enjoyed her respite care stay. She liked the small dining rooms and the smaller size of the facility. There was a mix up of her medications early on, but she let them know. We really appreciated them allowing a two week stay. A lot of the other places had a 30 day minimum.

My mother-in-law is very happy with her new home Legacy Heights. She is always telling us that she is in very good hands and we have to agree. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Neighborhood at Paducah. I have all good things to say about this facility. The facility was clean and the staff was professional and friendly. The dining room had cloth table cloths and cloth napkins. The meals looked very good. Communication with the family was great, the staff kept us informed. I would recommend The Neighborhood at Paducah to others.

The meals are excellent and alternative selections are always available. My mom loves the variety and frequency of the activities. The other residents are extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is immaculate and modern. Our experience has been with Independent Living, so that is all that I have experience with. Everything has been great!
