Staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility itself just feels very warm and welcoming right when you walk in. I absolutely recommend Legacy Heights to others looking.

The facility is bright and cheery and the staff is always welcoming and helpful.

I chose The Neighborhood at Paducah because of the staff courtesy, caring, & concern regarding our situation.

My mom has been super happy at the Bungalows. She is able to keep her 2 dogs with her, she is more social than she has been in years, and she is well cared for and loved by the staff. As with everything, the prices did go up this year but I still feel like it’s a good value for the peace of mind that I have. My brother lives 10 minutes away and pops in often. He hasn’t seen anything alarming and comments on how “spoiled” mom is by the staff. I’m so very thankful that A Place for Mom helped us find a place for our mom!

My sister was admitted to Villa Palazzo memory care last summer. Her family lives indifferent states so this was very difficult. Everyone was good to her, but her aide, [name removed] was unbelievable attentive and caring. She was our link to my sister and she was so wonderful. We are now moving her up north to be with her family, but I credit [name removed] totally for taking such terrific care of her while she was there. We had an excellent experience with her and with villa

It's been good so far my mom is doing good there. They keep her fed and gives her activities to do there is always something going on there.

[name removed] is a super person! She helped me through not only the initial process of bringing my mother to as assisted living facility, navigating many obstacles, but has also helped us past the challenging hurdles of my mother's major change in life. Thank you. P.S. All the staff is also kind and patient.

We were very pleased with The Pearl. My husband and I were very happy with care my mother in law received. The staff were wonderful during her stay with them.

I found the staff, cooks, laundry lady and housekeeping to be extremely helpful when dealing with family members. Some times people forget this can be a stressful situation for the family.

My mom lived at The Pearl at Dallas for four years and they took good care of her. She enjoyed the activities and the garden. The layout of the memory care is locked and safe, and best of all it is designed like a large house instead of a hospital floor. The rooms are not the best designed when you need a roommate but the activities, food, and overall care offset the room. If you can afford an individual room then the room layout is great.

We have really enjoyed our time at the Bungalows at Riverchase. The place is very well maintained and it's more like a hotel than a nursing facility. The smallness of the facility really helps our mother. I would highly recommend it.

After my sister spent almost 2 years in the first memory care facility we decided to move her closer to us. She was very unhappy the entire 2 years but we didn't realize the difference a place like The Phoenix could make. Her room is clean, she is clean and is always being watched over and encouraged to participate in activities. She was always locked in at the other place but now is given opportunities to get out even if it is just for a walk or to get pizza or a drive around town. There are many people who come to sing to them and with them. Devotionals and church services are a regular thing. She is HAPPY!

My mother was in a HORRIBLE PLACE, I was search frantically for a better place..when I recieved a return phone call about a opening..PRAYERS were answered. Whole story is mom was in a facility which I was o.k. with, they has to move several people quickly when they had major water break. The second facility was HORRIBLE. Bungalow is clean, all the poeple are caring, watch over all the people have nice activities also. LOVE THIS PLACE..THANK YOU

My mom has only been there for about 6 or 7 weeks as of [date removed] so far, so good. We are still in transitioning period trying to get her to join in on activities, she has finally started ordering her dinners and she likes them. Anytime, I have needed anything, [name removed] and/or [name removed] have been on top of it. I appreciate the diligence And kindness. Mom did say she liked her cottage and was happy.

The staff throughout the facility was very friendly and you can tell of their concern and care for the residents with such special needs. The move in process was easy, as was moving out. The Pearl at Five Forks was excellent!

The staff is professional, compassionate, personable, attentive and quick to respond to any need of the resident. The residents are know by name and treated with great respect as members of a family. The community is peaceful and joyful with an uplifting atmosphere and sense of belonging. The rooms are spacious, the grounds beautifully landscaped. A very pleasant and comfortable place to live in the senior years!

They went up on rent [amount removed] for my mom and she's on a strict income. I hope they don't go up anymore otherwise we'll have to find her someone else to go and and she loves it there. The most I like about the facility is the cleanliness, friendliness and caring staff, great residents, the business of the activity schedule. The least is the food choices be off sometimes. They need to adhere to recommendations of all the residents.

Everything is going great! My family member loves it here!
