They are taking good care of my loved one. I am very happy with the Pearl. Patients given lots of autonomy, kindness, and spacious environment! I recommend the Pearl. Better than all I gave visited. It's just a great place!

I toured The Retreat at Lady's Island and it was a great facility! The cleanliness was great. The friendliness was really great, also. However, it didn't have as warm of a feel as another facility that we toured did. Also, the rooms weren't as big and location wasn't as good.

So impressed with all the staff, their kindness and professionalism. They are so positive and really understand what their clients are experiencing. I can pick up the phone to call and talk to [name removed] and it doesn't matter which one answers. My parents are happy and we are at rest knowing they are in excellent hands. Just wish we could clone them and set up in St Louis for another loved one of mine.

They have done an awesome job with us and providing for my mother in law. The whole process to move her in was very easy. We are very pleased with their care for Mom and how well she has adjusted to living there.

Every person I met there is deeply compassionate and committed to the best care and needs of each individual resident. I couldn't be more pleased. We would absolutely recommend The Neighborhood at Paducah to other families looking for a place for their loved ones,

They are kind and helpful but the need to work on the food. They could have more activities but that is partly due to the clientele not making suggestions and getting involved in more. The evening meal could use less tomato on everything and did not over cook the food according to my friend. I do like that you can order a hamburger or hot dog for lunch or dinner anytime. The staff is always kind even if the resident is cranky.

The Terrace has been very good for my loved one. My wife and I are very pleased. My only real complaint is that it can be kind of difficult to get out of the memory unit when you are trying to leave. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The meals are very good.

This was a very nice community. I was just more impressed with the staff at another community in the area, as I live a couple hours away and work full time as well.

I am very pleased with the quality of care. Everyone has gone above and beyond any expectations that I had. From the cleaning staff, food staff, and all the way to the top. I was most impressed with [name removed]and the staff at Loganville. [name removed] made the experience a lot easier than it could have been, especially living a couple hours away.

They are great! Very good with communication but it is hard to communicate with the nursing and providers. Housekeeping is nice but I wish the dietary department had a better practice with getting orders from the providers. That has been hard. Overall they are great and I wish my loved one wasn't declining so much because I don't think they will be able to stay much longer but I wish my loved one could.

I would your recommend come and live here or get on the waiting list. The location for us is very good and easy to get to doctor appointments and friends. There are three meals a day served and there are choices for the residents to choose from. Some of the activities available include outings, bingo, bible study, music, exercise classes, and more for the residents to participate in.

This was a good community with good location; however, the value for the money wasn't where it needed to be for us.

They are great. My loved one seems to really like the food. They offer a lot activites. We picked this community because, of the proximity to my house, and the layout has a nice big courtyard, in which the residents can go outside. They offer a weekely support group for families. It's a nice community, which is smaller. I would recommend to other families.

My family member loves The Bungalows at Springdale! It's a lovely place. The residents and employees are fabulous. The food is delicious. And they have plenty of activities to keep everyone busy.

[Name removed] really helped to get my parents into this place. She was very patient with my mom who refused to move into this place. [She] kept being positive with my mom to where my mom finally agreed to move in. I believe my parents will enjoy living here,

I toured this facility and liked it. It's a little bit more expensive than others that I toured, but seems like a good place.

What has made The Pearl at Watkins Centre a great experience for our family so far is the attentiveness of the staff members as well as their communication.

I have heard all great things about The Phoenix at Lake Lanier from the public. We are actually thinking about moving my loved one over here.

The friendliness of the staff team is something that we enjoy most about this community, they make it apparent to get to know the residents by name as well as the families. The give excellent quality of care to the residents, and overall we have been very pleased. They seem to have different activities going on throughout the days, our loved one really enjoys signing along with the piano player. The value is excellent and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

We had a good tour experience with Neighborhood at Sheffield. The reason we did not choose this facility was that the location was further and also they were about to be going through a lot of renovations. With our loved ones' health issues, we just did not think it would be the right environment.
